Best grooming experience we’ve ever had. My dogs come back so happy and with the most beautiful soft coats. I usually bathe them at home but it was time they got a nice spa treatment and let me tell you this was 10/10 service. Very short wait, Rosey got her nails done for the first time and she loved them! I highly recommend you to go see Nicole and the rest of the girls they will make you and your fur babies very satisfied.

Thank you, Faith, at Lisa's. My dog, an older jack russell, is too old and too strong for me to trim his nails. They had become painfully long when I rescued him so I brought him in for their nail trimming service. I barely sat down with my book when she came out with him. She had worked her magic so quickly and efficiently that he came strutting out all proud of himself. And with no stress for either of us...truly magic.

They did such a great job with my scruffy wolfhound. My huge dog went in messy and came out sleek and adorable. She was perfectly groomed, very classy. My dog is not aggressive but extremely fearful and they handled her personality perfectly. I wish we still lived in Turlock so we could go to Lisa's Pet Styles more often.

We have taken our puppy several times and has seen Faith and the fee was always around 55-60. She has always nozzled our dog and says she doesn’t behave. Today I go pick her up and they tell me the fee is $75 cuz she was very matted and they had to shave her and nozzle her again. And, she said my dog bit her. So I guess they can just raise the fee to what ever amount they want without even giving you heads up even if you don’t have the funds?! And they only take cash so I didn’t have enough. As I’m talking to my groomer another groomer decides to stick her nose where it doesn’t belong by telling me well she but her twice and we can’t see your dog anymore unless it’s paid in full. Also, they didn’t even call me to let me know that they were going to shave her. I tried to pay with card but they don’t take cards so they expect me to go to the bank and come back to pay them $15 more dollars instead of just saying you know what it’s ok this time but next time it’s gonna have to be paid or something like that. So disappointed ☹️ in how rude they were today and not professional at all!!!!! So you can say I won’t be taking my dog there anymore and maybe they don’t even care cuz you can tell they were not happy with my dog and they didn’t even try to comfort her. So be careful they can raise the price to whatever amount they want without giving you heads up. See below how they shaved my dog 🐶

Nicole is the best! Our doggies absolutely love her and she does a fantastic job everytime. We've been going here at least every other month for the past 2 years and have always been happy with the service.

They do a fantastic job! I have a Yorkshire Terrier who is terrified of just about everything so I can only imagine how difficult she must be at the time they are grooming her but they do a absolutely fantastic job and your dog will be softer than ever when you pick them up. Faith is the only groomer that makes our chow chow look so handsome and actually fully dries him. So many other places don't put in the effort to deal with his double coat. Everyone at Lisa's knows him and he's always so happy after being there.

I must say it was the worst experience for my yorkie. He was traumatized after his grooming appointment because when I picked him up he basically wanted to attacked the lady who groomed him and she has the nerve to call my dog crazy!! Not only was he crying for days he had to go to the vet for an ear infection!!!

Met with a groomer. She was very friendly with our dogs. Said she had a time cutting nails & using blow dryer on one of our dogs. All in all it was ok. $65 for little dog 10 pounder. And $75 for the other that would of been more but didn’t get nails & hair blew out. Cash only. Thank God I was told that. Pricey but everything has gone up.As a tip to new comers: always ask about how much the cost is. We did not. Use to $50 for dog grooming thought it be the same. :)

I gave a 2 star review because, while our dog always looks good after going to Lisa’s Pet Styles, I am really unhappy with the length of time they take to groom him. The last 2 times we requested that they would do an express grooming - for an extra charge, they will make sure your dog is done early so they’re not waiting for 5-6 hrs. I’m not sure who takes the appts, but somehow our request for express grooming seems to be ignored. Going in at 9 a.m and not being done until 2:00 is not express grooming. Perhaps the service is booking way more than they are able to keep up with, and should seriously consider re-organizing their appointment scheduling so dogs and customers are taken in consideration.

I took my dog in and they gave him back to me with his ears not eving clean and his nails look the same and he dosnet smell like shampoo like he should.

Nicole took amazing care of my 14 yr old Great Pyrenees mix. He has weak back legs and she made sure to let him rest whenever he needed to. She treated him with love and gentleness. His haircut is awesome and I'm now a forever customer. Thanks Nicole!

My long hair cat had numerous clumps of matted fur after my daughter washed her. I took her Lisa's so they could shave my cat and get rid of the matted fur. Darlene was able to get all of the knots out and called to let me know and ask if I still wanted my cat shaved. I didn't. My cat looked great when I got her back a few short hours later and wasn't traumatized. I would recommend this place to friends.

After being disappointed several times with the big box stores. I started looking around, it's no small thing that the day I called to ask when my dog could be seen, expecting to hear three weeks to a month. As I've been doing for the last several months at the big box stores. I was told, "you got time right now". I love the way I was treated, and most of all I love the way my Grace was treated. Highly recommend this place.

I was able to call same day and recieve an appointment. She let me know a time frame and they kept to it. My Lab came back Pampers and happy as can be from a groomers. It was her first time. Thanks for a good first impression, I shall be returning with my dog.

Nicole is very rude and has attitude. I will not be coming back to this place. They do not treat their customers well and make me wonder how they treat my dogs. I suggest looking elsewhere

No pricing postage . Everytime I come in the price changes. Last time I was quoted over the phone for my dog $50 because he was matted; which I'm fine with. After service was done I'm hit with a $60 bill. My first visit I paid $40...kinda strange they just make up their own prices

They did an excellent job on my cat and they always do good work however they are pricey. I spend 8 times as much on my cat's hair that I do my own. But if you can afford it Lisa's is the place to go.

They have a lot of patience with my little girl (Beauty) and she behaves with them no one else can even touch her nails she just gets scared my poor little dog is just spoiled rotten but we would not have it any other way Love her so much Thanks everyone for your kindness and doing a great job

If there was a zero I would give a zero. Very rude, arrogant, sarcastic, argumentative and Mean to our dog while putting him in a kennel. mean to another dog when it barked at her for being mean to our dog. Didnt stay, took our dog back and will never go back.

Always an amazing transformation every time I take my neglected little yorkie to get a haircut. We take him in looking like a walking mop head and he comes out looking like a beautiful yorkie.
