Today I decided to go on a tractor supply run and The assistant manager Tiffany is very unprofessional they had a price set up on an item that was wrong and we wanted the item for the price it was listed as she flat out said well the one you have is the wrong item and I said ok so if I get the bottle that the sign is under will I get it for that price she said no I’m still not going to give it to you for that price and then when my party came to see what was taking to long she told me please sir don’t get loud with me and I was speaking in a very calm voice I work customer service i know to keep it professional and takes the price down and says again I’m still not giving it to you for that price then proceeded to tell me to leave the store which I did and let my party finish the transaction but I do not like how she talks to her customer you don’t tell a customer that he is wrong when I have the picture of the price

Love his place - have purchased in-store myself, in-store pick up, delivery and auto delivery - they have it all. We can buy all our animals - cats, dogs, chickens, bird, horse, toys, food, bowls, etc - plus garden, plus auto, plus fencing - even a pair of boots, pants or shirt if you want - and more. Staff is always friendly and helpful and this Turlock location.

The five stars is business as usual for this regular go to place. Today's visit included my making use of the RESERVED PARKING for VETERANS AND MILITARY PERSONNEL ONLY. Today I needed that. We get the impression that everyone is treated special whenever we visit Tractor Supply. Today, Cashier Jaime treated me extra special by politely prompting me to include my rewards number and reminding me about my discount. I greatly appreciate the support.

I had a great experience and enjoyed going to the tractor supply company. There was a gentleman and two ladies that were working there and very pleasant and welcoming to their store. It’s unfortunate to see that they’re not as busy as places like Home Depot or Lowe’s but they have great products and great customer service and and the gentleman that was working there on September 6 at 7:45 PM was very knowledgeable and absolutely explained everything and very helpful and I really appreciate that. I have a customer service.

I love this place! It has all kinds of stuff. It's a cross between a hardware supply store, clothing, welding supplies, generators, farm supplies and feed store; they have BBQ grills and kayaks for sale also. I've been there 3 times. I haven't been through the whole store yet. At one time they had various sizes of safes (gun). One was huge (approx 4' x 4' x 4'), unbelievably big. I did not see any safes this time.If you like hardware stores like Home Depot you will probably like this store. I recommend it.

Hello my name is Antony I went to buy food for my horses on Wednesday afternoon I asked two tractor supply empleando they answered me with a bad face, when I asked them if they could search the back of their warehouse and they told me there was nothing. I came back Thursday morning to look and I asked Benny a Hispanic worker and he told me that if there was that food l, he looked for it in this warehouse and found it. Thank you Benny for being a good worker and having a special way of treating people with respect, those people like Benny are the ones you want to find in stores that give you good service and give you a smile. Benny you are super thank you 😊

I go there for the candy, old fashioned root beer barrels are my fave, they have really tasty ones! That's probably why they are hard to find, the Atwater location is always out! For the chickens and ducks always so adorable and such a temptation! We could walk around this store for hours, they have clearance sections placed in random locations throughout the store, like a treasure hunt! The staff at this location is very professional and friendly!

THE EMPLOYEES HERE ARE THE BEST!! My wife and I arrived at Tractor Supply about 45 min before they closed to pick a rather large online order. I was worried since it was close to closing we would have trouble getting help, I had NOTHING to be worried about. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and helped immediately. Evan was who I think helped load up our order, HE WAS THE BEST. He was very friendly and made sure we were everything was secured before we left. This level of customer service was so nice and refreshing to see from a younger employee. I even tried to tip him for his help, he refused and said he was just doing his job. Great experience all around.

Friendliest employees around. My dog loves to come here with me. We get her dog food and my cat food here. They are affordable and the employees always go out of their way to greet Missy. She walks into the store like she belongs there and automatically goes to the registers trying to score a treat before she shops. Then when we check out they always make sure to love on her and give her a treat.

Well I was in the store the other day with my work crew, to be eaxact it was a Sunday! It was very busy!! But somehow this young intelligent man appeared out of now where and started helping me find everything on my shopping list! He had made my trip to Tractor Supply a great one! He had shown me the true meaning of customer service and he had saved me a whole lot of time finding everything there at there wide selection store! I cannot thank Sergio Garcia enough!!!

We stopped by to get dog food as I seen a sign for a shot clinic inside.It was time for my dog to get her rabies shot. I was able to get her shot and microchipped and saved a lot of money.Everyone was friendly and so very helpful. This was my second trip to Tractor Supply Co. and I will be coming here for now on.I love this place!!

Went to buy some dog food, but didn’t have the one we needed out. We needed some help, so we went to the customer service desk since everyone was helping someone else out. One of the workers saw us and called someone to come to the desk to help; no one came. We saw the same worker finish helping one customer, made eye contact, and still did not receive any help. We were waiting for about 15 minutes and received no help! Absolute worse customer service around 5pm on Monday 1/28/19. We will no longer be shopping there.

I go there for what I need and they always have it. The staff is extremely helpful. Especially being handicapped, they help me to pick up the heavy things that I cannot pick up myself and load it into my car.

I do like tractor supply, many places have horrid customer service, but tractor supply does. I always get asked if i need help finding anything. Good service is possible when understaffed.

I was glad we googled this place. We had been looking for afortable goats milk for our new born puppies and we found it. They had a great selection of supplemental milk and the prices were great. The customer servise was really helpful and nice. They can even give your furry friends shots. They have puppy packs .. I thought thats was nice to know.

It is close to where I live, very limited on woman's clothes really reduced their inventory almost down to nothing. I truly don't feel most of the employees have good people skills, they are not personable, their attentiveness is extremely poor and often they are rude so i don't do much shopping unless I absolutely have to anymore.

Never have the horses feed on the shelf and makes a big deal to check the back where it normally is before they shelf it. Today May 13 2021 a employee was blowing the front of the store at 11:00am and blew dirt all over my newly washed car and when we told him he just threw up his arms so my husband went in to tell someone and they couldn’t have cared less only reaction was one word “sorry “

Needed a tube for my go kart and unfortunately they were 3x more than there competitors, for what looked and felt like a cheaper product. Wasn't very impressed.
