They are fantastic! They help you so much with any ordering needed or product recommendations. Last week they even did a curbside for us because we tested positive for COVID but needed food for our dogs! Could not recommend more.

All around awesome!! They have so much stuff the big stores do not have and the prices are awesome. The people are super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. My dog and I had a blast and can’t wait until the next time we have to go in! If your dog it’s rawhide, no hide, pig ears, etc. no where beats these prices. And it’s all great quality and bang for your buck. I love Petsmart but they can be pricey, I don’t even go to Petco anymore for their lack of customer service so this is my new place for everything for my dog!

A good local pet store. Great for dog food and treats. Staff are helpful and friendly, and may offer a free sample if you bring your dog in with you. It's a small place, so the selection can be narrow if you're looking for specialized supplies, but the basics are all covered. There are usually some small birds and rodents for sale. At regular intervals, there is a low-cost pop-up vet clinic at the back of the store. In short, Pets Plus is everything a small community pet store ought to be. If they somehow expanded their aquarium&reptile section, I would do all my pet shopping here.

I love this store. The people are always so kind and definitely do their best to make sure that your dog gets the right nourishments in his food. Also they have a dentist checking your dog's mouth and teeth. You do get a discount through the mail so you can save some money. The prices are usually the same everywhere with a discount it helps a little bit. 🐶🤗❤

This Pet store beats all others that I have shop at. Its a store that has all your Pets needs and Sum. I love it,and its my now only go too Pet Store from this day forward. I do highly recommend everyone go to the store and see for them selves. I rate them at the highest Star ratings of Five Stars.

This is a good pet supplies store. They stock high quality pet food and pet supplies. When the season is in, they have Guinness pigs and hamsters. All types of pet supplies and food. Nice people too.

Great variety of pet food. I came to buy fish food and water conditioner, they had several choices and brands, way more than other places I have been to. Staff is also nice and helpful.

I come here to buy crickets and mealworms for my lizards along with occasional pet supplies. The staff is fast, friendly, and helpful. If you're interested in getting a pet they offer birds, rodents, and fish, but no large animals like dogs or cats.

What can I say, I sent my husband to go buy dog food for our puppies he just perhaps forgot what kind of food they eat, mind you I am a customer here, so they have EVERYTHING SAVED ON there COMPUTER, he asked the older lady in the front if they can check out what kind I buy by puting my phone number, so they told him but once my husband walked away the older lady in the front with the older dude started talking about him, my husband was looking around the store the older man started following him, yea he doesn't look like the ideal guy to go in he's balled & has tattoos all over but come on -____- people, made him feel so uncomfortable. Im sorry this will not be my go-to store no more.

I have been shopping here since they first opened. They have had things I needed for all my pets over the years: reptiles, dogs, cats, rabbit. It's nice to have a friendly, neighborhood pet store to shop at versus the big box stores.

Pets plus corrected their mistake, their manager called me personally to correct their mistake, and honored their word of the promotion, thankyou ppI started shopping here about a year and a half ago. I was told that if I bought 10 bags of a certain brand of food the 10th one is free. I got to 10 they said I had 9. I got to 11 and still said i have 9. Then i got to 10, now they said the promotion is for 12 bags. Pets plus lies, this is the thanks I get for trying to help local business. Amazon sells the same product for $5 less, but I thought I would support local business. This the reason Amazon is getting richer, because rude, misleading business like pets plus, makes people go online an not deal with the drama and harrasment.

Huge selection of healthier dog foods. Expensive, but I guess the prices are competitive with Pet Smart and others alike. The staff are very helpful and friendly. They also special order certain pet foods for you.

I love pets plus. We have a dog, two cats, and a guinea pig and they always have everything we need for all of our animals. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. It beats going to a giant pet store everytime.

Dirty, not a large selection, prices are really high, staff rarely even attempts to engage the patrons. My wife and I used to shop here regularly, about 15 years ago and they were great, but really started to go down hill about 8 years ago.

I recently stopped here and found out it was an absolute waste of money, $100+ for two basic metal bowls and a basic leash and collar. Went back to get the money back after rethinking, but also bought something else. $32 for a cheap plastic cone. You’re kidding right!? Would probably never come back, I’m smarter than to be robbed by them, Petco would be and is so much better than this place.
