Well there is not much difference from another locations but like all stablisments the manager in charge is the one to make the correct desitions ...What is the best thing to do for your repeat customers .As everyone know every store have they favorites.With all of this craziness happening around we can understand the keeping the store with supplies is key to have a great successful day at the store..Water , cleaning products ,paper rolls, eggs ,milk...You guys knows what the people want...Please give as much as you guys can to stay safe for you and for the rest of us..I hope all of this "caos" finish soon .We will come back again hoping everything will be better ..As much a communication between your employees and supervisors and of course management..Will make the difference..Thank you for your effort and dedication that you guys give every day

Hi, I just wanted to leave a review on the Starbucks inside the target on teller rd. There cleanliness is poor! They don’t wash there Hands between customers, the male manager with glasses is there and he is a leading example and does the same and is a bit rude. They allow homeless hangout in there with there animals and I never see them wipe down or clean. It’s very clear cleanliness, and common hygiene practices is not priority. They need to enforce hand washing before making the food after using the register and sanitizing the tables. Hope to see this improved.

I only come and shop at this specific target due to the cleanliness other targets DO NOT provide. Tiffany is hands down the best worker you have. She never fails to make my experience nothing less than excellent. Her customer service is impeccable! She has attention to detail, kindness, willingness to help. She has gone above and beyond to get a product i was in search of. She is such an asset. I dislike shopping she makes it easy.

Target is a step above Walmart in all ways. I shop at both due to convenience and notice how the customer service at Target is so much better than Walmart. When I shop at Target I feel like I'm at a nice, clean, fashionable store. What can I say - "I love Target"!

My fiance and I come here often for groceries and other essentials and household items. It's convenient right down the street, but I wish they wouldn't let petitioners stand outside of the store and harass customers. Otherwise the store is clean and orderly and the employees are great.

I was just there and a manager named Ruen who works in the womens clothing section was extremely unprofessional and rude to the other employees - I was there for about 30 minutes in the dressing room listening him order around the women that he works with. He was extremely disrespectful to them, both in his tone and with his words. He was honestly treating them like they were his slaves. I spoke to some employees about him and found out that he's actually best friends with the manager (who I also spoke to) and so I find it difficult to believe that he will actually be reprimanded - hence this review! I'm also writing this review to speak up on behalf of the women working there as I'm sure they're afraid to speak up in fear that they could lose their jobs. Target, quit hiring men that create hostile work environments. Thanks

If you’re looking for polite, you’re going to the wrong target. I was here last night picking up my order. The kid came to my trunk, said he couldn’t open it. I hopped out and opened, hopped back in. He loaded and left my trunk open. I almost drove away with my trunk open. I got out & wondered why he didn’t close it and asked. He replied with, ‘ITS NOT MY JOB!!’. So it isn’t his job to close my trunk and be polite?!

Aloandra in guest services deserves a raise and promotion. I came very upset that my app glitched and essentially ate my 5 year olds gift card. There was no way to get it to work. She asked what I had tried and I tried everything. Even though I was yelling and extremely upset she handled everything and was patient and kind (which truly I didn’t deserve) and made everything right so my son didn’t have to leave without the toy he was so excited to get with his gift card. I was clearly having a very bad mental health day and my PTSD became very triggered in the store. When all I wanted to do was leave before my son had to witness and attack it seemed impossible. Thank you Alondra not just for your kindness but for getting us out of there while I could salvage my mental health. You’re a hero. You’re exceptional in high stress situations which is most definitely a rarity.

Awesome selection, they normally have a full selection of sizes, especially for men's wear. Less so for women's. The grocery section is great if you want to get a meal and your other shopping done in one stop, but doesn't replace a full grocery store. Service is normally awesome. Only downside is there are rarely enough cashiers scheduled, resulting in longer lines.

Target has very reasonable prices on most everything and you can usually get in and out in a decent amount of time. Some times it is difficult to find staff if you have a question, but when you do they are helpful. The cashiers aren't always the best, so I am not giving them 5 stars.

This target location is usually pretty good. Just like all retail I try to avoid them during the holiday season. During normal business I've always been able to get help from someone friendly and knowledgeable, and without much of a wait. The management is either overworked or unmotivated, I tried to get a job here and received a call back but was never able to schedule anything or meet with anyone. Especially frustrating that they aren't available after 3 or on weekends, since the shift I applied for and my availability were for nights and weekends.TL;DR: Basic staff is great but management sucks.

Cashier who helped us was nice. Other workers were helpful. Even though it's a big store, it didn't really have any of the items I was looking for (original Sparkling Cider, Bud Light Michelada) and had a super limited amount of electronic men's razors. What was worse was that, they only let you get $40 maximum cash back per purchase when we wanted to get $100. That was very annoying.

It's ironic that you mailed this survey to me today because I was independently going to write Target corporate about my visit. This store is an absolute embarrassment to Target. It is horrifically unkempt. Shelves are bare and if there are things on them they are from different departments - people just dropping off something they don't want but obviously no personnel to go around cleaning up. The entrance area, with the $1, $3, $5 items is absolutely a mess! Every bin either completely barren or in complete and total disarray! This isn't the first time I've encountered this at this store, and I tossed it off a one off but it is like this EVERY time I go now! It used to be so fun going up and down the aisles, often spending more than I'd planned because everything looks so nice...I couldn't wait to get out of this disaster of a store!

The fees are a scam. I always bring my own bags, always. And if I forget, I use no bags. I ask the employee to take off the bag fee, and they always say they will, or they did. But on many occasions they still charged me for 10 bags, when I used none. Totally dishonest.

The associate was very nice and efficient. This process of ordering the items online and then getting notification that it's ready for pickup via email is brilliant and it works soooo well! Thank you Target!

Quick and easy order & pickup. Only issue was the red "I'm Here" button disappeared on the app when we pulled in and I kept trying to find and could not, but it some other notification link three times. Felt bad for the team member who apologized for the wait, but we didn't wait, it was an app issue.

Shout-out to Samantha from Beauty for helping me out when I couldn't find a cake stand I was looking for and grabbing it from the back for me! My roommate and I had been tracking it online for weeks and drove from Oxnard because it said one was in stock, got there, saw nothing, and then Samantha like an angel looked it up and found out one was left in the back and got it for us.

Well-stocked and clean store. Staff is friendly and helpful. It's convenient that customer service is located immediately to your left when you enter the store. I am always pleased with the consistency of all Targets across the board. The Thousand Oaks Target is definitley on point!

Store is dirty, disorganized, and rarely has the items I want in stock.Also, they sell NECA products, which they should be embarrassed by because literally 33% of all NECA products are broken before you even get them out of the box. Why does Target carry this garbage?

I went to Target just after opening time. I get that there is a lot of work to do in the morning, but the main isles were blocked by carts full of stock that were side to side across the entire isle. Same went for many of the stock isles. Of the store is open, the isles need to be clear. If there was a fire, it'd be hard to get out when you can't see because of smoke.

They never answer their phones! I called because an item was missing from my order pick up which has happened before and it took 5 calls to 5 different departments to get someone. The guy I spoke to said they don’t keep people to answer the phones. Turns out the item was never picked for my order and when I asked to speak to a manager sure enough I was placed on hold and the manager never answered and the phone hung up on me. It’s worth the drive to any other target location for better customer service then this one.

Excellent customer service by Sky and all the other ladies in the fitting room area also very helpful & friendly. Great Target store there just wish it was a bit bigger. Nice selection of clearance items.

Target is my go to store but ,Today I had a horrible experience , I tried price matching amazon ,The trainer Heather at returns / customer service vouched it was a worthy price match all the reps there also agreed , but she assisted to call the manager not sure why maybe is the color of skin since I got there she was already giving me attitude and and being very rude . Didn’t get the price match due to its prime and the don’t price match anything with prime since it’s membership I understood since I didn’t know but she showed relief and happiness she didn’t even try be nice about or even apologize in that manner
