I take my German Shepherd Husky here and they do an amazing job! Due to my dogs coat, he’s always shedding and whenever he’s done with his grooming, he looks amazing and coat was thoroughly taken care of.I haven’t used as many groomers there but Ebony definitely stands out!! I would recommend and trust her with my dogs grooming for a thick coat.Also, if you want to tip, you can only do so by cash. They have little envelopes to with the groomers name but you have to pay upfront with the cashier and they don’t have a tipping feature.

I like this store and location, but it's just sad how they take care of their fish. Pretty much the entire shelf of beta fishes are dead.

They are very nice here. But sometimes there aren't enough cashiers. So you might have to wait for checkout!

I go to this PetSmart frequently as it is just a 3 minute drive from my home. However, PetSmart is great because there are plenty of locations to go to. One also sits perfectly on my way home. Also, whenever I visit a store, they always have what I need in stock. I worked at PetSmart for a year and change before the pandemic hit, first as a cashier and then as a bather and they were a great company to work for. Edit - very sad that they removed a lot of the only natural raw food. It was one of the main things i purchased here

Last night I bough 3 gold fish for my daughter as a pet and 8 hours later all dead. I asked about how often I should change the water and how should I change the water and how should feed them and what kind of temperature is good for them and the lady who helped me with explained all and I followed all exactly probably one of the was sick because as I put them on their tank it went down and didn’t swim but it’s mouth was moving . And the charged me over price though the price on the sign was $ 3.19 but they charged me $ 3.99 that wasn’t big deal but so frosted when all died and my daughter constantly cry for them and so upset about it.

My favortie PetSmart location. They had really good deals last time I came in. I got a treat mat for my dog, a couple of big bags of mint flavored Dentastix, and a Halloween costume for my cat, all for 20 dollars. The big Dentastix were a lot cheaper than buying the small bags at Target.Glad I came here. The employees are super nice too.

This is for the Banfield Animal hospital located inside of PetSmart. I came here for my free new puppy exam. The vet tech Justice was sweet, attentive and caring when it came to examining my boy Roo. She answered all questions I had and left me feeling reassured. My only complaint is the wait time it took for the veterinarian to come out and complete the exam.

I was here today and bought all the stuff i need for my doggo. Hats off to the girl that was stocking up the food section. I was there between 5 to 6.30 pm. She was very friendly, helped me choose a lot of things as I'm a first-time pet owner. She deserves an appraisal. The guy in the dog bed section around the same time was helpful too...

It's a good pet store with a large variety of pet food for dogs, cats and other types of pets. You can bring your dog in the store. They have all sorts of pet supplies plus a pet medical clinic in the back of the store. Employees are friendly. They have plenty of parking.

Basically use their grooming dept to get my dogs nails grind but the staff is very good and do a great job since I get this done regularly. Would recommend for this service & thank you grooming dept 😊

Reservation was made for 8am through the call center and was told my two cats (brother and sister) would have a connected enclosure. Showed up and they said they don’t open until 9am and they had no enclosures next to eachother but they would have a connected enclosure available in two days. Left my cats there for the week and called back two days later and they still didn’t have them together. I called in multiple times while away to check on how my cats were doing. They lied to me the entire week. Said both my cats ate everyday which didn’t sound right being that this was the first time they had been boarded and they were separated. Three times they mixed up which cat was which. I left them for a week and my cats both lost 2 pounds. Do not bring your cats here!! I regret ever leaving my babies here. They never got an enclosure together the entire week, didn’t eat and I doubt they got any outside time even though I was told they did.

This store is nice but check out is slow most of the visits I make here. I just set up a new tank and was looking for some API products. I’ve never had an issue before but was told I could not price to Chewy. Since when did this go into effect? I left my items at check out and will settle for shopping online next time.

Went into the store looking for weight management cat food. There were so many choices and I had no idea where to start. I came across one of the employees on the floor and he asked if I needed any help. His knowledge was very extensive and helpful. He knew the pros and cons of wet and dry food, along with the most popular brands or different options. He was better than any of the research I did online! Signed up with their rewards since I will definitely be coming back.

Decent pet store with plenty of options for dog food and toys and treats. It is what it is, and they do sell some cool looking fish and reptiles.There's something about this store that scratches me in a weird way. I can't put my finger on it, but I will say that the live meal worms I bought were mostly all dead, and quite under quantified. Another review also said her goldfish died a day after buying the fish at this store.There is also another reviewer who said that they mistreated her dog than resulted in scratches. And many more commenting on the staff behavior.Personally, I have never experienced any of this. Of course, I would not ever want to use a brand name store for grooming my pet, given how they treat the animals in captivity, and to them, animals are just statistics, whereas customer's concerns don't affect their sales as much unless its becoming a bigger problem. There are mom and pop shops out there who get this type of job (grooming, etc) done, and extremely well at that.4 out of 5 stars because of the great options, knowledgeable staff, and okay quality.

I wish you were able to interact with PetSmart adoptable cats, even if it's through their cage. I'm familiar with PetSmart, in Georgia, adopting on the spot. The inability to interact with the cats and having to go through a longer process, I believe, deters potential adopters. I couldn't find myself interested in any of their cats, simply due the fact, I could only see them through glass. No interaction at all. I wouldn't even know which cat I'd like to make an appointment for! I guess it isn't an issue for anyone who'd only be looking for a particular breed/fur pattern, or doesn't mind the longer adoption process. Instead, I went to a shelter, interacted with many cats. I came home with 2 kitties 30 minutes later. ❤️

I will not go back to this store again, bad customer service and mean attitude. Recently I took my dog for grooming, the grooming service refused to do the job because my dog doesn’t have valid Rabies vaccine. I made an appointment with Banfield Pet Hospital for Rabies vaccine the following week, after 10 miles of driving and got there, then I was told by the front desk my appointment got cancelled because I didn’t confirm the appointment within 2 hours window.Everything in the store is over priced, people are not kind and friendly, I will not waste my time and energy to go there again.

The workers are helpful. Where the store management fail is telling the checkers to get help when there is a long line. Seems to be an issue no matter what day or time. I have personally gone to the office, and there will be or three sitting and talking.

Unbelievable! I went into PetSmart to pick up some pet food, with a valid prescription from my dog's vet. Petsmart said I could only buy it if I went to their Banfield vet (in the store) to get another prescription. Luckily I just drove over to PetCo and they honored my vet 's prescription. I know Banfield is not doing well but forcing customers to go there when their own vet has already provided an Rx is wrong. It didn't used to be like this!!

Diego was absolutely phenomenal. Where do I start..... Passionate, informative, and patient!!! Upon entry I approached with some dog food questions in hope to direct me to the right aisle. To my surprise Diego went above and beyond, not only guiding me to the aisle but also helping me determine which food best suites my breed! I had no idea about all the information he provided, from nutrients to essentials,to building structures that will help my dog grow into a healthy one. I used to always shop at Petco never got the same service. Diego is a wonderful associate and the way he communicates is very calm, I had no problem absorbing all the valuable information he shared with me. He mentioned also that they price match which helped me save 5$ !!! I am a very happy customer and will be returning back all thanks to Diego. Rare to encounter outstanding customer service. Thank you Diego, you're the man!!!!!!
