I took my dog to get groomed and specifically added in the notes that she needed her glands emptied, which did not happen. I paid for her nails to get buffed and her paws to get treated with lotion, which did not happen. I paid for the anti-itch treatment for soothing skin, which did not get used Extremely unhappy with the visit they told me it would be an hour and a half went back in an hour and a half and they weren’t there until three hours later so my dogs sat alone in their kennel for who knows how long.

The front reviving guy was very obnoxious an direspectful with long hear covering his face and eyes trying to convince tMe the client that what I and asking is not possible I old him he possibly I am 76 years old and I had dogs and cats all my life I know what I am talking and that he should listen and respect the client specialy that he knows nothing about grooming, the lady Angel groomer was very respectful and she took care of my request

My 12 year old Labrador, Jaeger, has been groomed by Lyrikah for quite a while now. She does a fantastic job. He is "almost" shed free for a few days, anyway. So much hair on that boy. He's always happy to see her and she is very caring of him. I have no anxiety leaving him with her.Lyrikah is very accommodating to my schedule. Happy to get him in when needed and he is finished when she says he will be.She makes me aware of any abnormalities. Itches, (too much swimming in a chlorinated pool?yup! Blow drying him she noticed red areas areas on his back and I took him to his vet (bacterial infection). His neck mass is getting larger, yup! Have a vet appointment soon. Scabs on groin, yup, allergy.It takes a village to care for our pets, and Lyrikah is part of my town.Very, very happy with Lyrikah and Petco.

The staff is wonderful. Very kind and gentle with the animals. Unfortunately my back can't take bathing and grooming 2 large Labradoodles and I can't find an acceptable mobile service to come to me. I didn't want to take them here, as I had a bad experience with a different large pet store in the past. They had actually cut my dog, accidently, but in too many places. Imagine my relief when they came out, happy, groomed, bathed and without a single scratch. We are now repeat customers and I am really happy with the service.

I will say that Petco is the least expensive groomer around. That being said, you get what you pay for. Lyrikah did a real chop job on my bichon and my older goldendoodle the last time they were in and they looked horrible. As such, we decided they will never return to Petco grooming. However, she did a pretty good job on the puppy; so, we thought it would safe to bring him back to her for the free groom that we “earned”. Not only was his simple cut uneven, she took a huge chunk of his hair off of his back end….like a good 3.5x2.5 inch section! I can assure you that there was no plausible reason for her to do this. He will not be returning to Petco and I will definitely make sure every dog owner I know hears of my experiences with Petco grooming.

Lyrikah did a fantastic job with Zephyr!! I brought him in for a bath and brush. After telling her about how hot he’s been and that I couldn’t tell if he has a double coat or not. She confirmed that he has a single coat and can be shaved and that she has time to do so. I gave her the reins to give him a look for his very first cut and she did a beautiful job. Thank you, Lyrikah!!!

Grooming was just as I expected, Penny is all clean. Happy with the service. Walked right up to the counter and was greeted warmly. Penny was able to get right in and was ready in 1 hour as stated. Very happy with the results.
