This particular CVS is very clean, organized, and has excellent customer service. I must commend a particular individual, Spencer. He went above and beyond to help me all the while caring for others in the store. Very polite, welcoming and hard working. He sets the standard of what customers are searching for in their store experiences.

One suggestion: Stock shelves with more of each product. Staff personnel always cheerful and ready to help. Especially Deborah and Lucus. Pharmacy employees also courteous and helpful.

Employees are awesome!!! The problem is that everything is locked in cabinets and you have to wait for the only 2 employees working the floor to assist you. With one self- check down and elderly people unable to use the only other available self check, your over worked employees cannot assist customers on the floor. I left without my items and will now be ordering them from Amazon. I don’t steal, but I see why people might. Don’t be so cheap hire more employees!!!! You are going to end up losing $$, the only thing you really care about anyway!!!

I had originally come in, to purchase a drink nothing big. I am in between vehicles and homes right now, so I was limited on resources and time. However, my feet were hurting, and after purchasing some bandages that Luke had recommended, I was allowed to go in the bathroom to bandage up. Clearly in pain, both Luke in the manager Danielle saw, and asked me if I would like to sit down near the photo studio for a few minutes. Understanding that this is not ideal to have an obviously in-housed person in the line of sight of other customers, and having been a multi unit retail manager in the past myself I was very appreciated of this. Danielle had began to ask me questions, making me feel like I was not just another number in the assembly line and began l to personalize my experience at CVS by asking questions that mattered as well as added value to my visit . As I was sitting and looking at photos to print., Luke had begun to ask identifying questions regarding merchandise that this CVS location I was visitng had sold, and then began to settle in professionally make recommendations about different products. It was not too pushy or awkward, but we’re very relevant and helpful. Again, as being in sales in management, my entire life prior to unemployment, I appreciated the hustle and hunger, as well as the out-of-the-box, thinking and thought, when I re-prize my role as a multi unit manager, I am going to come hire this guy immediately ha ha. Danielle‘s leader ship and kindness, coupled with Luke’s, professionalism and talent made not only my visit to the CVS , a great one, but turned an upside down day into a positive very quickly and left an impression they will stay with me for life. Thank you guys and girls, CVS leader ship, you have two phenomenal employees that are keepers for sure, and I anticipate will be in your roles in no time. Thank you again, God bless.

The 2 old hags that work at front registers are RUDE and CONDESCENDING!!!!! It multiple ways and this is NOT the first time. One has super short hair super old. And other is old and taller and longer grey hair. NEVER GOING BACK TO CVS here again gave you multiple chances but the old females at the front are RUDE and greasy like they need to shower. Talking DOWN to me when ALL I wanted to do was send a package. Super rude DO NOT GO HERE unless you like people with horrible customer service. Like I was a joke to them like seriously super UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

This is my favorite CVS. I get my prescriptions filled here. They are always friendly and nice. This Pharmacy fills prescriptions very quickly. I only waited 8 minutes to get my prescription filled. I also got a to scoop ice cream cone. I left with my medicine and a big smile on my face. Great customer service here. HighlyRecommend. Stop in and see for yourself

I had one of the most uncomfortable times shopping here. I’m 21, look rather young, and due to covid I was wearing mask. I also was wearing a backpack because I decided to get a workout in by riding my bike to cvs. The backpack was to carry my items without a hassle once I got out of the store. Yes, it might have looked bad but I never deserved this treatment as a regular customer. There was a lady wearing a blue flowery blouse and short blonde hair and she was watching me the whole time like I was trying to steal some alcohol I was buying for my girlfriends 21st birthday. She was judging me by my looks and looked at me like I was some terrible criminal. She assumed I didn’t even have an account and never asked for my phone number so I could receive my rewards and discounts. I have been going to this cvs for years and lately I have gone there a lot to buy alcohol and not one person judged me like this until blue blouse lady. She spoke to me as I was shopping and her tone made me incredibly uncomfortable. I don’t write reviews and this is my first but I felt the need to write this in order to get Rid of this uncomfortable feeling I am currently having. For now on I will drove further, bike further or shop somewhere else because I will not give this store my money after blue blouse lady. She was judging a customer by his looks and made me want to get out of the store as soon as possible even before i was done shopping. I even tried to make conversation with her but her response was cold and uncaring. She followed me from isle to isle, did not ask for my rewards account, took 5 minutes more than any other person to check out my ID, and overall gave me the worst shopping experience I have ever had. This used to be my favorite cvs and place to shop for snacks, cards, and medicine but now I don’t think I will ever go back thanks to blue blouse lady.

This commonly used google app for store hours states the store closes at 11pm; yet the store is closed and the regular store hours on the door is printed as 8pm. That's a pretty major error.
