I went to the Rite Aid store to getchrismas gift cards for friends.The store was very clean & organized. And the employeeswe're are helpful and attentive.Also. they had various selections of gift cards.I enjoyed shopping at the Rite Aid.

This is not my primary pharmacy but the other day we were in the area. My husband is on wheelchair and I can’t place’s easily. So i decided to check for cold syrup here since many of the pharmacies are out! Miraculously their shelves were filled and the pharmacist was nice enough to answer a couple of my questions. I live close by so I might as well change to this one.they were that quick.

I am treated really well from the people working in the pharmacy and in the store as well. If I have to take back something that I really didn't end up liking, they respect my decision without a problem (I always have my receipt). I like getting my vitamins there because most of the time it is buy one get one free. Also, the ice cream is fabulous!

I been going to this pharmacy for year and never had a problem until today. I get off the hospital from mayor surgery and the hospital send it my prescription there, when I went personally it wasn’t ready and when I send my adult sister to pick up the pharmacy technician didn’t honor my whole prescription of 10 pills! Yes the doctor give me the pills for the severe pain after the surgery for the first 5 days I’ll be home 2 at day, well apparently Rite Aid won’t/can’t or care to accommodate their costumers in need of pain medicine if they have it in another store I can’t go and get them there I need a new prescription even know they have the original that said I need it 10 pills! This thanksgiving I want to said thank you to your incompetence staff at the store 1237 West Carson I will be suffering pain with no medicine. Needless to said I am beyond disappointed at the costumer service and I will never send my prescriptions there ever, I know you don’t care that I am only one costumer but I will make sure that I share my bad experience at this ride aid pharmacy on social media and with every single person I encounter from now to the rest of my life. If the hospital send a prescription and you guys don’t have the meds how about don’t take it, how about call the hospital and tell them to find other pharmacy that carry those pills and problem solve and no patient need to suffer.

I love this place, even though it doesn't love me, I have had many experiences in the store, good and bad, I forgive themThe bad because I know the problems of what they are dealing with.A store like this is on a shoestring budget, and to have theives break that budget regularly ,is to close the store.So I love this place because they're a bunch of superheroes fighting the good fight.

Great customer service, usually pretty empty. The area is pretty decent but for some reason some sketchy people end up in the store trying to steal alcohol. It’s been 3 occasions I’ve seen it in person, but what can they do.

Must admit, I usually try to avoid drug store chains, but I was so impressed by the customer service I received the other day by an employee, “Daryll.” After being treated very rudely by another employee (I think her name was Doreen?), I was ready to leave, but daryll stopped what he was doing and came to assist me. I had been mad about how I was treated, but to have another employee stop what he was doing to make sure I found what I needed changed my whole perspective (not to mention after helping me I saw him dash to the ice cream counter to help). My advice to rite aid (in Torrance) is hire strong employees. It really makes a difference.

I always shop here all my family shops here my parents use the pharmacy there but on Thursday Sept 27th around 12pm I went in to buy a gift card and a birthday card the cashier there was super rude ... Worst Customer service ever and I work in retail I know the importance of customer service. I asked her a question about the gift card I was purchasing and she said that it was none of her buisness once-over I puchased the card. I said that where I work the gift cards sometimes do not work and she said well I don't know where you work but once u purchase the card it's none of my business. I even asked her if I can input my number so that I can get points she said well I don't think u need to because what your buying won't give you points. I still put my number in and got at Dollar off. I was so upset that I was treated this way she had the worst attitude.

Ice cream always good, the people at the front didn't want to open the bathroom door. They where to freaking lazy. But a nice employee at the ice cream place said I'll go open them for you thank you Tonie.

I had work all day and I received a ph call the rite aid about medication ready and she said today is the last day I left work early to pick and when I sent there the guy first said he returned back and then the doctor came with very unprofessional attitude she was japanie or Korean don’t but she said medication are not due until 5 more days and I asked her then I have been receiving ph calls from u she didn’t answer and when away very bad experience with her No one deserve this type of attitude from her she need to work on it doesn’t matter it’s end of the day she needs to keep a smile on her face for the patientDoctor Laura she is the best
