This place is usually closed when I roll through early in the morning. Happy I was a little later than usual today!Had Tri-tip sandwich that was delicious!Picnic tables available for eating there.They guy running the truck was very friendly. Didn't catch his name..

My place to stop either going north or south 👏🏼👌🏼. Bbq delicious, tritip is my preferred meat to get. They can mix it up and have varieties plus growing store, manager mentioned adding more items for variety of clients apparels, with gift shop items, electronics. I would say not your regular highway stop store 😎 and for others good place for smoke/ vape items. Recommend food and store 👍🏼Parking: Park in front of store, or open across the street next to Tesla charging stationWheelchair accessibility: No steps open layout in store

Eccelnt food, must have the tri tip sandwich me and my worker drives extra far to eat here whenever we are in the area. Sanwich has two sizes for tri rip. You better be hungry if you want large. The quality of food is top notch good beef. Good prices for portions. Eat great food for lunch or dinner. For less that fast food. Sandwiches are high and quality line a nice steak house. Prices are great for what you get. Highly recommended.

The trip-tip and hot links sandwich is my go to and J.R. & his team always prepares it with love and care. I’ve known J.R. for some time now and he’s a genuine and great person over all. Found this BBQ smoker on the side of the road when stopping for gas on a trip from Southern California to Northern California off Highway 99 many years ago, and the smell lured me in. Although it's a different owner, the BBQ is just as stellar. With grilled onions and peppers, melted Colby Jack cheese, and covered in a sweet BBQ sauce, the tri tip sandwich is simply amazing. The sandwich is definitely worth the stop. And the new owner is a super good guy and worthy of the support.

UPDATE....Had a guy fix my food. Service with a smile, as usual😊Service was great. Didn't have to wait 30 minutes this time. Service was about 15 minutes this time.STILL 5 STARS! LOVE THIS PLACE! GREAT FOOD, AS ALWAYS😍😍😍Exit 106A(going west bound) on Hwy 99.I cannot describe how DELICIOUS this barbecue was.The only thing I did not like is that I had to wait. There's only one person working the cash register, prepping the food, making the plates, serving people. Just ONE person! But she did a very awesome job! 👍👏💯🏅TRUCKERS..... Expect to stay about 30 minutes.

I love me some good BBQ, so when I smelled the smoke across the street after i purchased my fancy cheese, I had to check it out. I was heading home, so I didn't want a sandwich or a meal to upset dinner. I just wanted smoked meat. The dude hooked me up with a box of meat, a side of bbq (homemade and delicious), and a fork for $14. Exactly what I wanted. It smelled so awesome, I was diving into the box before I even got back on to the freeway. Its sliced thinly and was delicious and tender. I can see how this would be awesome in a sandwich. Next time for sure.👍

I ordered the polish dog sandwich. The tri tip sandwich and the mix bowl with tri tip and chicken. Great flavor, great texture. They are a bit pricy but for the portion I would say it is fair. Great food and I will be coming back.

3 stars because the girl working was really nice but the food wasn't great.We tried the tri-tip qnd chicken sandwich. The chicken didn't taste fresh and was very fatty.The potato salad was a little too sweet. It was covered in red pepper and the combo was a weird flavor.

I eat at this place every chance I get. And I eat all over the country. Best trip tip anywhere.On my way there now.Only bad thing I can say about these guys is that I really hate when they are closed and I gotta go eat at the tourist trap across the street.

I am honestly astonished that people would leave a 1 star review on this place! Although I’ve only been there once I can easily say that their food is better then most restaurants. Since I’m a picky eater I just got a plain tri-tip sandwich with barbecue. I’m not lying when I say I would kill for this sandwich! Please go and try this amazing food for yourself!!

We've all eaten lotsa tri-tip, and/or cooked it ourselves. I know I have. And yes, as has been said, hands down the tenderest meat I've ever had. Nice smoke, sweet onions and red peppers complement a rich sweet bbq sauce...nice job, Napkins!!!

What an amazing tri-tip sandwich!! I was here a few years ago and it was chunks of tri-tip. Now it's thin sliced! Making it much better. Very tasty! Definitely recommend stopping in

Stopped at the gas station smelled something good, I thought it was Bravo but it was THIS TRUCK! I'm a picky person so I ordered my tri-tip sandwich with just tri tip and bbq sauce and it was delicious!! I can chew right through it and has a good smokey taste, definitely stopping by here again.

On Google and on the red food wagon both read open Saturday 10am-6pm everyday. We arrive in a large truck at 3:15pm and they said they closed an hour ago!! Other people arrived disappointed as well.

I tried a chicken sandwich , tri tip sandwich and some taters. All of them were way better than I had expected. Definitely worth the drive from visalia to traver just to pick up dinner. I'll be going back very soon.

A very great place to grab a delicious meal with such a great taste that you'll definitely come back it's a needle in a hay stack but take my word for it I'm from Texas and this guy knows his bbq 10/4 with skateboard
