One star is for the great customer service. I recently had a bad experience where I will not return and I do spend a lot of money at this place.. after returning a clipper I had for less then a week they charged me a restock fee of over 100.! All the groomers I work with also think I was treated unfairly as well. They must be hurting for money to be pulling this. They have a minimal selection of clippers also and only carry mostly Andis I will no longer buy from you WAGS. You don't value your customers! I want my full refund back.

The telephone sales reps are the best I've ever experienced. Not only do they listen when you say, "not now, but try me in 3 weeks", but they're willing to send samples for an odd assortment of things, and know what you're looking for even when you don't. Their prices are pretty competitive, and the selection is way above the other suppliers I have been approached by.

Charlie is my contact at WAGS. He does his best to get you what you need and will let you know if it's in stock. They don't carry many if the brands I use but I live their "California clean" ear cleaner and medicated shampoo. I hope they expand their line.

Wow after spending as much as I do trying to support a small business, you would think that the employees would mention the rewards program, especially to a client as myself. Called to find out details about this program, and find out that this program has been going on for almost a year now, and NOT ONCE was I informed about this!!
