Kat truly loves what she does. She actually cares about my dogs and has helped them enjoy their grooming experience. Kat, listens to how I want my dogs to look and I can say they come home trauma free.I love that she sends videos and pics while my dogs are at her business and spoils them with treats and kisses.Finally a groomer that cares!

We have been taking our dogs to Turlock Pet Grooming for over 10 years. The new owner Cat is amazing, and I wouldn’t take our dogs anywhere else. I truly cannot recommend her enough. We have a dog with alopecia and other skin allergies he has been dealing with since we adopted him. Since taking him to Turlock Pet Shop his skin irritations are almost non existent, and he actually has fur growing in spot it never has before! He goes in for special treatment bath and Cat sends him home with a spray she makes herself that has really been a game changer! Our second dog, Jagger, is a soft wired hair doxie which every OTHER groomer has described his fur as very difficult to work with, but not Cat. She has honestly given him the best cuts he has ever had. He looks so much more like his bread, and she even adds some style with a little mohawk. Turlock Pet Shop genuinely cares for the animals they groom, and take pride in their work. I love the way they have remodeled the space and wouldn’t trust my dogs going anywhere else.

Cat is amazing with my boys! It can be difficult to trust someone to take care of your fur babies but my boys are always happy to be there and they always look fresh after seeing her. She also has the sweetest personality! I definitely recommend her to my friends and family that need a new pet groomer.

Cat is amazing! We have a cavapoo pup, Bruno who adores going in. He is groomed to perfection each and every time. The hours are good, getting in for an appointment is easy, Cat is very approachable and nice Overall we love taking our Pup in, if your looking for a calmer more holistic approach check this place out! If I could give the place 10 stars, I would.

My dog, Lexi, had gone way beyond her normal grooming period. We recently moved and have had a difficult time getting any shop, in my local area (Madera), to respond with a call or an appointment time. In fact as soon as they knew the breed, Keeshond, they passed or didn't return my call. Imagine how pleased I was to have an appointment. I am physically challenged at the present. I am hard pressed to stand, bend, sit, or get up and down from the floor. All the more reason this appointment was critical.It took nearly the entire day to get Lexi groomed and I am glad we won't have to put her through that rigorous of a grooming session again. However, Lexi is in better spirits; cooler; and feeling better overall spending the time and energy. And, yes, the cost was commensurate with the job.I don't look forward to driving an hour each way - especially through the construction mess between Merced and Atwater. I do, however, look forward to knowing I have a groomer that is transparent, kind, and ethical. Plus she meets the three major pillars of sustainability - her practice is good for the people/pet, planet, and profit.

The staff was nice however I would not recommend this place for what they charge. 250$ for my German shepherd alone plus another 75$ for our terrier. The service was okay but I would never pay this outrageous amount ever again. I urge others to go elsewhere too.

Catarina has been grooming our pets for over a year now. Always impeccably. My dog adores her. No stress taking him there. She does a great job with my cats as well.She is also very compassionate. On one occasion she adopted an old, sick cat that was hanging out around my house. I was afraid to touch him because he had significant skin lesions and called her. She came and took him home to take care of him, saying that she wouldn’t be able to live with herself if she didn’t help this cat. So, whenever I pay for her services, I know that she will spend her last penny to help an injured animal. And it makes it all worth it.She also offers pick up and drop off. Overall, highly recommend!

There is a new owner of this business (same name). Kat the groomer did a good job on my dog my only complaint is the price for it was $200, and was not told ahead, (which I also didn't ask so that's partly on me). But was told because she does scissors only and all natural products, which I understand but is still more than double my most expensive grooming. Just feel the pricing should be transparent for being so much higher than other groomers.

Been going to Turlock Pet grooming for couple of months and really like the place and their quality of work. My dog gets anxiety but here at Turlock pet grooming he feels like home and enjoys his time there while getting groomed. The owner is very informative and knowledgeable and enjoys what she does.

Turlock Pet Grooming did an amazing job giving my 90 pound dog a summer cut. I really enjoyed that they were able to complete the grooming in just a few hours. I have been to other grooming places where this kind of service has taken much longer. The communication of their prices and fast service is what makes this business stand out!

Today I took My puppy to get groomed for the first time, I was super excited and I specifically told the groomer exactly what length and what I Wanted for my puppy. When it was time to pick her up my poor puppy’s coat was shaved so low almost to her skin I was super devastated the groomer also Accidentally cut her tummy I felt so horrible I really thought I was going to a Great professional groomer for my puppy. Also to take in consideration my poor puppy was there for 4 hrs to be groomed I had no idea what expect but this was a very horrible first experience. I would definitely not recommend you to take your puppy here.

My dog was perfectly fine and healthy prior to taking her in to get groomed. After I picked her up she has had the runs (without a change to her diet) and has been extremely depressed. Groomer also tried to give me vet advice that she was clearly not qualified to do about something that didn’t exist. I Will NEVER take dog there again.

Summer of 2021 decided to try this groomer in Turlock. So glad that I did. Two women own this pet grooming place. My 10 pound dog usually shakes and whines. But was very content withThem taking her to wash, dry, brush, cut & express her glands. $50 cash only. And the entrance is at the back of their grooming store.They answer their phone, and or always call back. Great establishment!!

I have used a few groomers in the area and been disappointed with their work, between keeping my dog over, all those the long hours to cutting my dog to bleed, so I decided to try these fine, ladies and they didn't disappoint me. They are so sweet and friendly and you could tell they truly love their work and animals. I was very impressed with their work and how fast I got my dog back. Will definitely use again and would recommend these ladies, way over a chain like PETCO or anyone else in the valley. This ladies pay attention to detail and you could see they care.

If I Could Give 0 Star I Would. I Waited 5 minuets To Be Helped While The Lady In The Front Was On The Phone On A Personal Call Laughing And Talking, As Soon As she Did Help Me She Was Rude Very Rude She Didn't Even Let Me Finish! And The Smell In There Was Horribble There Was Dogs crying In The Back. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE ESPECIALLY US PET LOVERS. I showed the ladies a picture of how I wanted my Yorkie hair cut so we could be clear and she did a horrible uneven and bald spots on some parts of her body. The hairs on the top her her head were so uneven and lopsided I could have done a better job. I will NEVER go back.

They’re so unprofessional and the most hard headed people I’ve ever went to, not only did they not listen to what I said I wanted done and did the exact opposite BUT they also left cuts on my baby’s tummy. Me and my puppy will never go here again, I hope you guys get sued and wake up to piss in ur cereal.
