Adorable general store is packed with most anything you may need for the beach or otherwise. Found fresh/frozen food, a serious wine selection, a slew of household goods, and beach/leisure items and clothes. Also a cute selection of things for kids. Lovely owners are super helpful and have a deep history - going back many generations - with the town. Worth the visit.

Five stars for service, selection and quality. I’m so happy to have Tomales General Store to save me from driving to town to get those essentials and sometimes nonessentials. Reasonably priced which is much appreciated. Great general store for locals’ and visitors’ needs.

Cute, well-stocked, family run store. Good selection of food and beverage, plus sundries for beach bound vacationers. Mark up is less than you’d expect for a middle of nowhere general store.

This store has been transformed by the owner. They have made it into a place you want go into and explore. You want to go back as well. Need something in a pinch, they probably have it.
