First time grooming my cat. Definitely recommend Alma. She took great care of my cat who was nervous at the beginning but because of Alma, he relaxed. Alma was also very kind to offer a blanket to wrap around my cat's carrier since it's raining outside. He came home in good mood. The staff were also very friendly.The cats in this Petsmart are also very cute! Love this tri color cat girl, hope she can get adopted and find a forever sweet home soon

We came here for a nail trimming for our dog. We couldn't do it at home because our dog hated it too much. We watched in wonder as the groomer at PetSmart knew exactly how to handle her so that she barely reacted at all. Great job, and well worth the $19 which includes the nail grinding.

This Petsmart location is the closest to me, but unfortunately, it has the poorest customer service and consistently fails to answer phone calls. Despite being told I didn't need an appointment for a nail trim for my dog, when I arrived at 3:30pm, I was informed by an employee with rainbow hair that they were too booked to accommodate me, even though the grooming area was empty. It seems they were more inclined to offer appointments than to spend a mere 5 minutes on a walk-in service. My suggestion to Petsmart management: if you're going to assure customers they don't need appointments, ensure you have adequate staff available to accept walk-ins.

GROOMING REVIEW: We brought our mini Australian shepherd to get cleaned, blow-dried, and brushed. Not only did the staff act short with us, but they did a horrible job with his back half. His hair is sticking up on both sides of his butt and his tail is doing an awkward swirl which it's never done before.Would not recommend.

5 stars for Alma. Alma groomed my cat Selah with care, my cat wasn’t anxious and felt she was in good hands. Service was excellent and my cat came home in a good mood! Will be returning. 👍🏽

Big store, Friendly staff, nice selection. The only trouble is my cat is 15 years old now, and he doesn't seem to like any of his usual wet food. I have literally been in that store six times in the last month, each time buying 7 to 10 cans of wet food of every different brand make and model that they carry. I have now tried every single brand of wet food for cats in that store and he still doesn't like any of them.

It's one of my favorite pet stores.They stock well, offer from top/higher end, to the cheaper brands ( which I call my kittie's Junk food, which they so much crave).Experienced staff,always ready to help you, with questions and or products that you need.Clean and safe quarters for adoptable pets. Grooming, training classes and a decent hotel for your pets.Prices are very competitive and constant discounts and offers makes it a good place to shop.overall, no matter what critter you fancy, you will find something to make them happy.

So, I called a head to make an appointment to get a nail grinding. They said no appointment needed just walk in. That they had time in the am. I showed up 20 min later and the one lady asked the other two if they had time to do the grinding as she had two things she had to do, 1 do her own dogs nails and 2 to have her break in 30 min. The other two ladies were all ready working with dogs. I then just said i would leave and started to walk out till one of the other ladies offered to do it. Someone needs to let this person know just how bad that looks from a customer service perspective.

We were refused a hermit crab because a girl employee didn’t feel comfortable and told my kids she didn’t believe them they had what’s necessary to keep it. Spoke to a manager a said it’s very often the deny service to customers so I guess if we don’t buy everything you want to sell us you deny service to particular looking people huh.

Sadly I really like PetSmart but they have really started to lack in customer service. The time before our last visit, they forgot to do the homecoming bath and this time, they said "they don't do it for this type/size of dog". However, every my dog has a homecoming bath almost every single time. Except for the last two times. Extremely disappointed and I will be changing her boarding for sure..

I've been bringing my shy and reserved dog, Maple, to PetSmart's doggy daycare for several months now, and I have to say, the staff always treat her with kindness and understanding. Despite Maple's shyness, the team has made every effort to help her feel safe and comfortable in their care.One of the things I appreciate about PetSmart's daycare is its excellent availability and flexibility in fitting Maple in, even at short notice. This has been a massive help for me as a busy pet owner.I also appreciate the personalized attention and care the staff gives each dog, which has helped Maple feel secure in their presence. Though she may still be reserved around other dogs, I'm grateful for the socialization opportunities that PetSmart's daycare provides in a controlled and safe environment.The daycare area is always clean and well-maintained, with plenty of toys and space for the dogs to play and run around. I'm also impressed with the safety measures, such as separate areas for dogs of different sizes and temperaments and constant supervision by the staff.Overall, I highly recommend PetSmart's doggy daycare to anyone looking for a caring and supportive environment for their furry friend. I'm grateful for the kind and patient staff at PetSmart who have made her time at daycare a positive experience. The convenience of their availability has been a bonus.

I took my puppy, Mr. Crunchy, to get a brushing for only $8 per 15 minutes. My puppy wasn't easy to deal with (and I am also over protective) , but actually the groomer was able to get a lot of mats out, and even did a complimentary trim. Overall, I am pretty happy and honestly its a really good deal. It was Overall a really good first grooming experience, and it's nice that you can watch through the glass. Thank you.

Not happy at all with their customer service and grooming services! Their grooming assistants are very rude, and unprofessional. They gave me the attitude that they don't want to deal with me at all and they didn't want to even listen what I had to say about my dog's needs. I requested and paid for glands expression along with the Bath & Brush and they told me the glands were empty which was lie because I went to another place after that for there same service and definitely the glands were not empty. I was using Petco (very happy with their service) and decided to switch and see how is at PetSmart because it's closer to my work. Definitely will not use their services anymore and I don't recommend this store!

Photo with doggies and Santa was not sent, and it has been over 10 days. HQ referred the issue to each store and does not want to do anything with it. The store employees are very confusing internally. No call as what she told. Twice, promises were broken.

I have a dog, therefore for my needs it's a one stop shop for me. I buy food, treats, toys and anything else needed for my dog.Also, there's a pet hospital in the store which I use, and so far they've been great. I also use their grooming service in the store and their pets hotel. So far, no complaints on any of their in-store services.

I highly recommend going to this specific store. The employees and managers are simply the best. When I ask questions about reptiles or fish, I get really good informed answers. I had my goldfish almost die, and the helped me save him.
