Stopped for tire chains for a snowy trip into Sequoia National Park and my experience couldn’t have been better. A kind, young man was as helpful as you could be and the place felt homey like a place I’d be back in my hometown. The price to buy tire chains from this store was relatively close to the price of renting them from another spot so it was a easy choice to buy. I’d recommend just buying here instead of renting especially if you ever plan to use chains again. Thank you all for the hospitality!

They are the nicest and most honest people i have seen in a long while! I came in to buy snow chain, instead just sold me a chain, they call the hotline and let me know no chain is required for today! They are actually trying to help people out instead of just been a business, thank you!

Very friendly and helpful professionals. They helped me when I was stuck because I could not move on to Sequoia because our RV was 25ft long. The explained me the way to Kings Canyon and even printed the maps for me. By the way: A good selection of goods. I can rate that. I sold similar stuff many years of my life - In Germany.

I stopped by because I saw some flowers and succulents out in front. I really enjoyed going into the side nursery outside and saw even more succulents to add to our garden collections.

This is a really great community hardware store that has way more than just hardware. They've got dog food home and garden supplies and everything you need to touch up your home with new paint. The help is friendly and they're open 7 days isn't that great!

The employees are so kind. Rare in a lot of businesses these days. Very helpful. The store has a variety of items, even items you wouldn't think they'd have. I like to support local and this business certainly deserves it.

This was one of the best customer service experiences that I have ever had! The bulb for one of my headlights burned out while I was on vacation and there are no automotive stores in the area. I went to the Three Rivers Mercantile and asked one of the gentlemen at the cashier's desk if they had an automotive section. He tested all of my lights, took out the bulb, located and placed the new bulb, then tested it again before he sent me on my way. I am so grateful that such a proficient and helpful person was working that day!

The only hardware game in town, and they play to win. The staff is extraordinarily courteous and always go above and beyond the call of service. Kirk, the store manager is a great guy who has brought me through some tough projects with his knowledge. If you're ever near here, drop in and check it out! And tell 'em Steve Walker sent ya. They didn't have the camping spoon I wanted so the person at the register pulled a brand new one out of his personal bag and refused to charge me for it. You just can't find that anymore. Please stop here and buy anything. They have ammo too!
