What a beautifully stocked and organized store!! Prices are accurate, there were many sales items throughout the store whether you’re looking to purchase for your dog, cat, bird, you name it they most likely have it— and on sale! The cashier was also super nice! She was so patient, attentive and made me feel valued from the second I walked into the store, to when I left. I was able to find these cookies that my dogs love and are able to chew since they have missing teeth and at an affordable price. Will without a doubt shop here again!

Came in Sunday right before closing to pick up dog shampoo, found exactly the product I was looking for! The cashier was friendly and knowledgeable!

Very helpful staff helped us find the prescription dog food we needed for our dog. Our dog did not like the chicken flavoured food we got him, Petsense allowed us to exchange the unopened bag for one with lamb flavoured dog food, and they even allowed us to exchange the 3/4 full chicken flavoured bag for a new lamb flavoured bag. Wow, how great is that? Fortunately our dog likes the lamb flavoured food much better, and we surely like Petsense!

This store has an amazing selection for any pet you may have. I spent lots of time in the dog and cat food section. I never seen such a variety of flavors, for different ages of pet, and price range. Store was great. Also, the Floor Supervisor and the associate that were there were very helpful and nice.

Super amazing , I got to the store and there was only one employee working and we were greeted at the entrance by Ramon ,I had lots of questions about dog food and vitamins he was extremely helpful and well educated about all their products, he was very helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help us that's something I haven't seen in a store for a long time so I would like to congratulate Petsense of Tulare for hiring a very helpful and knowledgeable person for their store I will definitely be coming back he helped me get a big bag of dog food,vitamins for my dogs and can food for my older dog , I will definitely keep on buying all my pets needs at this store so Mr. Richard Ramos (store manager) kudos for and amazing employee you should definitely reward employees like him I will definitely pass it on to my friends and neighbors to help them get exactly what they need for their fur babies...thanks again store #104 at the Tulare outlet location 👍👍👍🙏🙏♥️

Cool store, had things for my birds that other pet supply stores didn't carry. Prices seemed fair. Staff seemed a Lil busy but still was polite about it

Not very big but they have everything you need. The staff was extremely friendly and they have the items I was looking for plus some that I wasn't. I don't know if I will return to this location but if I'm in the area again and need something for my dog I probably will.

Really nice employees who know a lot about dogs. I talked with them about the breed I have and what food would be best for her. Prices aren't outrageous but you'll deffinitely get stuff cheaper at Walmart but you don't get the service.

Once in a blue moon you’ll come across a pet store that’ll really cater to your every need like petsense. Don’t get me wrong the other ones aren’t terrible, but the customer service doesn’t get any better than Petsense. I came in expecting a quick bag of cat food, and an employee named Jexuan greeted me with a smile informing about what’s nutriotionally benificial for my particular cat. Super welcoming. Thanks to him, my little fluff ball’s health is more vibrant than ever. I live in Visalia but I prefer Petsense over the zombie employees of petco. Will recommend it! 5 stars
