The place was pretty empty and locals I formed us the place would be shut down soon due to lack of costumers. I also ate Enchiladas and in difference to some other people here, mine were awful. The beans were right from a can and probably just heated via microwave. The rice was dry and overcooked. The Enchiladas themselves were just horrible. Cheap tomato sauce with some bitterness in it, no veggies. The only thing acceptable was the chicken meat inside. For 25$ fawn too little to offer. The burgers my family had seemed okay though

The food here is not terrible. They have an American selection, a Mexican selection and a decent seafood selection (garlic shrimp were pretty fire). The beers are what you would expect at a bar and grill with an extended Mexican beer selection. They also seem to have some sweet cocktails for those that aren't beer fans. Even the outside set up looked pretty cool. Finally, they have a descent dessert menu. The fried ice cream was amazing.Seems great, so why the three stars? The menu was way too pricey for what you get. Over priced and the value was not there. We paid 20 bucks for a BBQ burger. 23 for half a rack of ribs that weren't even smoked. As a matter of fact we had gone to another restaurant and paid less for way more. If Cider Mill can cut their prices in half I would give them 5 stars. Right now, save your money and find a place down the road.

This is a quaint restaurant in the small town of Three Rivers. There aren't many options in that town. We stopped for breakfast. The staff was friendly and the service was fast. I ordered the French Toast, and it was good. The bacon was cooked to perfection, oh so savory.

We had the best fajitas here, and their orchata and micheladas were the best. Also, their fried ice cream. The staff was wonderful and we loved the sunflowers and apple tree outside. We went twice during our stay in three rivers. And that view!Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. We had three with us and they loved the kid menu!

A tad pricey. But you get what you pay for definitely. Staff was friendly and they gave you the choice to dine inside or outside and when my children started to get chilly they allowed us to move inside with no problem. Had to wait a little longer what we wanted for our food but I still give the place a 5 star overall due to location, atmosphere, staff friendliness and food quality. Everything was severed fresh and hot with bold flavors.

From the outside, it looks promising. However, inside is an old dinner type which also didn't smell fresh. Our server was prompt and polite. The food IMO is over priced, even for CA. Ordered the veggie burger. The pattie was crispy and tasty. The bun however was sort of stale. Curly fries were good. The margarita is made with agave wine instead of tequila so you won't get any buzz from it.FYI: Three Rivers does not have a lot of dining options.

We had dinner here tonight (2 grown ups, 2 kids) and we ordered two New York steaks, two burgers and one margarita. There was way too much pepper on all meats (steaks and burgers) and way too much salt in the margarita. The sides were disappointing as well. Not a good experience

Nice little food shack, outdoor patio is nice and you might see some turkey walking about. However I don’t know what they used to cook the bacon... but it had a Play-dough kinda after taste...

3 star restaurant at 4+ star pricing. Our group of 8, ages 9-47, came in after a long day at Sequoia NP. The reviews weren't stellar, but everywhere else had a 40+min wait, so we gave it a shot. There was no wait. Nor any other customers. We ordered a few kinds of burgers, including kids meal, Apple walnut salad, and chicken fajitas. Mozzarella sticks for apps.Everything was Cisco-style. Frozen fries, frozen meat patties, frozen Mozzarella sticks, frozen onion rings. I don't have a problem with that, per se, but the kids meal was $10, the salad $16, and the burger my husband ordered, the Sequioa Western, was $26. For $26 I expect a blow-your mind hand crafted burger. It was not.Nothing was terrible. It was all what I'd expect at a 24hr diner. But I would NEVER pay those prices at a diner. I felt like they took advantage of the tourist town prices, without delivering on tourist expectations. We were there after dark, so I don't know if the outdoor seating was nice or not.I was disappointed that the CIDER MILL did not offer any hard cider on their drink menu. Not even any local or CA beers. Basically Modelo, Corona, Coors, Miller, etc. For $6.Overall, service was good, but we were only ones there. Way over priced for the quality. Nothing was terrible, just average.

Stopped here because it was late and we were spending the night down the road. Menu had American and Mexican food choices which were overpriced for the location and quality of the building. I ordered bbq chicken with a side of “vegetables” which on the menu looked like a decent sized platter of perhaps thighs or chicken breast…. Man was I wrong. They came out with three pieces of chicken that could be classified as children’s tenders (size included) and a side of steamed carrots and green beans. If you want to spend $20-40 for something you could make in 15 minutes in an air fryer then I have the place for you.

Place looked nice from the outside so my friends and I decided to eat here after a long hike. Naaasty food!! My medium burger was dry and tasted like cardboard. Only took one bite and had to put the rest down. Got slapped with a fat bill at the end like if a five star chef owned the place! We ended up doing fast food after. Should have read the reviews beforehand. Oh well live and learn

2 of us dined here yesterday evening. I read the reviews beforehand so we decided to go with a Mexican meal. The enchiladas suizas and enchiladas platter with carne asada were both very good, served with rice and beans and I could tell that the beans were made from scratch. For desert was deep fried ice cream (fantastic) and apple pie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, also very good. There were several tables of patrons but the service was attentive and speedy.A bit pricey but our food was tasty and you are just outside of the NP so…

We had the burgers with fries and baked potato. The food was ok but our table was sticky and dirty. Makes you wonder what's going on in the kitchen...Not cheap also, but there aren't many options in Three Rivers, especially after 9pm.

Wonderful service. Dated furniture. Delicious food. We were party of six. This is the vegetarian fajitas. The vegetables were super fresh. My party also enjoyed the nachos supreme. The grilled chicken salad. The fried ice cream. And the ice cream and monkey bread. They also have a very delicious fresh Apple cider.

the mashed potatoes were super dry and there were lots of not mashed pieces and even a part of a potato peal.in the hall of a restaurant there was an unpleasant smell of a burnt meat and we waited for 10 minutes before we could be seated even though there was only one family in front of usthe ice in our drinks was made of the tap water and we could taste chlorine in our drinks. i do not recommend this restaurant to anyone, even if you’re hungry, the worst meal i had in the usa

We visited this restaurant during a slow mid-afternoon time. We chose it because the name implies they make their own cider, but we were informed they don't anymore...after we had received our big glasses of cider that tasted like generic cider. The food, which has many Mexican options, was meh, and there were numerous flies in the seating area. While we like supporting local small businesses, our meal was not pleasant, and we'll look elsewhere next time.

The food was great, location even better! After a long day of driving and hiking, we were able get a great dinner meal for a reasonable price, right outside the park entrance with an amazing view. Highly recommend!

It is a very cozy restaurant basically in the middle of nowhere. It was the only place we found open at 8 pm and actually we don't regret it. I think I ate the best bbq ribs ever in my life (and I ate a lot of them). The rib sauce is very tasty and you understand easily they know what they're doing. The service was great and we enjoyed ourselves pretty much. The price was ok. Good dinner after all!

We stopped here after we arrived at our B & B . They were very short staffed but the server there truly tried to do everything for everyone. She managed to keep a smile while dealing with rude customers and a payment machine that went down so she only could take cash. We had pie and drinks to go. The place looked very nice. Sadly we didn't make it back. The pie was very good.

I forgot to take pictures but the food was very good and at decent prices. I didn't finish my dish due to the size of the plate but i ordered chicken enchiladas with green chile sauce! Doesn't compare to the New Mexican version of the dish but delicious anyway. Server was sweet and courteous as well and pet friendly! We were able to sit outside with my brother and sister-in-law's dog with no issue.

We wanted to love this place....but the food was terrible. It was a decent looking spot. We were the only customers. The food was awful and way overpriced.Although attentive, the waiter could not have cared less. He could see we were unhappy, but had no intention of getting involved. My hot $5 cider, was clearly pre-made in a bottle or something - not fresh - as implyed. My $20 Hawaiian burger was a tasteless frozen patty, drenched in BBQ sauce, and 2 small slices of pineapple. My friend ordered shrimp and chicken fahitas, and it was mostly onions and peppers, stingy on the protein, and was charged $6.49 for a side of refried beans, since only rice was included in her $17.95 meal.Such potential wasted. Never going back, don't recommend you go either.
