I scheduled early in the morning to hopefully get my pet back within a couple of hours. It took them 4 hours! I’ve dropped my pet off before and it has never had to take 4 hours long. When I returned 4 hours later, my pet still wasn’t done! I was asked to leave because my pet was too excited seeing me wait outside.

Had to pay before I saw my puppy and I am not entirely satisfied. Paid for grooming provided by a student at regular price. Perhaps you should have a student price point and give the customer an option as to having an expert or student to perform the grooming.

Took my dog for grooming and followed all the instructions on their website, including thaking rabies vaccination proof. After a 30 minute drive there they did not take my dog because I had gave her some "medication" that helps her relax in stressful situations. I understand that it's not the staffs fault for following petco's policies but it does not have this policy on their website. Been there before no problems but this time was very disappointing, a waste of time.

I love this groomer! My senior dog is very nervous with new people or being left without me (major history of abuse before we got him, unfortunately). But as soon as he met the lead in the grooming department (Kim) he felt ok and took right to her. She was so gentle and sweet with him that he's never been afraid to go with them and see me leave for his appointments. His coat is always soft and shiny after. His teeth are sparkling and his nails are trimmed perfectly. They've also thrown in a few mud baths and skin treatments because he has some bad allergies that show up as skin rashes. I ADORE these groomers. Everyone there has a huge heart.

The staff was very pleasant. Leena took my dog for his spa day and she made him feel more relaxed because that was his first time bath. She was kind and held him gently.

Petcos COVID precautions made me feel.safe. the store is clean and the employees are friendly and welcoming. Diana, the groomer is excellent. She handles my dog with love and does a wonderful job grooming him.

I was turned away twice (by the same groomer) and told both my dogs were aggressive. But it was that male groomer who was too scared to handle a chihuahua and a corgi/terrier. Luckily thanks to Google, I found a shop close by that took care of my dog last minute. My little chihuahua trusted her right away because she knew how to handle her. I'll never step foot inside this Petco ever again.

had a mess up on the date selected for the grooming. i called a day earlier to arrange a grooming and bath. they said fine, come in at 2:00 pm Friday. I called on Thursday afternoon to make that appointment. When I arrived on Friday at 2:00 pm, they said it was for yesterday . How can that be when they told me they had an opening on Friday at 2:00 pm?? Anyway they somehow worked me in, but it was later than I wanted. The grooming results were very good, no complaints about the grooming.

Brittany is the best! Winnie does not have a great relationship with many people and is likely to nip at people. She doesn't like going to be groomed but she loves Brittany! And she looks beautiful when she is finished!

Jezebels haircut was choppy and I'm not sure if the cut was done by a student or a professional. It seemed as though as student cut Jezebels hair and was under the supervision of a professional. At any rate it's a bate and switch.

Petco was nice. I mainly go there for gish and aquarium needs. And all my experience has been nothing but nice
