We just moved to the area and we found this groomer right around the corner from us! When we first walked into the shop they were immediately very helpful and friendly. We decided to get them groomed there and it was an easy and smooth process, everyone there is so friendly and took such good care of our pups. Gavin our mini husky can be quite difficult to groom and deshed but they did such a great job. They are so clean and smell great! Highly highly recommend 10 outta 10

Awesome place! This was my first visit bringing my boston terrier Louie and I have to say, I am so happy I found a great dog groomer. They were very friendly with me and my dog and had a great selection of organic dog foods. Their pricing is fair and Louie looks great!

Update 7.13.23 - Honey was back again for her monthly groom and grind from Eddie and his team. I always plan on a few errands when I drop her off. This happened to be a quick window. I got the text in 45 minutes. Its usually 90 or longer when they are busy. It was refreshing to come in for a few minutes in the AC as the temps were 95 today. Honey pranced out of there in fresh scarf, silky smooth and purged glands. IYKYK. Our August appointment is already in the books!OP: I have been bringing my pit mix Honey to Pups IN Tubs grooming monthly for the past 6 months. Her fur is silky smooth after and her nails are ground to perfection. The consistency has help with her quicks receding. She loves Eddie and the whole team there. We feel the love everytime.

We took our cat in for her first bath ever after adopting her and a hair trim on her belly for summer. She looks fabulous and smells good too! Our cat even approves Pups N Tubs with a five star meow review. The groomer did an excellent job on her. Definitely recommend this place.

Eddie is very nice with us and our dog jeko. The grooming is very precise and top notch. We got a summer cut with flea bath and he came out looking brand new. I highly recommend for your dog.

This is the absolute best place to get your fur baby groomed. They do everything and they have organic healthy dog food and treat choices. It's hard to find good service where your dog is not terrified of being left with a stranger. My dog Wicket is a Yorkie and they have a lot of facial hair that can get unruly. Since they have been grooming him they are cutting it so perfectly around his face with gentle care. You won't find another groomer who is as awesome and friendly who treats your dogs with love and care as well and where you can buy safe healthy pet food and treats. I'm hooked my dog looks amazing and it's a must if you have a dog that has to be regularly groomed. Take your dog there to just get a bath your dog will smell so good. And it last for while I need to ask them what they use cause he smells amazing I keep forgetting. Anyways try it out I'm sure you will be hooked and your dog will be too.

I forgot to mention something else amazing about this place, so today was an extremely hot day. I don't have the best vehicle it has ac but you have to be up on the vents practically. They gave me an ice cold water bottle to take with me and I put it under the towel my dog sits on and it kept him cool the whole ride home. He was calm and wasn't panting and I could tell he was happy and felt good because he wasn't stressing in the car like usual. He was relaxed and just looked and felt great. SPREAD THE WORD THIS PLACE IS THE BEST FOR ALL YOUR DOG CARE NEEDS.

I don’t think I can recommend Pups in Tubs and Eddie enough. They make my boy feel, look, and smell like a million bucks. I also love how Eddie and the other Pups in Tubs crew don’t hesitate on taking care of my boy even though he’s a bully type dog. Absolutely love Pups in Tubs and will never even think about taking my boy anywhere else. Thank you so much Eddie!

Excellent service. Impeccably clean. Extremely thorough and descriptive before performing tasks. Very kind and loving owner who took great care of our 2 nervous Portuguese Waterdog puppies. Also, his assistant was very sweet trying to make the pups more comfortable by giving his own dog's treat to our dogs. Their thoughtfulness and kindness showed how much they loved and cared for our pups. I highly recommend these professional staff at Pups in Tubs and its wonderful little boutique pet store.

I am sorry I don't know how anyone can say that this place is great. The owner seems like a very nice guy who is over his head in work. He is running a store for pets and the grooming next door without any help. Over the phone I told him that my dog is 15 yrs old and I wanted to wait while my 9 lb dog was getting his hair cut. My appt. was at Noon. I arrived ten minutes before. I told this guy how I wanted the hair cut. He told me the cut would take two hours. I told him I would run an errand and pls. call me. I never received a call. I called him two hrs. later and my dog was not ready, he was also extremely busy talking to the customers. I told him I will be there in 35 minutes. When I arrived there was two customers waiting and no one taking care of the store. This old lady was yelling for the owner who was with the groomer and the heat inside the place was unbearable. My dog was still not ready and now we were four people waiting. By this time my dog had been in there for 3 hrs and 45 minutes. When he came out with my little baby, very little was done. Chicos hair was long every where. He took poor Chico back again to fix the problem and 15 minutes later he returned. Baby came back looking worst. All uneven hair and around his ears with one side longer. The tail was never trimmed. My poor dog was exhausted and looked sick. This guy told me that Chico could not stand up any more. The bill was $69.00 for NADA (NOTHING). Due to the heat in the store the owner was sweating from all the running around he was doing. Outside a customer told me that were they are cutting the dogs hair they don't have air conditioner. He said you think its hot in the store, try going were those dogs are. It's super hot! This is an accident ready to happen with the death of a beloved pet from heat exhaustion. This guy has to choose between the store or being a groomer. It's impossible for him to do both. He also needs a GOOD groomer who knows how to cut hair. He should be reported before he kills a dog, Another thing, he keeps our visa card number. That is a NO NO! He is going to find himself in a legal mess. You don't keep customers Visa number and info. I am cancelling my visa with the bank. NEVER AGAIN! The worst dog grooming place in LA and Glendale. If you love your pet, don't trust this guy or Pups in Tubs Grooming Salon. It's a death trap for dogs.

I scheduled my dog for boarding for the weekend and I was inconvenienced at both drop off and pick up despite having an appointment both times. I made the appointment over the phone with the owner and was sent an email AND text message confirmation for reference.I was told to show up at 10 AM to drop off which I did (9:55 to be exact). I waited 15 minutes at the door and called a few times with no answer and was met with an excuse. Supposedly, their employee was in the car waiting for the owner (whom I was speaking with on the phone each time) to arrive & the employee did not see me. Mind you, I had a flight to catch (hence the boarding services needed). I had to drop the dog off at my cousin's house who lives nearby and thankfully, she brought her back for boarding.For pickup, I arrived at our scheduled time of 10 AM and waited an ENTIRE hour after leaving over 5 voicemails and calling around 20 times. At this point I am livid and genuinely wondering if my dog is okay. Finally, the owner strolls in at 11 AM with another excuse that an employee had a family emergency. He mentioned that I was to be notifited of this via phone call but that an employee neglected to do so. He truly took no responsibility for anything and kept using his employees as a scapegoat. The best part is, when I told him how I waited both times he said "You didn't even wait that long the first time." I shouldn't have to wait at all being that I had an appointment. You would think that they would make it a point to correct their initial mistake by making SURE to be there/available for pickup but I ultimately waited EVEN longer.I understand things happen but if someone has entrusted you with their dog, it shouldn't be this difficult to reach someone at a business that SUPPOSEDLY opens at 9 AM. Very frustrating and has you wonder....who was watching the dogs if no one heard me calling/knocking on the door over and over? And their employee had a "family emergency."

Honey loves going in for her groom and nail grind every month. Eddie only uses a grinder for the nails and it has made a real difference in helping her long nails to recede. Today her glands were really full and Eddie purged them with enthusiasm. Yes it's gross, but I really know how much he cares for Honey and I'm sure this is felt by all his clients. We will be back next month!

I took my 9month old Husky and they had her there for 6 hours and they chopped her up and Traumatized not only my dog but my entire family. I trusted you! I also had to pay more than just a regular wash, he took it upon himself to do more. Never again, and btw i have never wrote a bad review before!

My friend always takes my Minnie this was my first time actually coming in! Great experience the guy was super friendly and my Minnie was groomed well! Her fur was soft and smelling good! I love this place!

We had an incredible experience! Both of our dogs had been skunked the morning-of, and we were anxious to clean them before the week started. We called Pups in Tubs and they were extremely accommodating. They picked our dogs up and worked late into the evening to make sure both dogs received a deep cleaning. When we came to pick them up, they both smelled wonderful and looked beautiful. It was as if we had new dogs! He had cleaned everything (ears, teeth, coat, etc.), furminated them, and performed a 4X deep shampoo/conditioning of them. On top of that, Eddie was very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us tips on how to keep our dogs clean, and what treatments they will need to keep clean, fluffy and happy in the future. If I could give 10/5 stars, I would. We've found our permanent grooming spot, and have no desire to go anywhere else.

The cat groomer is exceptional! I was really worried about my cat getting groomed as he is difficult at times. She groomed him in an hour or so and he came back much more comfortable and clean!

I took two small dogs in to be groomed (admittedly in bad shape). One younger and one older. My older dog which doesn't move was cut twice once on the leg and once on his foot. They put liquid adhesive ( about 3 inches) on his leg. He is just now getting better and it's been since Christmas. He is use to being groomed and they couldn't explain what happen. They still charged me $200 for two dogs and still didn't groom them as I requested. There record is not as perfect as it shows, I will NEVER use their services again and I want all that care, to know. If I could give them no stars I would, but I had to give them at least 1 star just to post my review.

Eddie and his team of groomers are a wonderful addition to our sunland tujunga community. They are located right on commerce in the heart of the City. When you come in you are always greeted with a smile by a friendly employee. you tell them exactly how you want your dog cut and they will take care of them.This is my little girl Lola and I told them to make her look very cute and girly. She always comes back with cute bows in her hairs and is the most affordable thing and smells delicious. They cut her exactly as you want. They are very gentle with her and when I pick her up it never looks like she is scared or frightened by being there. They treat your pet like one of their own. Their holding cages are very large and safe for all sizes.They are very prompt if their services and usually you can get an appointment same day or the next day. Their prices are very reasonable for your four legged friends.Highly recommend pups in tubs if you haven't found a local groomer. You won't be disappointed!
