Was away from home longer than expected and needed to supplement my supplies.There always seems to be a store nearby wherever you are, and it also appears that each store's products are staged in the exact same location regardless of store location. VERY CONVENIENT!!!

I place an online order to make it easier and “faster” but I literally had to wait 20 min since the time. I checked in to have my order take out to me. When I called the store I was told 5 min since there were only 2 employees working the whole store. I finally had to go in at get my items. When I stated that I was waiting more than 20 min and asked to speak with a manager. The actual manager named “Chen” told me that if I should have came inside I would have not waited. seriously then why even order online for me to go inside and collect the items myself. It’s crazy how only 2 employees are working.

Very clean fish tanks! Can see fish very happy. Also the very few fish stores where I can see shrimps are thriving, a few of them are even pregnant. Also very nice and friendly staff. They also have adoption for cats every Saturday which is really good

I started volunteering at the cat habitats in February 2018 and it has been one of the most rewarding experiences in my life. I highly recommend volunteering, fostering, and adoption. The cats and the people who come into my life because of this one small thing (volunteering) make life so much more interesting, entertaining, fun, and satisfying.Try it for yourself... you might just like it!

The feeder insects are not well cared for and a lot of them are dead upon purchaseAlso, they are constantly out of needed items; not just food, but also treats, meds, litter, etc. It's hard to find employees to help and the registers are often left unattended creating long lines and lots of waiting

Petco did a great job cutting my dog's nails. The groomers are friendly and professional. They were fast and there was no wait in the early afternoon. Pricing is very competitive.

It is small but mighty. Even though it's a much smaller store than its Irvine counterpart, amazingly they have the same amount of staff working the same shift. I am usually there for aquarium related items and their tanks are never dead fish half eaten. And usually nicely decorated.Thank guys.

Would leave a zero star review if possible. The vet techs at this location are incompetent- they did not thoroughly look through the documentation I provided them and ended up pushing a vaccine on me that my cat did NOT need.I was hesitant because I originally thought she only needed her rabies shot (which is what I booked for) but figured they were the professionals so they know what they’re doing. They told me her FVRCP booster was up, and I should get that as well since that is a core vaccine. I asked them if they were sure because I remember going to the vet only a few months ago this year, but they said yes that’s what her certificate says. I should have trusted my gut, because after going through my paperwork again in the car I called my vet and she confirmed I was correct. So not only was my cat double dosed, but I was unnecessarily charged.In trying to solve the issue, Vetco let me know they cannot refund me at the store or through my credit card remotely (even though they clearly have that information on their end), and instead have to wait 21+ days for their “investigation” (them looking at 1 paper I had shown the original vet techs) to take place, and for them to mail me a physical check… to top it all off they couldn’t even provide me with any sort of documentation that this conversation happened! I told them I was worried I would have to call again and restart the whole process and would appreciate an email of some sort and she blandly just said “no we don’t do that”.Long story short- do not use vetco as a vaccine clinic! They only care about the money they make, not your pets health, and not you as a customer of theirs.

4 Stars for the store, but 5 Stars for Nicki (Nikki?) the trainer, and the staff!😊 I've been doing puppy classes here for a couple months now, and Nicki is awesome. She's very chill and we learn stuff from her that is not necessarily written in the dog book my parents are reading. She has owned doggos herself for a longgg time, so she has tons of knowledge.The other staff members we've interacted with are also super friendly! Giving 4 Stars for the physical store itself, only because every time we come here, it seems there's always some sort of mess (e.g. merchandise that's been knocked down onto the ground, either by a pet or a human, & hasnt been picked up, spills of food, miscellaneous trash on the ground). Most of this is probably more due to Pet Parents not picking up after themselves—I do think this place is understaffed since things dont get cleaned up/put away.Overall, a great petco location!🐾

Im getting over this place.. too pricey.. my coupons never load.. it would be nice if my coupon popped up when I put in my phone number and just use it right when I've earned it. Bs corp rules not human friendly, not fish friendly either..come on already with the dead beta fish.

When I order from online and say that I will pick-up it at the door, the employees are surprised as if I am doing this for the first time in the world, they ask each other questions over the radio and then find my package 2 minutes later.... it is a very interesting place!

Staff are not educated enough in the area of rabbit needs and correct care. A majority of products stocked for rabbits are not suitable for a rabbit to eat and contains things like grains etc which is a big no.

Matt was an exceptional, professional, friendly and knowledgeable employee. I feel that he should be your new manager, without a doubt! If it wasn't for Matt, I would never shop at Petco again. Shane, his manager, was also excellent. Robin, who told me she was the manager, took an order from Daniel at corporate and then just frustrated me, telling me she didn't remember taking the order and couldn't find the order. And you call this a manager? Ridiculous! Then, she put her coworker, Louis on the phone and he was just as worthless as her. I don't know how a so called manager and her coworker, couldn't find a simple cat food order in such a small store, especially since I was informed that my name was put on the bag of cat food that I ordered. That is incompetence at its worst. I can't believe you run a store with people that are so incompetent. However, hopefully, Lord willing, you will take my suggestion and get a new manager, as in Matt! Thank you very much, Matt for saving the day and getting my 2 orders to me in a timely and proficient manner. God-bless you all! 😇✝️🙏
