We took a tiny little guy over there and he was an unhappy camper. The technicians at Pet Envy were fantastic with him! He was upset about being dried but they were able to get him cleaned up very proffessionally. We will definitely be returning and hopefully he will be a better client.

I’ve been bringing Remy to Pet Envy for about 6 years now and they are always so accommodating to scheduling appointments. They never disappoint with the service they provide. The staff is always so welcoming and friendly too! :)

Place was good last year but I've motored something change, don't know if it's personnel or maybe change of ownership. Bit the quality of service has definitely dropped significantly. My dog is not given to me as clean as before and doesn't even smell like shampoo or even clean. He smells like if he was bathed with only water and his white fur doesn't even shine anymore. Time to look for another groomer with better quality of service.

We took our dog and cat in to get flea baths and my boyfriend stepped in poop as soon as we walked in to pick up or animals. When getting our cat back we noticed in our car she still had fleas and the eye boogers she had in her eyes when I took her in. She didn’t smell washed but she was wet. Our dog only smelled good because a worker sprayed him down with a spray before handing him over. I Took our cat right back in and still had live fleas after picking her up again. Also when taking her back the second time the lady at front desk was a bit rude. Very disappointed for the amount paid.

Friendly customer service Forsure. But took my dog there for the first. Drop her off at 11:23 was told it was 3 hrs. At 3:23 I get the text saying she’s ready for pick up, but when I get there and pay I had to wait an additional 30+ mins waiting for her. Was disappointed because I drove from out of town and had to wait that additional 30-40 mins after being told she was ready. To top it off she was still wet when I got her. Won’t be returning sadly.

5 stars for Renee, my baby’s groomer! My 8 month old Goldendoodle loves going to see Renee. Maggie has no anxiety at all when going to be groomed. I’m always pleased with her grooming and the love shown to my pup. I highly recommend Renee. She always has a smile on her face and seems genuinely happy to see us.

Professional and treated my dog and cat like it was their own. I could see their love for animals the moment I walked in the door. They did a perfect lion cut on my long haired cat and my dog looks amazing too.

They’ve been grooming my dog for years. I should have stopped taking him there after the groomer burned him with the clippers and they said they were “hot spots”. (Shaped like a triangle, really?). Switched to a specific groomer and that stopped. Since the major change in staffing, it’s been terrible. It takes all day before getting a pickup text. They’ve returned my dog to me without his collar, and even though it has my number on his tag, they didn’t call and say they had it. They had to be called and asked to look for it. Today, they handed me my dog, no collar, no harness (both of which have his tags on them), and just his leash. What did they think I attached the leash *to*? Asked where his collar and harness were after stating brown leather collar and blue harness, only for the girl to bring out a nasty black harness for a smaller dog and someone else’s leather leash. The inability to run this facility is mind boggling.But what really, really pisses me off is the fact that my dog, who is a bouncy and happy ding dong that loved going to the groomer is in an absolute state and has been all afternoon since coming home. He’s been stressed, exhausted, shaking and scared. He cries when I touch his back hip, yet there’s no mark. My dog is in pain, and I don’t know what they did to him. Do NOT leave your pets with them, find some place else.

I hate to come here and even leave this review because we have been loyal customers with our 4 dogs now 3 for nearly 5 years. In the past few weeks our experience has not been as good as in the past. Our two larger dogs shed a lot. One of them gets shaved and the other gets a good brush to remove a lot of its hair. They have always left looking great. We would bring them in every 4-6 weeks with hardly any shedding between appointments and this month we’ve taken our husky twice in 3 weeks for excessive shedding. Our Shepard thst gets shaved looked horrible. So many spots missed. We stated our concern to one of the gals that we had not seen in the past and she really wasn’t very polite. When we told her this isn’t typically how it’s been before and that we were unhappy with the initial appointment and the outcome, not once did she offer an apology or a solution. Or offer to give a discount for us having to bring one dog back in the same month. Mind you a larger dogs are not the cheapest.With this being said, our dogs just don’t come out like they use too. This has just become a recent issue in our past 3 visits there and it’s very disappointing. Not sure if they have new groomers and staff. Also, the sweet gal who was at the front hasn’t been there in a while. Not sure if ownership changed or what maybe going on, but their services and customer interaction have decline. Also, scheduling has become more complicated than before too.

The front desk person is definitely not the same. She seems as though she is bothered by taking calls or reservations. Her response to me wanting to schedule was “uh okay well when do you want to set an appointment? Right now? Today? Tomorrow? Or next week?” All those questions in an irritable tone. I hope they realize we continue to be with them for their hospitality & care for our pets!

I have been bring my dog here for years and I hate to come in here and leave this review but for the last two visits my dog had have not been great like before this time she went she was shaking I had drag her in there and this was new behavior for her. They also take extra king to cute her hair she’s a small dog and we just do short hair for her they used to call me before now I have to call them to Clare if she’s ready after 4/5hrs of her being there

We have a Doberman that can be very aggressive. We were very nervous and scared to take him grooming for the first time but the staff there made us feel comfortable. We had an amazing first time experience and we will definitely be back and make it a routine for our dog.PS: Russo smells like blueberries

I’ve only taken my dog to them a handful of times but Im very disappointed they’re customer service is terrible they almost seem like they hate their job but what’s most concerning to me is that my dog seemed petrified when i took him to his appointment he stated shaking uncontrollably and he’s been sad since we picked him up. Also the last time I was there to pick him up you could hear one of the employees yelling at a dog telling him to shut up now I’m wondering if it was my dog and that’s why he was so scared when we walked in.

I love Pet Envy in Tulare so much I drive all the way from North Visalia. I know there are Pet Envy locations in Visalia but I prefer Tulare. They have great customer service: friendly and always have my dogs ready in a reasonable amount of time!
