My husband and I were looking for a washer and dryer set and Geo helped us out. He took his time with us and found exactly what we were looking for and helped with a Home Depot card. Thank you so much!! He was awesome! Hopefully he can help us out with a fridge next! We went back to re order our dryer and Sam helped us out. Geo and Sam are amazing! Thank you!

I had a paint sprayer with Home Depot protection plan which I spent extra in case anything were to happen to it, the paint sprayer broke down so I needed a new one. I fill out the Home Depot protection plan form and they say I should expect a paper in the mail telling me when to send it in 5 to 7 business days, the days pass by and nothing, so I call Home Depot and speak to the manager Matt, he tells me to go to Home Depot and that he will personally help me out so I go, once I’m there I ask for Matt and he refuses to show himself and rather let’s a worker named Danny help us. Danny kept telling us that we had to call the insurance but we already had done that like 4 times and they always hang up so she calls them herself and they hang up on her as well, so she calls Matt to ask what to do and he still refuses to show himself even though he should handle it since he’s manager, so Danny tells us we can swap it out for you so she goes check if there’s any in stock and the machine says there’s 4 in stock, she goes and she comes back empty handed, I decide to go check and smh tell me why there was 4 paint sprayers any of which she could’ve brought down to swap it out, instead she lied saying “we don’t have any”. She tells someone to bring it down and we finally got our new paint sprayer after months of trying to replace it with Home Depot, terrible service, don’t get me started on Andy from Lumber or I’d have a whole other paper to write about him.

They have stuff locked up (that none of the other stores do) and they don’t even have a help button so you have to chase down an employee and then wait for the one worker with the keys to come by. It’s worse than Walmart.

I'm somewhat divided on this place.. although I pretty much know what I'm looking for and where to find it, when I do need help with something I usually get pointed in a direction and told its over there somewhere..I remember when people who knew about hardware, worked at hardware stores. Imagine going to a hospital and the only work experience is at fast-food.. that's what it feels like sometimes

Worst place. Never get good help there, I’ve waited for hours to figure it out myself. Decided to get a weed wacker today and wow missing parts. Not to mention a rude worker. I’ll never spend money at that company ever. I do deliveries as well and they are also really unprofessional there as well. Don’t make the same mistake. Avoid these lames and go anywhere else. I Purchase, a $100 gift certificate for my mom for her birthday/Mother’s Day. She was visiting from Arkansas. She flew back on May 15 which on May 23 I found out from Home Depot, was the same day the card was redeemed. Beware. The cashier was Celeste.

They don’t like protected classes there. So they are rude, mess orders or whatever goes wrong. This time: ordered a plastic fence ( for there was a sale) , black. They call me canceling it ( they were out). Re order by phone in this store now white. They sent to my house a white but in larger grid. I called just to switch color. I had to go back and buy it and pay almost double ( sale was gone) , loose $ shipment. The hassle is so U don’t buy there. Im a latino mix Italian. I just buy there for I ought to.

I like the layout of this store and their product selection. There is just a couple items I may have to go to their competitor for since they do not care such product at this time. A mentioned product is a 1/2 in compression end cap. Not the fancy one, but the simple cheaper one.Other than that, I prefer shoping here at Home Depot. It is close to my home as well.

This Home Depot was a good one it’s really big and I went about an hour before it closed and there wasn’t hardly anyone there but the store is a really big one with way more selection than the one that’s closer to my house and the people were nice I would definitely check this Home Depot if I was having trouble finding what I’m looking for at my home depot

Hailey was very unhelpful. Something was in the wrong spot and proved wrong and instead of her doing her job to go check and see she sent my friend to take a picture of the item and price instead of going with my friend. She seemed just lazy

Tulare Home Depot has the worst customer service! We had made multiple purchases with them and I consider myself a loyal customer. We placed an order last year & have been given the run around as to when the order is gonna come in. We have contacted them and have gone into the store to try to figure out what’s going on with our order. We understand that things are in back order but the Home Depot managers have not made any effort to try to speak to us. Today we asked to speak to a manager 1/10/22 and the first employee in millworker’s said that there was no manager on duty but Danny in customer service did say that Mat and Justin were on duty for the night. The manager on duty chose not to speak to us in regards to our order. They don’t care about keeping their customers happy or trying to find a solution to the customers concerns. I’m not one to leave reviews like this but this is really concerning.

This hardware store is the best destination to find all type of stuff that you will need for a construction project! It also has the little things that you might need to give your house a little more detail, like some high quality paint! To add a little humour, I wish I could breath the Home Depot air forever because it is a psychological need for me!!!

Walked in with a list of items not familiar with for a construction project late evening. I was lost as to where I can find anything. Michael walked up to me and ask if I needed help finding anything? I said yes a few things. He stopped what he was doing and helped me find every item on my list. Without his help I would have been lost. Feels good to be able to walk into home-depot and know I can ask for someone who is willing to help. With a positive attitude and goes with you to grab the items and also assisted on loading as some items were 100lbs. Thank you for all your help Michael, truly appreciate you. 💯‼️🙌🏼💪🏽

Where can I start! Clean facility helpers everywhere and we had the best help from Hector! With out knowing we got a GREAT manager to assist us in our purchase of Milwaukee Brand Tools. To top is off he went above and beyond by informing us about the difference of prices and kits available. He helped us by assisting in making a GREAT selection and building our own kits! Really great help and even better sold us on the Home Depot Financing! Super happy with the purchase and AMAZING service Hector has done for us.

I needed to get a front door knob rekeyed. Was helped by Justine. She had to go through two door knobs until it worked right. Very helpful and friendly. Didn't charge me an arm or leg either. Way happy. I noticed Home Depot's customer service has improved a lot over the last few years. Way stoked and I'll start ditching Lowe's. Thanks-
