We took our cat and a new kitten here to get tests , exams , and shots. Booking an appointment on the weekend was beyond easy. The doctor was friendly , patient , and answered several questions clearly. I think his name was Dr Jeremiah.The staff was very friendly and professional.Our wait time was minimal. Would recommend !

Tow great associates here.Big shout out to the dog trainer Jocelyn she is the best. Very understanding, kind and helpful. She makes every session a great experience for my dog and partner. As new dog owners of a German shepherd who keeps growing she's been a great help.To the older lady who works at the cash register very sweet always nice when you speak to her. Do note that if you are thinking or getting training speak to the trainer or you might get misinformation from management/ supervisor they are no help.

I like the products they offer for our pets. The bad thing for me is that they shouldn't have those animals like lizards, snakes, rabbits and more small animals in those cages waiting for someone to buy them. The veterinary service is not the best.

I take my boy here for his grooming. The staff is great! Fernando L bathed and brushed out my boy, he did a great job and got Hank back to me in record time!! Tha k you Fernando!!

Has a decent variety. We got all the starter items we needed to make Bleu's forever home comfortable.The staff is super friendly and helpful. They made him feel loved & welcomed as we walked in, asked questions and during check out. It's convenient to have in the community.

I went to the Petsmart veterinary service in Tujunga because my regular vet was on vacation and my precious dog was in distress. To my wonderful surprise I found Dr. Washington. What a Vet! Doctor diagnosed, charted a course of action, EXPLAINED THE COURSE of action IN PERSON, prescribed meds/new UD food and 1 day later my little dog was running around playing! 5 days later after my appointment, with a new diet and meds my 13 year old dog is happy, eating and playing! Doctor Washington is so invested in your animal’s well-being that he checked in via text, several times to see how my dog was doing!!!!!! Please don’t hesitate to go to this man because he’s working out of Petsmart. Give him a chance as I did and you will NOT be disappointed. He is stellar and so is his staff! HIGHLY RECOMMEND to go see this intelligent, caring, wonderful Dr.Washington!

I always leave PetSmart in a good mood, especially the Tujunga, CA store.I drive out of my way to go there. Love the staff, place is clean, layout & lighting are nice. It's pleasant, prices are good especially if you have many pets & take advantage of volume deals, and they always seem to have the stuff I use in stock and if not they let me know when it will likely be in or suggest alternatives. The staff make me feel welcome, which doesn't happen in Southern California very often these days. It is SO appreciated. ALSO, I really like that I can just go in, know I will either get what I came for or a close substitute, and leave happy that I didn't overpay. And I did not need to spend hours staring at my computer screen finding the best deals on each & every supply I need on 10 different sites. My time is valuable & PetSmart makes it simple, like going back in time. I go to the store, leave with what I need at reasonable prices & leave in a good mood because the employees were friendly yet professional. It's a breath of fresh air that makes my day. In 2023,that's gold!

My mistake for not reading the reviews first. Their Top Fin aquarium starter kits are junk. After two weeks the heater seals failed and condensation is inside and the filter is rattling. All the included equipment is trash quality.Customer support is awful. Called the store about the heater and they said to bring the whole tank back. Like I can just easily drain a 20 gallon tank and store all the fish, to just replace one heater. Ridiculous.This was a birthday present for my mom and I’m disappointed. Next time I’ll make my own kit with good quality equipment.

I am so grateful for this Company. I rented a Carpet cleaner with them and I couldnt make it back to bring it after my 24hrs because I was admitted to the hospital they worked with me and was able to waive the late charge and refund me my deposit. I would like to thank the 2 gentlemen that helped me they were caring and without hesitation gave me my refund. THANK YOU PETSMART for hiring caring people. We need more of that in this world. Plus my dogs love the store...

This is a very clean and friendly store with good prices and a huge variety of pet foods, gear, cute sweaters, and loveable critters like budgies, other birds, hamsters, guinea pigs, etc.. Also, they sometimes have beautiful cats for adoption, if you are open to enlarging you heart and family. 🐦🐹🙂🐈

First time visiting the pet hospital inside PetSmart Tujunga. Best experience I've had in many years trying to find a great vet. Dr. Washington is knowledgable, compassionate and listens . He and his assistants are highly recommended.
