On 3/29 I dropped off my puppy at 8 am for his hair cut. I wasn't asked how I would like his hair cut to look. I was only told that because it was his first time that they were going to attempt to trim him. I received a text at 9:30 stating that they were unable to give him a full hair cut but they did their best because he was too nervous. The groomers had only bathed him and did a "face, feet and fanny trim which was considered an "add on" per the invoice. When I initially booked my appointment the services total was quoted at $57 for bath and hair cut. When I picked up my puppy I was asked if I wanted to give a "tip" prior to even seeing my dog and I was charged $47.99 for just a bath and face, feet, fanny trim. There was absolutely no attempt to even trim his body but they were able to put a razor between his eyes, feet, and rear (which by the way has him now dragging his butt on my floor due to it being irritated). My dog looked absolutely ridiculous when I got him. I ended up trimming him myself when I got home and the most frustrating part of all of this is that he showed no signs of nervousness at all and allowed me to trim him. I have worked in the veterinarian / grooming field so I have a general idea of what to expect. In this case there was absolutely no attempt to even try. Not for the benefit of the client or the animal.

Check in easy. Mallory is awesome! My yorkie always looks amazing when I pick her up. This is the only place I will use.

nice friendly young lady who was right on time. informed me she had found mats on gancys coat but thought she could comb out but might need to cut if not. I said she should then shave all of her coat if need be. make sure of nails ect. also ears. she called be when I was in costco I did not get it but saw text ten minutes later. she needed to cut her hair and needed me to confirm. I did. I told her to shave her. she Gave her a poodle kind of cut. lots of mats are left. some coat is shaved. shampoo still on part of coat. very very uneven cut. worst one and the most expensive one ever. I will never go go to petco agian. fancy was not harmed and was given to my daughter at time stated by groomer. I thought I was having an experienced person. very disappointing. agian very kind young woman. just feel like inexperienced.

My dog, Argus, keeps shaking his head because something is going in with his left ear. Something happened during his grooming and he now has a red sore in his ear. Definitely not happy about that.Also, not sure of the reasoning behind keeping him so long. I understand you have other dogs to groom. But you could also look at it from the standpoint of doctors have other people to look at and schedule accordingly. It would be great if you could do the same.

I have a 75lb pit and he loved it. Lexi (groomer) treated him awesome, professional and you can tell she loves animals. Just on my and my dogs experience I would recommend Petco to everyone. It's a big name store with a small community feel.

This was Biscotti’s first time and also my first time. I was nervous for her, but Mackenzie reassured me that she’ll make sure biscotti is comfortable and updated me on how she was doing as well. Biscotti looked amazing with her new cut, nail trim, adorable bow, and she smelled so clean! I will continue to book grooming appointments here!

The stylist is very friendly and attentive with my pet. My beloved pet Sophia came home looking very nice. The cut was perfect her fur was soft, her teeth where nicely cleaned. I'm very satisfied with her overall service.

The girl who took care of Minnie said she didn’t clip her nails because ‘Minnie didn’t like it’. I said ‘but I paid for the full service... I don’t understand.’ She then said that she did clip some of them. I looked at minnies feet and none were clipped. Not one. I have an appt for my other dog for next week but I will be cancelling that. I would not recommend petco grooming to anyone.
