They have a very wide selection of everything from pet foods, treats, toys, bedding, clothes, grooming items, live pets like fish and birds. A dog washing area and an on site groomer. They also during specified times offer vaccines and they microchip. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. And the prices are very competitive, if anything they tend to be on the lower end. And finally, they are always friendly with your pets, who are always welcome, and get a treat at checkout.

Shout out Miss Terry! Just got help @ the Turlock location 4/16. She was the sweetest and best help with all my questions—dealing with a very itchy dog. She even gave me some options if what I bought didn’t work. Also, helped me with some other concerns for a kitten I’m fostering—best costumer service I’ve had in a long while!Have a good day!

This store has a huge selection. Prices are pretty normal for a large pet supply store. They were supporting the local humane society that had just rescued 80 dogs from a hoarder, which gave them a step up in my book. The only issue is that the store is dark and not very inviting.

I usually go to Petco but I thought I would try pet supplies Plus. The prices are actually better. It's a smaller store, but is a lot easier to run in and grab something for your kitten or puppy than trying to navigate the animal big box across the street. Everyone was friendly in the parking was great. I'll be going there again very soon.

Excellent service! A little more expensive and worth it, especially if you need some guidance. They not only told me where to find what I was looking for but actually showed me where to find it and told me more about the product/options. We just adopted a shelter dog and needed training treats and a harness. I also gave our new dog a bath at their do-it-yourself tubs. Great idea! Reasonable price, everything we needed without the hassle or the mess.

My first time there. Got to bring both dogs inside with us & no complaints! Will definitely be back! At the end we got free samples of bones & my dogs absolutely loved them!

We had our girl Jaycee groomed here. She hadn’t been groomed in quite awhile. Kelli did an amazing job on our girl. She was very kind and caring and listened to our concerns. We definitely found Jaycees grooming place!!!

Took my Chi’s in today for the bathing services, which included teeth, shampooing & nails. Yolanda did an amazing job & felt comfortable leaving my companions in her hands. When I arrived, first of all, they were extremely happy, both smelled great, nails looked good, their coats were shiny, exceptionally soft to the touch & they both smelled great. She was great with them, very natural & not forced at all. I would definitely recommend Yolanda to anyone looking for a groomer in the area. 5 out of 5 stars.

Yolanda always did an amazing job with my German Shepherd. Very quick and affordable and he always left looking (and smelling) amazing! She would always text me when she had sooner availability for my Bear. He's no longer with us now but I would till recommend Yolanda to anyone needing a reliable and professional groomer.

We just recently fostered a puppy and don't know anything about dogs. They staff has been very helpful with guiding us towards what is best for the dog. Our first encounter was with Edward who was very considerate and knowledgeable with what a puppy might need for food and toys. He was very engaged with our needs even after interrupting him restocking other items. We returned multiple times because of the staff and the items offered at your store. Finally we worked with Conner who was also very knowledgeable and considerate with our needs. He took the time to listen to us as we explained our situation even if we had other tasks to complete. I would highly recommend your store and especially the staff. Edward and Conner are wonderful members of the pet community and represent Turlock and Pet Supplies Plus really well.

We went to use the new dog wash area. Everything was nice and clean. The tub is big enough for our 85lb labradoodle. The towels are a bit small, and they only give you 2. Shampoo is of good quality. The place was not very busy.

We love Yolanda! She is always so friendly and accommodating. If she has an opening sooner than our monthly appointment she will call to see if we want to come in. She is the best with our two big guys. They are always happy to see her and go right in without hesitation and they always come out smelling and looking amazing. We’ve been to other groomers before Yolanda and never went. As long as she’s there we’ll keep coming back as we trust her with our boys!

I’ve always loved coming here, but today I wanna rave about an employee named Kevin!! They* were so kind to my dog, who is usually pretty wary of strangers due to his lack of socializing when in the peak of his medical condition as a puppy. My dog loved Kevin and even wanted to stay and play! They* completely made his day and I’m glad I came in to shop today. Awesome person 100%!!!*unsure of preferred pronouns so trying to be neutral and respectful <3*

I am so impressed with their grooming services! Yolanda did a fabulous job!Our dog looked beautiful! Our dog is 13 and Yolanda was so gentle with her. She took her time and was really sweet to her. Also, our dog has a very thick undercoat and she did an amazing job! I will be a regular client of Yolanda's! I highly recommend their services!

The staff here are super friendly and helpful! We were greeted by every employee that we passed or passed us, and everyone made sure we were finding everything we were looking for. I cannot stress enough how friendly everyone was at this location. The store was clean and well stocked. I live 25 minutes away and will for sure go back. The prices are even cheaper than most of the pet stores that are more local for me.

I hate coming here................. without my pup! There are plenty of toys that are size inclusive like these mini tennis balls that my fur baby adores and a wide variety of food for all animals. Did I mention the staff?? They are actually friendly! Not like a generic, no customer service, we keep that on isle 6, go figure it out cause I'm busy, retail mentality. They think outside of the box and go out of their way to help. Book says thank you!!

When will the self serve dog wash be brought back, if ever? They're a life saver for us because we have two big dogs and it's so much easier to wash them in the self serve dog washes. I was very disappointed to find they've been closed for almost 7 months now.

I just went into the store for an appointment for my dog to get her nails trimmed. I have been coming here with two of my dogs for years and every time is a great experience except today. We went in for a normal routine and I'm not sure if it's due to the remodeling of the grooming center but my dog was not comfortable. We went to pay and when we got back we heard my dog yelping. My dog has always been amazing during her nail trims. I tried to reason with it that maybe the noises disturbed her or she was just having an off day. However the groomer then proceeds to tell my dog "now you know how it feels". I don't know what that means but my body was boiling. I'm not coming back again. I didn't bother asking because I knew in that moment words would've been said. I don't know the employee's name but she seemed to only have excuses for herself. I hope no one else has to experience this because my baby was stressed when we got her back. She fell asleep instantly in my arms due to the stress she received.
