One of the worst pharmacy in The. U.SI take two meds for almost ten years. I was in emergency so 24 hours pharmacy options were CVS and Walgreens. I went to CVS, when i gave them the prescription, they acted like racist, and they told me we cant do fill these and I asked why they said because pharmacist doesn't feel so. Are you serious? Never ever go back to those racist. And I asked all my families member and friends transfer their meds some other pharmacy they preffer which they did. I'm really sorry for Cvs pharmacy staff.

This is the worst pharmacy. On the 7th I was trapped in their drive-thru for over an hour and a half and had the gate closed on me. The store manager was useless and rude. Today I waited at the window for 55 minutes for a Covid test to be turned away because they were 'too bussy' and the alleged manager, Raj, was rude and useless. Go somewhere else. This pharmacy is absolute garbage.

***AVOID AT ALL COSTS***Where to begin, went immediately to CVS Pharmacy following a minor surgery to start the process of getting my prescription filled. Was told I'd have to wait 2-3 hours so that they could verify the prescription was valid/authentic and they would call me when it was filled and ready to be picked up. 4 hours later and no call. I ended up calling them and found out it was ready to be picked up. Went to pick it up, provided my worker's comp pharmacy card, and was then told that i couldn't receive my prescription because they didn't have the authorization to fill the prescription even though they had it in hand. They told me I'd have to wait 1-2 days before it could get approved and showed me the door.Cut to me in the parking lot. I call my worker's comp provider and inform them of the above. They explained to me what CVS Pharmacy was doing to me wasn't right and that they would call them immediately to get things squared away. My WC provider then spent the next 15 minutes on hold with CVS not once getting an answer. I let my provider know i was still at the pharmacy and could give my phone to the pharmacy techs so that she could speak with them. My provider spoke with the tech and informed them they were possibly billing wrong and was able to correct CVS mistake for them. After that, the Female Assyrian Pharmacy Tech did not appear pleased with me and proceeded to give me attitude and instructed me to have a seat while they filled my prescription. After another 10-15 minutes, my prescription was finally filled and i was on my way. TOTAL TIME SPENT TRY TO FILL 1 PRESCRIPTION: 1.5 Hours. Do NOT recommend CVS Pharmacy. 0/5 STARS

My experience is excellent with all the pharmacy staff every time I go to CVS. Michelle is always with a smile on her face and very helpful.

Two times that they doesn’t feel comfortable with the medical diagnosis. For sure they know more than the Physician. A little respect! One Indian guy isn’t nice, I think he has to find another job, because he doesn’t like the people. I told that for all the customers on the line, everyone said something about the disgusting guy!

Pharmacy has short of employees or they are very slow people working inside, management not to worried about how to care and organizatized to drive through people, there is long line at the window and each vehicle took more than 25, 30 minutes to get there prescription.Zero Star
