I love this grocery store. Great customer service. I love that I can count on them to have what I need when the other stores don't. Their deli is packed with yummy goodness and variety. The potato wedges are my favorite along with the Italian pasta salad. Their sandwiches made to order are made with fresh meats, cheeses and vegetables. The bakery always has lots of yummy desserts to choose from. I love their fresh baked breads and jalapeño cheddar rolls. Their donuts and pastries and tarts are good as well. The store is always neat and clean. They even have a Peet's coffee inside. I am sure individuals would also like their freshly made sushi items. There's this gentleman who has worked in the deli department for years, I don't know his name, but he's always been so kind to my husband and I every time we've seen him. Thank you!

Great store!! I would give 5 stars but what ruins the great experience for me is the disgusting and awful smell of the cigarette smoke you have to walk through to get in and out of the store. There is no way to away from it as they allow employees and the public to sit right in front of the store and smoke.

You need a cell phone to cut your coupons by scanning a tiny bar code that's hardly noticeable. They've lost their personal touch and some staff could care less about personal service. Oli, the cashier was rude and talked over me repeatedly saying "have a nice day"!

I love Raley's. Such a clean store and calming environment. Everyone is just at a slower pace in there so it's not as hectic. The employees aren't that nice though. The food is amazing. Such an abundance of choices on everything! I really love all the fruit and veggie options and herbs too. They have the biggest vegan selection too. From dried goods, frozen items and even baked goods! I'm also not able to have sugar, so the sugar free options are so great to have! The organization of the store makes my skin all itchy. It's horrible!! But at least while your lost in the maze it smells very clean and fresh and smells like flowers too sometimes lol the prices are higher here, but for some items it's very much so worth the money. Happy shopping!

This morning my mom that always love to shop from your store was so stunned by attitude of one cashier and even though my mom said she had five cilantro in plastic bag the cashier didn’t trust her and started counting them not once two times and she acting like mom doesn’t speak English and don’t know how to use her atm card. She came back so mad of the lady’s attitude

Sylvia was THE BEST personal shopper I have ever had! She kept me informed of products they were out of, tired to find me good substitutes and when I realized I accidentally selected the wrong item during my pick up she went back into the store to get me what I needed 🙌🏻 she made my pick up experience a great one! We drive about 20 miles to the Turlock Raleys for Every Birthday in our 13 person family! A Full Sheet Cake every time. This time it was for my 50th Birthday!!! We recommend them and their cakes to anyone asking. We order white cake with strawberries inside and their frosting is great too. Nobody doesn't like it.Happy Customers, The Vasquez / Barrios / And Deleon Families.

I'm grateful that this grocery store is very clean; the employees are helpful and the variety of products I like are usually available. Most stores have some supply issues now and I understand that; be nice to our essential workers, they deserve it. I especially liked customer service from Tess, who took the time to show me where paper products were. She is an exceptional employee!

The employees here are always friendly and ready to help! The store is always clean and since COVID I see them cleaning even more often. They definitely take guests health and safety seriously and seem to care about their employees. The produce is always the freshest and they have a great selection, plus the bakery is never lacking in delicious food. I have been shopping here for many years and will continue shopping here with such a friendly environment.The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I did have problems with the pharmacy staff before. I switched to a different pharmacy even though it's out of my way. I will never use this pharmacy again. However, every other employee in the store makes up for it.

They have great produce and items that I just can’t find anywhere in town. I’ve requested for them to have particular items and to my surprise, they now have them in stock. Denise the self check out clerk is the best. Every time I shop here she has a smile and encouraging things to say. The price is well worth the trip. Thank you for the excellent experience.

It is a good store and has pretty much everything you need,but.....Went at 7 in the morning and was told I had to use the self check-out because we don't have enough cashier's this early.I have problems every single time I use these "robots".You want me to look up diff vegetables and what not, so you can save some money by not hiring cashiers?I can see having at least one cashier,and I'll wait 30 minutes in line if need be.... but "0" cashiers? Nope,will go somewhere else

Great produce department. Excellent staff and customer service in all ways. Always offer help out. Comparable prices with Safeway, Save Mart etc but has excellent sales. Nice bread and meat department. A big plus ~ they will sharpen straight edge knives, ( no serrated knives ), for free. They even have protectors to slide your knives into. Just slide in the knife, fill in your name and phone number on the protector and give to someone in the meat department. Some stores limit the number of knives at one time to 3. Usually in 3 to 4 days you can pick up your sharpened knives. Great service idea. Need more handicapped parking though.

I absolutely love this place and the people working there. All the employees are very knowledgeable and highly trained on customer satisfaction.They will go above and beyond to make sure you will get the best service not to mention all of them are very happy and energetic. Once you're a regular, they will remember your name ! I love how the store is very well organized and well lit. The product selection, quality, freshness, prices and products sales' frequency are very competitive. It's also very close to me and that makes Raleys the perfect supermarket.

I love all the employees at Raleys and the rewards program is awesome I love how the coupons are tailored to what you buy. The employees treat you like family. About 5 years ago I left a bad marriage and just two months after getting out of it one of the managers told me I was looking healthier and happier. She told me that her employees were praying for me because they saw the situation I was in and that they were worried. So she told me that she was happy I got out safely 🙂. Like I said that was 5 years ago and now every time I go in the employees are telling me that I look so much happier and healthier than when they first met me. Which makes me feel happy that they really do care.

Wish I had more money but they do track your purchases and I earned a $10 coupon last timeSimply expensive but you know what they say...you get what you pay for! They have lots of good stuff. It's just not their fault I have a limited budget. Clean and organized. Easy to get around and always great people!!! Always ask for help out. Never self check...remember people need jobs!
