Great self dog wash! Our dog got filthy on her hikes romping through the forest in the area, so we were pleased to find this self wash dog bath. What a beautiful pet store and lovely staff! Many thanks.

Calee? Is her name? She has long dark hair. She was very helpful and PATIENT with me and my dogs needs. She went the extra mile and compared ingredients to my regular “Caviar for Canine” dog food and found something similar that didn’t make my dog vomit because my dog has IBS. Calee is an asset to Pet Station because she treated me as she were the owner of the store with patients and consideration. Thank you! I wish I could give more stars!

Wow, as if a pet store couldn’t get any better! I have been feeding my dog Dakota taste of the wild for years. She recently stopped having an appetite for it. I went in with my recently purchased bag to exchange it. No problem. The best part was the staff was all hands on deck to see what we could do with my budget and my picky pupper. Shay helped me settle on a great brand that my dog absolutely loves but not first with out the help of the other staff! If I could remember their names I would give them a shout too! Y’all are so awesome and caring of other peoples pets. It means the world to me! Thank you so much!!! Would recommend 11/10 times!

The friendly, knowledgeable staff is always eager to help me find the healthiest foods and treats for my two doggers.these folks are the best! The manager, Karen is especially sweet and makes a huge deal Everytime I bring the girls in..if I could give more stars I would!

They've donated numerous chemicals, supplies, and animals for my classroom. They are also really friendly and super helpful. If you ever have a question or if you need anything they will be sure to go out of their way to help you! They ordered a water chiller for me and the owner went out of his way to deliver it to their Sparks location himself, as I needed it that same day.

I prefer to buy local. Plus, who wants to run to Reno if you run out of pet food!? They carry a high quality "limited ingredient diet" food that helps manage our cats indigestion problem. Love the frequent buyer program and the helpful staff.I had also bought a back seat cover from them which turned out to be defective, ripping a week after I bought it. It was no problem returning it and getting a refund.

Terrible, but not surprised.This is my 4th and last visit.They are always out of Stella & Chewy's freeze dried dog food.I'm tired of hearing the same old excuses that it sells out quickly or their order was shorted.I've given the Reno store a try with the same results.I will continue to shop Amazon, Chewy's, and support Healthy Tails in Reno as they always have product on their shelves.I've shopped pet station since it was owned by Mr Mickey and his wife. Used to be a great store but places like this is what forces people to shop online where you can save on time, gas, and money.Can't post this review unless it's given a rating. It doesn't deserve a single star but will give it one just to post this comment.

Lots to choose from and quality through out. That was then this is now. Poor customer service that one guy is not helpful what so ever. Tells me I have to place a separate order for the food that should be on the shelf. Where did the good businesses go!!!

The prices are a little high but they have a great selection and friendly staff which makes the higher prices tolerable. Big open parking lot with plenty of parking. The peanut butter bones are my dogs favorite!!

Disgusting lack of care for their live pets, especially the fish tanks. Dead fish in every tank every time you go there. Algea on everything. This place has gone down hill so fast in the past year. I refuse to give them any business until things drastically change, for the long term. Sad because i was spending hundreds a month there between my dog and fish.
