I happened to have been given the task of picking up the classroom pet! We had chosen a hamster 🐹 awhile back. Then we got one and it freaked out and our lovely teacher Veronica had to bring it to her house. So we got a new one. Which brings me here. I walked in and immediately I was met with this wonderful sales person Kelly! She was wonderful. We started talking about the classroom pet and she had named one of the hamsters Henry, and she said to take him. He was her favorite. Plus Kelly is a child development major at Cal Poly Pomona! I told her about our preschool @wondergardenmontessori or Wonder Garden Montessori School at 141 Las Tunas Dr Arcadia CA 91007..where Henry now resides. The children are so excited!!

Prices are high for some stuff most of it is reasonable but the staff cares about animals and it shows. Love going here. You also get 5 dollar off coupons that you can stack and don't expire if you manage to not lose them

If you love your pets(family members) then this is the place where you want to buy your permium dog food for your best friend. They have all variety of food from medium to top quality. I usually go with the top quality since I love my pets so much they deserve the best even though it a bit pricey.

Everything is always well organized and clean. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The experience is totally different in a good way from going to one of the "big box" pet shops. These guys made a fan out of me and I've been a repeat customer for years. Haven't ever used their grooming services but they do that too, the fish and reptile selection is really good, much better than the big stores and most important, the people they have working, they're fantastic.....and every year they have their anniversary buy one get one 1/2 off food sale, stock up!

Oh my GOSH!!! This place is unbelievable!!!!! I love this place. I'm addicted. That's it. It's over. I'm addicted. Never going anywhere else. This place is so affordable, they have such an interesting selection of reptiles, fish. They have eels!!! What???? Eels!! 2 different kinds!!! I will never buy an eel. But now I know if I wanted to, I could. I know exactly where I would buy it from and can you believe a moray eel is only $14.99 if I can recall correctly. I mean those things are on the discovery channel!!! They also helped me when I had to lie to my son about accidently killing his tadpole. They were all in on it . It was so sweet. I told my son I gave them the tadpole to turn into a frog. When I went to the store, I bought the frog and my son fell for it. He was under the impression they helped his tadpole morph into a juvenile pacman frog.. I know it's screwed up but he's so little it was a white lie.. Those are the good ones. They were also very knowledgeable about.. EVERYTHING to do with animals. Unlike a Petco where they honestly don't know anything about animals..I can testify to that. I worked at one when I was 16. Ok. This place rocks. Show them love.

My dog sassy got groomed today by Gina. My baby has never looked cuter I highly recommend this place because my dog was comfortable and happy when we picked her up. Thanks again Gina and super pets. Sassy will be back

If I could rate this store any lower I would their prices are terrible and their animals are in terrible condition. While there I was looking through their snakes and noticed that almost all of them had an infestation of mites. I asked one of the staff if the mites were being treated. Despite them saying yes I highly doubted it since their bodies were covered and drained of pigment and body mass. After seeing that I have no respect for the place.

Love this spot for all my pets needs... just not too fond of the high school kids that work there... the cashiers are kinda rude and the customer service is about average at best... one of the supervisors i believe his name is ERVIN is very helpful and friendly though... that alone will keep me coming back...

I very much enjoy my visits to super pets because they carry a plethora of different items from tropical fish to guinea pig bedding. There you can also purchase bunnies and hamsters. I always purchase my guinea pig's bedding at Super Pets and they love it. I would definitely recommend super pets to friends who own pets or people looking to purchase pets.

The worker was very rude yelled at me for nothing. She was causing a dramatic problem for nothing they have no manners.The manager was also a Karen very rude to the customer I been there multiple times and I never encountered someone like her. Never going back again this experience traumatized my kid.

This place is great! The staff are super nice and helpful. I always feel welcomed. My daughter and I love watching the cute hamster and guinea pigs. They also have a good selection of treats and Toys for our pets. Julie was especially great. She made some great recommendations and is super courteous.

Favorite pet store! Almost too good to be true. I’m always blown away by the unique cat/ dog treats, excellent quality foods for my pets.I visit her so often and now it’s become a fun place to take my dog.Some of the prices even beat Amazon & chewy. I also love the rewards program and the surprise ‘$5’ coupons I receive every so often!

The most inflated prices I’ve ever seen at a pet store in my life. Low quality products sold at such outrageous prices, it’s actually laughable. $8-$16 for the exact same cardboard cat scratch rectangle which can be found for a $1 at a dollar store two blocks away. The audacity of every single price here is just insane. Who would shop here when there are so many other pet parent friendly shops with better quality products and lower prices. Also caters to dogs and cats get the backburner as usual.

My dog got sprayed by a skunk about 6 weeks ago and I could not get the smell off. I tried everything. Spent 100 dollars on skunk off stuff from petsmart and nothing! I dropped my pup off and in like an hour my 80lb bestie is stank free and the staff was so kind about the smell. I really felt welcomed and like I was a person not a dollar bill. It's rare that people are so kind. I will always choose Super Pets.

My wife a super nice person went to your store Saturday 10 the door was opened so she tried to enter the store and agirl said to my wife we will open in a little wile so my wife waited 10 minutes then she walked toward the doo and one guy told my wife we open at ten few times so my fife told him a girl said a little wile and one hour it’s not a little wile so he repeated we open at ten at that time the girl started laughing my wife asked why you laugh and she said i will laugh i i want so my wife left with her 73 years of been a great person and very upsetAnd i think that it’s very ugly way to treat a nice person and I really think you put a stop to that Thank you

Always friendly and extremely helpful. During their sale they weren't too busy to assist since I had been recently hospitalized. Next visit, took my dog for her 1st grooming. They were very considerate to her nervousness and she looks great! Also, reasonable charge for service.

I absolutely love this place. Great prices, amazing customer service. They are always super friendly and extremely informative if you have any questions.
