Went to the Outlets for the first time in a long time. This place unfortunately hasn't changed much at all. Don't get me wrong. Parking lot is full on a holiday weekend but the layout has not changed at all in over 20 years. Cannot expect much for Tulare though. All the medium or top flight stores are nowhere to be found. It was a rather boring experience. I will be going to Citadel or Camarillo if I need to shop at the Outlets.

Tulare outlets are cool because they are not in Fresno, so if a day adventure is what your looking for it'll be fun. However they are really overpriced. And if you decide to get approved for any of the stores credit lines beware, they make it hard to pay the credit cards so just beware. But all in all they're cool

I discovered this location while hunting for a Levi’s store and was happy to find that I can get to an outlet mall closer than the Gilroy location. They are not as big as Gilroy or Livermore Factory outlets but they have enough where I’ll drive 45 minutes to get to. They don’t have many luxury brands like Prada, Gucci or ISL like Livermore but it’s still a good factory outlet if you’re looking for every day merchandise. I do like that I don’t have to drive 2-3 hours to get to from my location and it’s not as crowded. My favorite stores are Levi’s, Columbia, Calvin Klein and Tommy F. The sales staff at these stores have been really nice and helpful which I also don’t find at Livermore. I would recommend and the only reason for the 4 stars is the number of stores available.

The Columbia store had all my needs and even went out of their way to help me find what I was looking for for my upcoming trip. Same thing with COACH. Was welcomed warmly and then assisted with everything that I needed.

We love shopping here. Besides having a huge selection of shops with massive savings, this place is always so clean! Even the bathrooms are well maintained. My typical go-to stores are Osh Kosh and Vans for my child; Van Heusen, Gap and Calvin Klein for the adults and Coach and Zales Outlet for special occasions. There's a store for everyone.

These Outlets have quite a few stores to choose from and it is very well kept and always looking clean. They do have a theater within the outlets and they have a few places to eat but a huge selection. They almost seem more like snacks but hopefully they bring a restaurant and in the future. The biggest stores are most likely Tommy Hilfiger as well as Nike and Converse and possibly vans but it just depends on what you want or what you're looking for.

I came out of town for the leap year promition and I'm sad to say there was a note on the door that says that the promotion was no longer happening. When yet the flyer says that it ends at 5pm. They did not specify it was only while supplies lasted and but they were allowing customers to get multiple gift cards rather than havinng a fair system where everyone got one. This was absolutely ridiculous!!

place to go and like I like how they have all the stores together, when were camping and I'm like why is a mattress weigh and then she said oh like I peed I'm like you sure that it was I think it was hurt and she said that that was sweat that's not pee or yellow she like I don't know if my dad and I got out of the tent so that was my experience at Camp thank you for looking at my feedback hope you like it and share

I love going to the Chocolate Factory I like the Vans store I like all the clothing store it just feels always Christmassy or briskier something over there during the fall and in the winter put on your boots get on your sweaters just to walk around and sit on a bench and eat ice cream or people watch it's pretty cool we have Forever 21 and their cells are off the charts especially for winter they have like blankets for sweaters like 10 bucks it's awesome and keep you warm all winter long thanks and enjoy as much as I have

We went to go see The new Godzilla and King Kong movie is a must see. Recommend to go and watch it at the movie theaters in Tulare, it was awesome.

Pretty good. A little something for everyone. Just make sure that if you order food, eat it there. I went to Togo's and looked the girl in her eyes and said, "NO CHIPOTLE ON MY SUB PLEASE." She replied "OK", so of course I didn't check and went home. Bit into my sub, and guess what??????? CHIPOTLE!!!!!!! GGGGRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND THAT IDIOT IN SACRAMENTO, THAT WOULD BE NEWSOME, WANTS TO PAY FAST FOOD WORKERS, $20 AN HOUR???!!!!! Who's the bigger moron, Newsome or the girl?! N E W S O M E !!!!!!!!!!

This place is the Best place to go shopping . It’s so much fun!! Movie’s, candy shops, places to eat and more. You can buy so many cute clothing items. From shoes, Jewelry also places to eat and simply just enjoy life. It’s perfect for every occasion and seasonal event especially when you’re looking for something new to wear. Tulare outlet’s definitely has the store your probably looking for.

The Nike Outlet Store is the ONLY store with actual deals for an outlet discount area.I visited most of the stores here at the Tulare Outlets and the only store worth a look is the Nike Store. Also it's a clean and safe area to shop.

If I check in for the Outlets it's generally because I'm going to the Galaxy to see something in DFX. Reclining chairs and the stadium seating is great. And the sound is amazing (even if a bit loud for my ears). Totally worth the service fee to have the ability to reserve your seats in advance too!

Absolutely amazing date spot, tons of places to take your other half. They also have a theatre with comfortable reclining seats, a great ice cream stop a couple stores left, and a amazing selection of clothing outlets to take your kids back to school shopping. Overall, a great date spot, place to pickup school clothes, and a amazing spot to catch a movie.

There's an Adidas clearance store. Everything is 70% off! There's a Nike factory store And Coach store. Other than that not much of a great selection of other stores outside of that

Very nice outlet mall, have most of the brands. Nice parking lot which is free. Have public restrooms, food is available but don’t have much choice. Overall good experience
