I just want to give a huge shout out to Dennis. I had ordered a birthday cake for my daughter a few weeks ago and things went horribly wrong. The cake was supposed to have a personalized picture. The picture somehow was lost that they were supposed to put on the cake. It was almost a total disaster! DENNIS totally came through for me. He actually not only made sure that the cake was made and taken care of he actually personally delivered it to my house. He is an awesome individual! He went above and beyond my expectations to make my daughter's birthday a success. Thank you again Dennis for saving the day. :) I appreciate you.

I don't really shop here much, but I have stopped for essentials here and there. Two times, I've gotten sour milk. The expiration date is not past. It just was bad milk. A big waste of money when things are already too expensive. I don't recommend this store.

We prefer their produce to Walmarts, but customer service is OFTEN HEAVY on the snarky/condending/rude scale, with a light balance of truly kind individuals.Prices are often up to DOUBLE Walmart. Just be careful and hope you get to deal with their better team members.

I’d give them less if I could. I waited for 10 minutes at the deli, there was nobody else in there. 3:00 pm, and was acknowledged by the 2 “employees” that were “working” at the time. They were chatting and texting, and when someone else walked up, one of them started helping them. Not me. 🤣🤣No surprise, the level of personal it’s to be expected. F this place

Employers are rude not as helpful. The older staff just hang up on you with any type of question you have over phone. Not the same after pandemic

All the food is fresh with no compromise in quality. However the store is due for a remodel. The isles are narrow. The bakery area is small. The freezers look like they came from 1975. And there's no self check out. But then again you don't go to save mart for the atmosphere, you go for the great low prices and high quality food.

I used to shop almost everything from Save Mart, one day i got my puppy Pug dog with me, when I just enter the store, one young woman who is manager with very bad attitude and too loud said to me get out the store , dogs are not alllowed (which i did not know) , i told her you could said that with lower voice and nice attitude and I told her my dog is way more cleaner than you and understand way way more than you and i left. Since then i haven't gone there and told my family dont shop from save mart anymore. Sorry for some people.

Save Mart employees are very friendly and helpful. I love their produce department. They always have very fresh produce as well as plants of...dill..oregano and others if you want super fresh. Save Mart is usually always well stocked and clean. They also almost always ask seniors if they would like help out with their groceries. The only thing I don't care for is they use an outside delivery to home service that isn't the best. I wish Save Mart delivered using their own employees.

This store is always so clean! Many of the employees have been with the company for many years and they are very knowledgeable about everything in the store. Their produce section has a great selection and is always stocked with fresh, good looking, high quality fruits and veggies! Their bakery items are so delicious!

If you don't value your time, check out the deli sandwich departments on Monday mornings. They will gladly guarantee that your time is wasted in the most inconvenient way possible. I haven't tried the sandwiches yet, but hope they are as fresh as possible, since the sandwich associate had to exit the deli department to fetch ingredients from the grocery department. Three standard, no bells or whistles, sandwiches in thirty minutes.....I treasure the fact that we live in America where other options are available and bad business practices can be shared with the community.

Just there to pick-up some there cooked fried chicken for dinner...was very good! Enjoyed it very much...but getting checked out was a wait...had only two checkers and both were backed up...finally called another checker to help out...still took time...this was around 6:45-7 PM, on Saturday night...P.S. chicken was on sale 12 pieces for $9.99...Great buy!

The store is super small n the aisle accommodate 1 cart each way...very cramped to pass by another shopper.My biggest complaint w ALL save marts is the cashiers NEVER say hi or hello and the baggers ALWAYS BAG DRY W COLD FOOD. How hard is it to NOT put bread in the same bag as cold items...you d think it s common sense but EVERYTIME my stuff is always mixed. The employees have inadequate training OR they just don t care.Also the stores...all the stores I shop at always let the phones ring on n on n on...SOMEONE PICK UP THE DAMN PHONE!

I love this place. They have everything I need and they ring up my foods...no self-checkout here! They have everything the larger stores have, like a deli and meat counter. Good folks and good prices. Plus, you can usually find a spot right up front.

I love this Save Mart because of Super Service the people are amazing. Today I wanted a knock off V8 Spicy for Bloody Mary's but they did not have a spot on the wall for spicy only regular so it cost me 2 dollars extra to go name brand but still excellent people

Store is dirty, staff is rude and always concerned with laughing among themselves and playing on their phones to be bothered with customers like myself. The deli is the worst. All the food looks days old and smells it too. Just look at the top layer of the cold foods behind the glass and you can see how discolored and aged it all is. Once again, deli staff has been rude the last four times I went in there so I just stopped going. Different staff, same attitude.

I ordered a cake at their bakery and I can't believe the cake was frozen!This was suppose to be a tres leches cake and when I got home we tried to cut it and it's totally frozen. I don't know about anyone else but I don't serve frozen cake for a birthday unless is ice cream cake.I will just have to find a good place for cake orders. Heads up this is the second time I've had incidents with my cake orders. I thought I'll give it a fair second chance but I'm DONE!

I went there (Geer Rd, Turlock) today because I found out they carry the gluten free bread I like. Picked up a few other items while I was there. Cashier # 58074 (Janal) was one of the most unfriendly people I've ever encountered. No smile, no eye contact and her "Thanks" was definitely not sincere. I won't be going back any time soon.

Though this place is sometimes expensive. The items, foods, and products are not all bad. Some are very good. Also a good place to gk tk if you ever want a good deal on frozen food. Employees are not that good but not great either.

I enjoyed my trip today at savemart more than usual because of an employee named Leticia. She was pushing a cart of gobacks through the isles asking people if they needed help finding something. I thought that was very cool. Thank you Leticia for making my day.

I love SavMart on Geer Rd Turlock. I have them make my sheet cakes for Birthdays of the month for CovenantCare at Home- Hospice & Private Duty each month. I have a theme for each month, & colors that I'll be using let them know what these two things are for the month & tell them decorate however you like. WOW are the cakes AWESOME

Store on Geer Rd is clean and well stocked. Thing with Save Mart-check expiration dates! Other than that? Good store.
