Best place to buy a real Christmas tree. Bought ours day after Thanksgiving and today we’re taking it down on Jan 6th and it’s still beautiful. It’s still green, not dry at all and I hate throwing it away while it’s so pretty.

Normally in stock with what I need, like garage door openers! Lately been out of stock even though online it says they have…Just edited review 4/11/24 use to love this Home Depot until I met Francis in the door department who always is rude and if you ask for help unlocking a motor she will go act like she is doing something . You wouldn’t know she works there because she takes her apron off to avoid the customers and only put it on when she’s called over the speaker system and Cynthia at the pro desk/ return area. Called me a liar, even though recipes clearly stated the truth. Camarillo Home Depot is where you should go if you want to be treated like a pro.

It most definitely is a place where the doer's get it done for sure. I have been to ALOT of different places like this, and this is the only place that consistently has the cheapest prices the greatest customer service and the best and only place where literally everything is in the same store that you could possibly need for honestly any project you can imagine.

Outstanding service today. Customer Service directed me to location of front door mats. On the way to the location another employee asked if I needed help. At self checkout associate helped scan my items. In and out quickly with everything I went there for. Thank you. Great job.

This is the first time I’m writing a cautionary review (but there have been plenty of situations with many useless companies that warranted it… Spectrum for instance). In this case, I bought an insulated garage door and opener. After a few weeks it stopped working. The repair people came and verified it doesn’t work. They filed some paperwork, I had to sign a few things, they said I’d hear from someone, and that’s it… they left. What should have happened is that if they determine the opener is not working they should have had authorization to fix it on the spot. So how long is it going to take and how many more days am I going to have to give up. I’ve already sacrificed enough of my time on this and calling to get answers isn’t a reasonable option because it is very difficult to get someone on the phone. If you pay for something it should work, and if it doesn’t then it should be remedied immediately (or refund your money). This is a joke!

They now have a food truck several days a week serving delicious tacos, quesadillas, nachos, sandwiches. You should all go and eat there even if you don’t need anything at Home Depot.

I recently visited the Home Depot in Thousand Oaks and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The store was large and well-organized, making it easy to find everything I needed. The staff was also very helpful and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions and offering suggestions for products that would meet my needs.One thing that really stood out to me was the huge selection of items available at the store. Whether I was looking for tools, appliances, or home improvement supplies, I was able to find everything I needed in one convenient location.Overall, I had a great experience shopping at the Home Depot in Thousand Oaks and would definitely recommend it to anyone in the area in need of home improvement supplies. The store is clean, well-organized, and has a friendly and helpful staff

A great place to shop for tools, hardware, garden requirements and almost everything one needs for home improvement work. I have never worked here but would have loved to in my younger years. The staff are always very polite and helpful.

Ed, who was working in flooring, was extremely helpful and courteous assisting me setting up my measurement and estimate for a carpet job in my house. He was sensitive to the fact I was in a little bit of a time crunch and still made sure everything was perfect and made me feel confident moving forward. If you need your floors done, ask for Ed!

Colin made our shopping experience great. Super friendly and helpful. Not only in helping me and my sister, but with all the customers I saw him interact with. Greatly exceeded basic customer service. I wish the other associates were as helpful. Helped us with a door latch.

Ever since I was a young boy I walked the aisles of "Man Church" counting the different types of lumber and electrical wiring... even 20 years after my childhood I still pray adamentaly in those product adorn halls and today I started my first vegetable garden with their blessing and suggestions.

Shelves are pretty empty and the quality is poor. Home Depot isn't what it was. But try getting any help, good luck! If you are handicapped, you might get lucky with a compassionate customer helping you. The main manager seemed more focused on her staff than helping customers begging for help. I'm tired of being cross examined for returning poor products that fall apart. Looking for another hardware store with good quality and customer service.

Tony in the garden center was incredibly rude. When I asked for assistance finding a cart and loading some dirt (I can’t lift anything right now), his response was that I can go get one from the parking lot and it would be a while before he could help me. I asked him if maybe there was a better way to speak to a customer and his response was, no. I understand he was busy, but he could have offered to find someone to help me instead of being so rude.

Would have been 5 stars if they had more employees available to help was in an aisle for about 20 minutes and was hard to flag down an employee becuase I couldn't hind any. There Nursery by the way is immaculate I highly recommend you check it out.

I knew this would be a very tedious and time consuming task for whoever was helping, but Susan was such a great help and provided me with one of the best and outstanding customer service skills I have experienced. I like to give positive reviews when I can but I was lied to by multiple 1-800 agents who said a delivery attempt to my house was made. Which was not true. Transfered to the store manager who was honest and said delivery driver was in an accident. Who handed the phone over to the Thousand Oaks delivery scheduler who was the rudest customer service rep I have ever met. She immediately told me the delivery was attempted after the manager just confirmed that was not true. She hung up on me when I was trying to schedule a delivery. Not my first issue with the Thousand Oaks store
