They do have some service but they may want you to leave early since they are Xeno. They have an issue with dark skinned people they might even charge you more in order you not to come back. I do buy most of my stuff online just show for last minute forgotten stuff. People of R N used to be like that too. Im of Italian descent . 3 gen evangelic and previous catholic.

Morris Levin is very helpful. I am from a different town other than Tulare and I will leave my town to drive to Morris Levin for what I need that they have. Employees are very helpful and they have a vast array of inventory. From guns(& gun supplies), hardware, and/or farm equipment relation. They will have it and if they don't they will do their best to order what you need

As always they are great. I brought in this box, I had no clue what it was for, except that my home well water pump stopped working and something fried. They weren't sure what it was, walked with me across the street to their plumbing shop and the guy knew exactly what it was and referred me to Valley pump, who had the whole control box in stock. The before & after pics, done by a novice. ML is the place to go. Thanks guys!!!

Had a really bad experience today with one of the supervisors her name was Lily I think that was her name very bad customer service she had a really bad attitude I know sometimes people have a bad day but they should not be rude to customers she was very rude

Great staff!! everyone with a big smile offers to help!! I recently had a lower AR delivered there because they are an authorized FFL store and Carla took care of all my paperwork she is a really easy going person, I recommend this store

5 stars for customer service.5 stars for Dremel selection.1 star for tool knowledge. (Sold a masonry drill but for drywall).What to look for: If you park in front of store doors, take care when backing up. That gutter will take off bumper parts.

Very amused with their service and offerings I don't think they need to change anything more except other than they need to hire people and value them more because I had a friend who was a really great coworker at the hardware store I work at and he knew it all and he said they let him go because he asked for a sick day which to me the company needs to be more lenient on when they can take a day off since things usually come unexpectedly and they should know that not everything is possible at the same time. People need to understand that when you're short staffed you can't expect the same service. I am glad I live only a couple of miles from this hardware store because it's convenient and easy to get in and out.

UPDATE: The owner, David, responded to my original review within two hours asking me to call him and I'm really glad I chose to take him up on it. Our conversation showed me that he clearly cares about existing customer as well as potential customer experience. I feel assured that the interaction I had yesterday is not typical nor tolerated by their company. I appreciate when an owner takes action and responsibility. He takes their "Code 1” Service Philosophy (where EVERY customer receives personal attention) seriously. I am very happy to support them in the future after his extra effort to set things right. Thank you, David. It is interactions like this that make it worth it to support local.ORIGINAL REVIEW: I called to get assistance and I was met with a rude and unprofessional individual on the other line. I've never used nor called this company before as I haven't had any any of these type of issues happen yet since owning my house. I had assumed it was a quote type system - they come look at it and tell me how much it will be to fix it. Well I guess I was wrong in my assumption ... after I briefly and politely explained my situation and asked if someone could come look at it and give me a quote on the work, the woman on the other line goes, "You want a quote?!" like I asked the most offensive question ever. I stated I had never had this problem before so I assumed it was a quote type system, and she gruffly responded with "the rate is $99 an hour that starts from the moment the tech leaves the shop to the moment they return" in a bored and annoyed tone. I thanked her for her time, she told me you're welcome without any attempts to ask for my information to follow up so I hung up. Sadly, I can't vouch for their work because my relationship with them ended there, so maybe her assessment that my business was beneath them was correct and they aren't hurting for business. I called Hodson's and they very politely told me they would have a tech call me and schedule a site visit to look at my furnace in one to two days.

If you can't find what you're looking for elsewhere then this is definitely the place to find it. They either have it in store, will order it for you or will find it for you. We made it our go to stop first because they normally always have everything we're looking for.

Been too long since I stepped foot inside a Morris Levin and Son and let me just say they did not disappoint. If you haven't been here you should check it out. They have pretty much anything you might need. From guns and knifes to light bulbs and tape, clothing, shoes, and BBQ grills, and everything in-between, you can find it here. And that's just the first few steps inside the door!Definitely recommend Morris Levin and Son for all you everything needs.

If I could give them a zero, I would. Very poor customer service. They did not acknowledge my wife and I when we were seeking some assistance. Very rude attitude. This was our first time here and we truly felt that our time was wasted. Do not shop here.

I needed a new trap & new configuration of pipes for my new bathtub that I was installing (60 year old house). I went to 3 big box stores and two plumbing supply outlets, none of them could help me. All suggested I hire a plumber. I decided to give Morris Levin & Sons a try and in about 10 minutes the guy working there had gathered up everything I needed. He had been a plumber for decades and I am very pleased that I came here. I saved myself hundreds of dollars.

So I live out in the country and I really needed some Drano and can of white spray paint like fast. The general manager greeted and help me with some extra pointers with my drain problem. It was actually a big store. I got what I needed all under 10 bucks! I'll go back again.

Bad customer service bought some boots that said waterproof on them turns out they are only water resistant I wanted to return they would not return and would not exchange. If it's only water resistant then the box should say water resistant not waterproof. Never again will I buy anything at Morris Levin & Son.

If you live in Visalia, consider another plumber for services. They charge driving time from Tulare to Visalia and back. I had to drive to Tulare to get a receipt after multiple requests.
