If I could give zero stars I would. It's been 4 months since I've placed my order. I have had no communication from them even after several emails and dm's on Instagram. This company just stole $200 from me. Next step is better business bureau. Which they've already been reported to.

Update!!!I just got off the phone with my bank and good old Billyboi had my purchase set up for a reoccurring charges !!! I cannot warn you enough to stay away from this merchant do not purchase from him online, see the product and pay cash.First off when I made my order, my phone auto filled the wrong mailing address. I sent him a message letting t them know that it was the wrong mailing address, and he messaged me back promptly telling me that I could just email him updating him with my real mailing address. This was on the 28th, so I emailed him with the correct address and did not get a response, I waited a couple of days and still no response. 9 Days later he replied back after I contacted him through Instagram because he would not respond to my emails, which I used to or three different emails, and when he finally did respond back, he had the wrong address on there so he didn’t even read my emails . I’d asked for a cancellation and a full refund then we got the address situated I decided to go through with the order. After 14 days! I received my shrimp and they were all infected with red worms attached to their bodies so I had to set up a couple of isolation tanks because I had three different colors and then I had to go and buy the medication to treat the shrimp. And Billy boi!!! called me a liar and said that his shrimp are not infected so I wouldn’t waste my time purchasing from this individual I spent close to $90 and some of the shrimp are not even the right color and look like they were from a cull tank. Then he was going to charge me for however long it took me bto find out!!! What a scammer!!

Was trying to get into the Fresh Water Aquarium Hobby and Elvis was able to help and guide me through everything. From choosing the right tanks and filters, to cycling the tank itself. Bought a bunch of shrimps from him and equipment and looking to expand my hobby further with him in the future. His shrimp lollies are awesome btw! They go crazy for them.

Great person to chat in person and knows a lot about shrimp. I ended up buying 10 Blue Dream and he gave me an extra one!!!

Placed order canceled it. Didn't hear anything for 5 days called and called then he blocked my number. No shrimp and no refund. Had to call my bank and dispute.
