Huge warehouse type of store. I haven't been here in years. They carry a lot of brands that are not carried at other pet stores. Came here to look for dog food (raw freeze dried), and they actually had it on sale! Bought a few of them. It's not crowded here and it was fairly easy to find things. I recommend stopping here and checking it out.

This is the best place to go to for your pets needs. Great selection and hands down the best customer service.Just a short story...I visited there store about two weeks ago because our puppy was having digestive issues. We were ready to change her food and he told us we were giving our pup a high end food, that there was no need to change out her food.(we didn't know this prior). The store manager came out extremely friendly and sincerely wanting to help. He asked questions and based on our answers recommend a few solutions and then gave us goat's milk for our pug pup. Free by the way, he said try this on us to see if this works.Hands down, I will NEVER forget his kindness, he's sincere willingness to help and provide excellent customer service!!!I recommend this place, our go to place for our pets needs!Thanks 😊TC

I go in very sporadically since I only watch the babies when my kids are out of town. I walked in to a cleanly organized store and was greeted by the GM. Told him the brand I wanted and he walked me over and showed me what he carried. He asked he abt my babies and patiently waited while I made my choice. He reaffirmed my decision and carried the food to the register. I was cashed out with easy. After three transaction was completed I looked at his name tag and saw he's the GM. I then proceeded to praise his employees that I was lucky enough to encounter on my previous visits. He was genuinely appreciative of my feedback and I was happy to provide it.

The staff is always super friendly and more than willing to answer questions and give suggestions on new foods for my fur baby. Who has become very picky about what she eat lately. And the prices are way better then at those other pet stores. Plus there's always a sale going on pet food. Just a little pro tip sign up for their emails so you know when a good time to shop is coming up!

This is my go-to pet store. The staff are always helpful and I've found if they don't know something, they'll find out and then get back to me. I really appreciate that. I love the Vet clinics that they have come there. Very affordable and very handy and even if they were late last Sat, it was the only time since I've been going iuh been so.I like that their prices are very competitive but mostly better and I like their range much better.

Great pet supply store! Nice employees. They have a very nice selection of both scratching posts and tall cat trees in different colors. Great deal if you have a coupon from the throwaway booklet of coupons that come in your mailbox.

I was having *a day* 🙁. My cat was sick and then peed through her carrier and into the seat of my new car on the way to the vet... and traffic. Always traffic. I went to pet store across the street, after dropping my poor baby off. They were disorganized & the staff wasn't helpful. They didn't have a disposable cat carrier. My only option was to purchase one for $89.99. I searched for another nearby pet store and Centinela Pet & Feed came up. I know I just needed a disposable cat carrier, but here's what they got right: they had it in stock and pre-assembled; bright, clean & organized store, excellent & thoughtful customer service. Thanks Centinela Pet & Feed - Torrance! You guys rock! ^..^~

We are loyal Centinela Feed customers. My husband made me quit using Chewy.com, in order to support our local store, which is in Culver City. The staff there are super friendly.So, today's experience at this store was so off putting, that here I am writing a review.Today my husband tried to use 4 $5 Centinela Feed coupons that we just found in our kitchen bowl, so we earned them not too long ago. We have a spoiled Great Dane and buy supplies often, and earn $5 coupons when we spend as much money as we do.Today at this store, the woman who he had the misfortune of checking out, said "These are expired"! and unceremoniously tossed them into the trash. She was rude on all counts, and we will never shop at this store again. I am sorry if everyone else there is as nice as at our home store, but as they say, "One bad apple...."

I had to get zignature dog food ASAP. Not only did they carry ot they were kind enough to set it aside so we could make a quick run to pick it up. Staff is friendly and helpful. Store is very clean!

Every time I pick up feed here the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They are patient and very helpful. I purchase a 40 pound bag of food and the cashier always walks it to my car.

This is a nice store with a lot of selection. The employees are always quick to help too. The store carries some brands that Petco and PetSmart don't carry, so it's been helpful as I switch my cats to a healthier diet.

Centinela is a great alternative to bigger pet store chains. They tend to have a wider variety of healthy food options for my dog that bigger stores don't have. Plus they have very friendly and helpful staff on top of that.

Lots of helpful staff with tons of extra goodies for any animal. Love the non spill water bowl for the car for dogs. They evwn had chicken scratch which is why we came in. Osimar and the girl at the front (sorry forgot name, cute one brown hair i believe) were both very helpful.
