Decent selection, however, three times in the last four visits they have a product price significantly misrepresented. As in the attached picture, they have stocked items on the shelf with a price listed underneath, but unless you read the tiny print, you don't see its for a completely different item thats not even on the shelf. So it looks as if this item is 9.95, but at the register, it's 24.95. There were three of the puppies on that shelf prior to me taking the picture, so it wasn't as if a child just misplaced an item.

Bought my wife ray-ban sunglasses at the BX. The lady in charge of that section and cleaned the sunglasses. My wife never wore the glasses and decided she didn’t want them. So I took them back after 2 days. The lady who runs that section told me that they had a small scratch and that they couldn’t be returned. What a system never wore the glasses and unable to return. I will never shop in the BX and I’m planning on closing my Military Star account. What a terrible experience with such a nasty person!

This is the place for you if you like paying MSRP for everything. Pretty silly contact for the DOD to maintain with lower price retailers surrounding most conus bases.

Travis exchange is better than others. Only thing I don't like is they are pushing self-checkout, but are unable to have the sales receipts emailed as they can the regular cashiers location.

Long lines due to not enough open windows to serve customers. Message said my prescription was ready but when I got to the window, I was told it was still being worked on. I requested this five days earlier.

Great store. Almost all you need you can buy. Besides groceries. For me as (male) German the Weapon Store of course was fascinating. Guns in a Supermarket. You don't see that every day. Wow! :-D

It's a BX, and a good sized one at that. Decent selection in most departments; more important, there's a little bit of everything, prices generally competitive with off-base and the no sales tax advantage is nice. Has a mini-Express so you can save a stop at the Class Six if you're not looking for anything exotic.

This is the biggest exchange that is nearby, so if you're in the armed forces or a veteran I would recommend this place. There's hunting rifles and hand arms. You also got your shoe center in the back with nikes, hokas, ASICS, etc.. and the technology center in that back. It's got a package store with lots of local beers and wines. Recently they upgraded with self checkouts so the checking out process is faster. And they have a food court with a good selection of food choices.

Love this place especially now they sell Guns and Ammo. Prices is yet to be beaten by any shops around. Any you need at one stop. Great thing no tax. Friendly atmosphere. Top notch customer service. Food court price 10%off when you use your star card.

I've been shopping at this BX since 1973 when I was an Airman. After 49 years, it is still the best deal around. No taxes, clean and organized environment, great customer service, and I would fully recommend shopping here, if you have Base Access.

This is the largest BX I've ever seen. Surprisingly with the size they still have a small automotive section. Like all other BX's I still would be careful and check prices to make sure you're getting the cheapest options

While they really need some realistic price updates especially for there video games you can't beat the staff. From the friendly "hello" the moment you walk in to knitting the manager is always wondering around to help out to the cashier and floor staff it's a great place. My daughter started doing the fashion show here and it was such a great opportunity to be part of the community and her confidence.

Nice Base Exchange. Lots of nice name brand products. If you want good common every day products big box stores are a better bet. But if you're looking for a good price on high dollar items this is the place to shop. The food court is nice with lots of options. Lunch time the food court is always busy.

I wasn't that impressed. The biggest advantage, which is pointed out in the displayed prices, is the freedom from paying sales tax. So if you can find a decent price, it might be worth buying at the exchange. Gasoline is no cheaper than at Costco and Costco's gas is top-tier quality. I'd never heard of Exchange's brand. And if there's no tax, it should be significantly cheaper. Over all, I prefer Costco.

Was there at Black Friday and long lines at the check out. There were only 3 or 4 cashiers on duty. Also they were out of the products on sale. They only have 2 if each sales item? Furthermore I observed no sales people to help on the floor. The few people I saw were just walking around acting busy or talking to their friends. Lastly, it cheaper to buy somewhere else. Fire the manager as they did not coordinate the staff needed during this very busy day and the products not available even at the opening hours.

Great deals but it always seems like no one is working!! If you want to buy furniture, no one is in the furniture section. If you want to buy gardening stuff, no one is there, etc. I just had to wait at customer service just to tell them I wanted to buy a freezer, so then they had to page someone out to appliances to help me. This also happened when we bought our washer and dryer and landscaping supplies.

Ah, the BX. One of my favorite places, to just go and walk around. Has a great selection of items! My husband loves the new gun sales area, and they offer many name brand items at a lower cost. The electronics area is great for getting clearance items! There is also an authorized retailer for mobile phone companies. Save on federal taxes (not sales tax) when buying a new phone!

It doesn't have as many stores as some bases but it's neat and as usual people are polite and courteous. Gets a little tight around lunch times, but they are pretty fast, and normally you can find a place to sit. The class six is right down the road, which is nice, at my last base I needed to take another car ride just to get tok each one. Every week you can find different food trucks outside the main entrance so food options are "Ever" changing. Overall a typical base exchange with a less store variety.
