First time going here and I got an Americana and the Salmon Lux. My wife got a tea and my daughter got a strawberry smoothie and we all enjoyed it. The atmosphere is cool and we didn’t wait that long for our food and drinks.I will definitely come back again because after I was done drinking my coffee I felt like doing stuff.

Second time coming to Tahoe and we decided to hit up all the locations because we can’t get enough! I’ve tried the both summer seasonal drinks, and the three lattes on the permanent menu. They are the pines, purple haze and brown sugar and spice. We also got the prosciutto/ pistachio toast and the avocado and it was so yummy!! All three locations have their own little charm but love that here, you can walk around and check out the shops!

I kept seeing DCDS here and there and was wondering what in the world it was until I popped into Drink Coffee Do Something right in front of COMO where we just had lunch. I smelt the fresh coffee from across the street and I KNEW it was where one can get excellent brew. And boy oh boy was I right. I walked in at 2:45pm and the line was to the door. Undaunted, I waited 25 min to finally get my order in, I had this lavender espresso coffee and it was I think the best coffee I’ve had in my life. I’ve had coffee from all over the world but this was something new and special. Dunno if it’s the air, the good folks making it w such TLC, or that we’re in a special place on earth, DCDS is like none other.

Sick shop in the heart of Downtown Truckee. Super good specialty coffee as well as a good food and some grab and go items. I actually got a Turkey bacon Swiss wrap and it hit the spot 🏼 we have friends with a cabin up the street so we will be frequent flyers to this shop! Definitely a 10/10 for us.

Our first visit to DCDS was great.My husband ordered the Pray for Snow Peppermint Latte (seasonal) and I ordered a decaf latte with Laird’s superfood MCT. We both really enjoyed our beverages!The service was also great: friendly, professional and quick! One of the baristas helped me customize my drink based on what I wanted, which was really cool 😊I enjoyed the experience so much, we stopped by for a second visit before leaving town to get snacks for the road: a chocolate protein smoothie and a gluten-free chocolate chip banana muffin. They were so delish 😋If we are in the area, we would love to visit again! ❤️

Super fun vibe, great coffee and breakfast options. I got the oat milk purple haze (vanilla lavender latte). Staff were friendly and drinks ready very quickly. Spacious indoor and outdoor seating areas; great for reading, working, or taking in the Truckee sights while you sip. Take home apparel, drinkware, and coffee by the pound.Vegetarian options: Nondairy milks and veggie food.Wheelchair accessibility: Narrow walkway and stair entrance. Would not recommend main dining areas for wheelchairs or walkers. There are Adirondack chairs just outside the shop as an option.

Love this spot: best honey lavender latte we have ever had, and they also have a pine latte which is delicious and brings all of the mountain vibes!! We have probably been here half a dozen times and every time the staff is inviting and welcoming and super chill! Can’t wait to be back. Cheers mate!

That homemade lavender syrup hits different! Try their lattes with some oatmilk and housemade syrup for a delicious twist, even when short staffed their service is amazing and their drinks are delicious! Beautiful building with lots to look at, tried getting a shot of the stained glass window, but alas, the sun was shining directly though. Stopped by on my way back from Muir woods, and they'll be my go-to coffee stop in Truckee from now on! Thank you guys- you make a delicious difference in so many lives! Keep up the amazing!

Vibey place to visit especially in the winter time. Got the Chai Latte and it was very good! The chai was very light yet very pronounced. I would definitely come back again!

Coffee was good— but I got the purple haze, which just tasted like a typical iced coffee no lavender flavor whatsoeverWe also got the berry smoothie— not the best. Tasted more like beets than anythingThe avo toast was disappointing, not fresh avocado. I think it’s pre-made packaged guac from Costco which tastes like preservatives and for $9 is not worth the money.Sorry I like to post positive reviews but I hope this shop owner can make some small changes to make thing better because we love a good coffee stop when staying in Truckee!

Awesome coffee spot! Greeted at the door, smiling faces, a great atmosphere, and of course really good coffee! Americano was very good, as was the lavender based latte. It was busy, but there were still plenty of spaces to sit. Great utilization of a small space! Will definitely be back!Features: Seating and layout definitely friendly to social distancing while still providing space for larger groups to sit together. Masks not required (as of 3/7/22, no mandate in place).

A wonderful coffee shop in Truckee. My cappuccino was delicious. The kids enjoyed the hot chocolate and the mango blender. There are many tasty treats we plan to explore over the next few months.

Meandered into this coffee shop today and didn't regret it at all. We actually went in twice. Once before lunch and once after because it's that good. The cappuccinos started us off right but the second trip in was amazing. I opted for a simple iced tea, the kiddos got the mango and strawberry smoothies and hubby got the pine latte (I think that's the name). It was phenomenal! We had to grab some cold brew cans for the rest of the trip since we are not staying in Truckee. We will definitely try to hit this spot on the way out heading home.

Always a warm welcome and I love the bit of Snow board history decorating the walls .. if in truckee take a look at the classic Kidwell on the wall Terry kidwell was the Man and it’s great to see one of his boards on the wall .Ohh yeah and Coffee Love the party wave blend .
