I am so pleased with this new, large store. The paid staff have worked with the volunteers to make shopping there an enjoyable experience filled with surprises and value. The art is great and at low, low prices. Their kitchen area is filled with dishes, cups.pots and pans, small appliances and gadgets galore. The clothes in the front of the store are low priced and accessible and the higher end items back in the boutique are a great value. I have purchased linens and home decor at unreasonably low prices. The bonus is behind the glass as I waited to pay. The jewelery is fun and funky and much of the pieces are around three bucks. Most recently I purchased Christmas decor at prices that put the staff on Santa's nice listThanks to the humane society for taking care of those who are unable to stand up for themselves while offering humans value for the things that are needed.

A very nice shoppe, staff is great, good selection of great quality fun stuff (no junk) and i even found a very valuable framed art piece from a famous local photog artist. Likely the most valuable and awesome thing i've ever found at a thrift shop anywhere. You'll enjoy this place and,,,,, anything you purchase goes to dogs and cats. Is there a better cause?!?!?

Dropping off items was easy and staff was very friendly. Store was well organized and had tons of nice stuff. A welcome addition to Truckee, the location is so convenient... and who doesn't want to help save homeless dogs and cats- it's a win - win!!

Employees are super friendly. A breath of fresh air! Store is well merchandised, easy to shop and extremely clean. Prices are very reasonable. Is now my first go-to for thrift shopping in Truckee area. Best of all, proceeds go to a great cause.

This place is a cut above other thrift stores I've been to. Large, clean, and well-organized with helpful staff and a nice dressing room to try on clothes. We found lots of like-new high quality stuff at amazing prices.
