Really organized and has awesome deals!I was really surprised by how stocked and organized they were. Everything looked really neat and they seemed to have all of the groceries I needed. Food looked fresh and everyone there is really nice!This is definitely one of the more calmer and quieter grocery stores -- which I like. I'm able to shop in peace and don't have to wait in any crazy long lines. Their deals are pretty good and it's always easy to apply my membership at checkout.Will definitely be stopping by more often! :)

The drive up and go service was so disappointing. I am a first time customer. I am a caregiver and ordered groceries for my friends father. A blonde young kid gave me my groceries 7 minutes after I got there and they were so poorly bagged. He came to my car and with zero friendly customer service and had alcoholic breath when he asked for my code. My receipt was not given to me and the substitutions that’s were made—made no sense at all. Will not come back here again.

The younger flower girl that was there provided horrible customer service full of her attitude. Never coming here again. Use to love coming for the fresh flowers. I’m going to Trader Joe’s from now on out. Stay away unless you want to be treated like you don’t matter as a customer.

Upon arriving there is plenty of parking. There are other stores sharing the parking lot so you can run several errands at once. Gas, groceries, clothing, gym, etc. The interior of Vons is clean and well lit. There are both self checkout and cashiers available for faster experience. Vons carries a wide variety for various diet consideration. There is a discount for signing up for a free vons loyalty membership. I recommend Vons over Albertsons, Aldis, or stater brothers.

The floral dept has rude employees. Everytime I have tried their floral dept I was greeted and treated poorly at best. I will not try them again! Sad, this floral dept has a wonderful display, if only their character was nice as the displays they create. The manager has taught the employees to be just as rude. The behavior went from the top down.

Manager named Bradley is extremely rude. Do not shop here. He is very condescending and rude to you if there is an error. A huge store like Vons should have someone with people skills over seeing things. After reading other reviews on here as well, I'm surprised nothing has been done to improve customer relations.

Stopped into Vons to grab a small meal at the service deli. Alicia approached us and she was super sweet and funny. She told us we could get a good meal for the both of us at reasonable price, instead of grabbing random items. Glad we did because the chicken was really good and Mac and cheese was too. Great customer service!

I talked with the assistant manager. And when I explained to her my experience as a customer. She acted nonchalant. Try to tell me what she told her employees. The bathroom is extremely dirty. I didn't even want to wash my hands it's so dirty. They open up at 6am. Smh

We'll ran store, all staff are great. Prices could be lower in most areas but they have a great convenient location. Would shop here exclusively if the prices were more competitive. WinCo and Aldi tend to be lower grocery bill if I'm willing to go to multiple places

This Vons is TOP NOTCH! The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. They don't point to aisles, they walk you there. They were busy the other day and the manager was working a register. He was HAPPY to be at the register and even said he enjoyed it and keeping up with those skills. It really made me feel happy for the staff there. What a great leader. The store is always clean and inviting. It's just groceries but with so many options finding one you love is a big deal.

Conveniently located. The great thing about Vons is that they have a great selection of products. They also have great deals. The bakery is excellent and hard to pass without grabbing something sweet. The staff could be friendlier, they seem a bit inattentive and irritable. Store is always clean. Produce is fresh and great quality.

Visited the store, as usual the Western Union desk is without any associates to help you out. A supervisor his name was Leo asked me to say there and will come if he becomes free from another counter. He had poor customer service, his sentence started with Mmmm what do you need ?? seemed he didn’t want to server. Unacceptable from a Vons supervisor.

As a customer went to use the restroom... To find it needs a code to enter... Nobody around... So went back to the front to ask for a code. They won't give customers the code... So you have to wait for someone to walk back to the restroom with you to enter the code. A bit ridiculous I think... To top it off the bathroom was also fairly unclean!

Either hire more people or open self checkout. This is the only vons I’ve ever been to that does not have self checkout. It would be fine if they scheduled enough people at the registers, but no. Every time I come in here, there is only ONE register open with 10+ people in line. No express lanes open, and no self checkout lanes at all. I live right across the street from this vons but refuse to support them because of their stupidity when it comes to the registers. I take my business next door to target instead, who is always fully staffed and has self checkout.

Needs to have more registers open. Especially the 15 items or less register should be available at all times...in my opinion. Out of the 20 or so folks that were waiting to be rung up I'd say 15 or so had less than 5 items per person.

Absolutely love this Vons! Always clean and freshly stocked. Friendly staff and everyone is very nice and Helpful. Plenty of parking and nice clean carts. Good deli, fresh produce, and baked bread right out of the oven.

I went in for the sale they had on coca cola. Great sale! They only had 5 on the counter so someone went back to look. They found them under other things. The manager, Nick, who had opened up a lane when the line formed longer than 3, went back and picked up another 6 pack for me. Super nice ! And then a young lady helped me to my car

We bought frozen peas here to feed the ducks. It turns out you are not allowed to feed the ducks.They have a bathroom, but it requires a code. Don't ask me for the code though I wasn't the one who went

Clean store, well organized. I dont like the vibe in there for some reason. Maybe it is just this location but I just don't like it. I rarely go to this store unless it's an emergency. Prices are pretty expensive, even things on sale. I like a good bargain and you can't find one here. Aside from those things. Produce is fresh. Good variety of stock in this location. The staff is friendly enough but it's the kind of friendly they are getting paid for lol.

Clean and well maintained, everyone is always asking how they can help. Shelves are stocked and you rarely see things out of place, florist is amazing and so nice to work with. Lines get long every now and then but they're good about opening up new lanes.

Always clean and tidy. Only issue is with cashiers not following protical and taking next in long corona virus lines. Not cool for the chubby dark haired cashier at 530ish today. Avoiding working must be eating time up on the clock.😕

Vons, as always, seems to have a much higher standard than most of its competitors. Aisles are always faced and labeled correctly staff is friendly and helpful, and best of all they keep their carts and registers clean in between customers.
