I love shopping there it is so much fun I spend too much money. I don't know what happened to my thoughts about the Family Dollar. I am really unhappy about the remodeling. Empty shelves with less inventory. The isles are so narrow and cluttered with boxes. It looks like a mini Wal-Mart I dislike that store. I used to shop for hours but not anymore. The staff have always been so polite and courteous and Happy, not so much anymore. I wish it return the way back.

1.The so-called manager is a bit rude.2.There was a "promotion" for free salsa when you bought chips. Didn't notice until I got home that I was charged for the salsa. Cashier said she couldn't refund my money. I've never gone back.3. Prices are strangely high also.The only nice cashier is also very customer oriented. He should actually be manager, in my opinion. Thank you, Gabriel.

Never treated like a real person they mumble after they give you your cash back or just don’t say anything. The manager in my opinion is very childish and can’t even greet the ones shes terminated. There are a very selective few that still do there job well.

Well its a decent store with some good bargains. I wouldn't call it the best store simply. Its a decent store. Its employees are not well organized at times but do do the job and do it with a smile. They are very friendly. Would recomend for road trips to stop by and grab some of there low priced snacks.

Very nice & friendly. I call the manager boss as so does he also calls me boss also. Very nice person. Prices r reasonable. I mostly shop for groceries but when i cant find what i need they know exactly where to send me. So glad they r in town bc the other businesses r mini stores w/higher prices. Keep up the good work & hiring good employes.

This area needed a store that has a wide variety of household items. And its very affordable even when compared to walmart. It can be a little underataffed at times and boxes blocking the isles but it beats driving 10 miles to a bigger town that has the items you need

Horrible, horrible, horrible service. The cashier was on the phone talking about her cable service while a lady was asking her about a product and I waited to pay. I got attitude from both the cashier and the man stocking when asked to be attended. I've worked in customer service before and that is definitely not the way to treat a client.

This place is good for when you need Essentials like toilet paper and napkins and so many other things things even like candles and you don't want to go so far as to go to another city it's perfect for a small community like Terra Bella.
