Talk about being greedy and disrespectful to loyal customers. The plants original price was 29.98 but the stuck a sticker for 34.98. They didn't even try to hide it. Peoples watch the price tags bc you are paying more than the original prices for dead plants..Never shopping here.

Stood in the median right next to customer service desk, playing with a 9 ft market umbrella I wanted to buy. Trying to figure out how it tilted. Then wanted to buy a stand advertised for $49.99, but the only one we saw was attached to the display. All this took about 20 minutes. In the meantime, no one from the store acknowledged us. Employees walked right by us and never asked if we needed help. Finally had to go to the restroom. Guess what. All the lazy employees were in the break room eating pizza instead of helping customers. Ignorance abounds in this store, because intelligent people would have closed the break room door! Don’t shop here. It’s an experience of futility 😩

This world needs more individuals like Jose.I unfortunately have to go to the Home Depot extremely often, and I always observe Jose going out of his way to initiate contact with individuals who may or may not need help.Jose is also always lending a hand to other associates and you can tell he serves as a mentor and lending a lot of great knowledge.

Remember when "Service" was something retailers strived for?OK, so as you walk around the store, there are lots of staff asking if you found everything or need help, but when you go to checkout, it's a different experience. Long lines everywhere: self-check, old-fashion regular checkout,and especially returns / customer service counter.They over charged me for a box of screws, so then I had to wait on another line to get that straight.What I noticed about pricing at HD is Amazon is cheaper for most things. At least in the electrical department.

*****Updated: the manager and the customer service specialist did a great job of working to swap out the appliance with another. Grateful to have a team there that cares about customer service.*Order your washer and dryer from Lowe's or another store with a return policy. I discovered that the 48 hour return policy at Home Depot is a lie. The dryer will not work in my home and was delivered this week brand new and they won't take it back. They have a policy that they can't take back specialty appliances. I wondered why the interior designer shared she only orders from Lowe's. Lowe's will take it back within 90 days. Lesson learned.

This location is fantastic! I went to look for storage containers and found a plethora of choices. The prices are competitive. the staff were friendly and helpful. The store is clean and well stocked. I will definitely make this Home Depot a future stop.

Please boycott this company! At the very least, boycott this location! My assistant drove there for me to pick up needed parts asap, and I sent her there with gift cards which the sales associate said no, and that her license was not good enough! This is just a gift card! So, then rudely she called the manager, and he was beyond rude, and raised his voice at her to the point that it made her feel very uncomfortable, and embarrassed! Then another manager walked up, just looked at her and without any hesitation or discussion, just said no! This felt (to my assistant) and more than likely, was a racial thing. Since when do you need to show identification for a flipping gift card?! She then paid for the parts (under 100.00) using her personal credit card, but not before the second manager said, well I don’t know who you are and you could have stolen the gift cards! Totally unacceptable behavior in this day and age! I have dropped thousands of dollars at Home Depot, and now my money is going to Lowe’s and Ace from now on! I suggest that you do too, and please tell others that this kind of behavior is being practiced and allowed at Home Depot in Temecula, Ca! Also, for those who are not aware, Home Depot is supporting the orange idiot that is endlessly spewing racial hatred! Birds of a feather flock together! BAND HOME DEPOT!

We had the strangest visit last time we were here. Strange in a good way. We were in the checkout line next in line, and this man just comes up and stands next to us and takes the next checkout. We looked around confused, and we were met with looks from other patrons as if they agreed with us that it was crazy that happened. We didn't say anything and just let it go down. We went to the next open check out and a manager walked up to the women who was ringing us up scanned a badge and commped our order. We left not paying at all. Totally an new concept for me. As we left the manager said "I saw what happened" Totally not necessary for her to do that, but it was a nice gesture.

Always a good selection. Didn't have the seeds we were looking for this trip. Didn't give us our military discount even though we have signed up multiple times and presented the card at checkout. Always have issues with checkout at Temecula store.

I find everything I want to patch up the home myself here - it's hard to complain! staff is super friendly & nice & very helpful. Our family has had great experiences when purchases don't meet expectations. I've recently been impressed after buying their in-house Glacier Bay branded faucet - while installing, the instructions were not very good & the cheaper construction twisted the inlet piping. It was replaced no questions asked. Then after a year or two, the handle repeatedly needed to be tightened w a hex wrench every few weeks. We sent one message to Glacier Bay support, sent photos & they sent a replacement handle pronto when they in fact could have maybe sent us some threadlocker. faucet still works as good as new!

Received an online order with a shorted item again. A 2 pack of diablo blades only had one. The shipping envelope arrived in reasonably good condition. This means that the 2nd blade was either never shipped and the order was never QC'd or it is an internal theft problem. I'm guessing because this has now happened to me more than once from Home Depot that it a theft issue. Maybe weigh the packages going out the door like supermarkets do with self checkout. If an item is shorted, it would be detected.To add to aggravation, this order can only be returned in store. It was ordered online because I don't have time to go to the store on a holiday week. Either they don't understand why customers order online or they just don't care.

We just came for our Christmas tree. The team outside was so helpful and friendly. They have a bunch of fun structures for the kids to take pics in. New load of trees comes tomorrow!

Sure you can call Home Depot a Hardware store but not a well stocked one. Majority of the time they don't have what I need. Hank's Hardware is far better .

Your average Home Depot with the usually global conglomerate items you find virtually in all Home Depot chains. Nothing to much to mention here, average customer service, average cleanliness, average exterior and interior. Only awesome to me to be here ever, is if you in the industry, contractors painters, d.I.yers Etc etc..personally I enjoy coming to check out inventory & why not🤣 only thing is lines are longer than entering the line to hell🤣👿

I had the best experience the other night and I just had to let everyone know!I wasn’t able to go inside the store, so I placed an order online for curbside pickup! By the time I was able to drive over, curbside pickup was done for the day! I was devastated because I really needed my items.I called the store from the parking lot and Nathan answered! When I told him my situation, he immediately said not to worry, that he would gather my items and bring them out to me!!!🤩I was so pleasantly surprised! Nathan went above and beyond! AND I had 14 huge bags of mulch and garden soil, so it was not an easy order to load into my trunk!I am so impressed by his initiative to help, his lack of hesitation to jump right up and take on the task himself. Where many others may have looked for someone else to do it, or looked at my order and refused, Nathan didn’t even think twice before taking care of me.I wish Nathan the very best in his professional life because I can tell he is destined to do great things and probably run his very own business soon. If he was managing this whole store, I’m sure it would be running at peak optimization and efficiency.As a serial entrepreneur and owner of businesses, I see that Nathan possesses the kind of work ethic that succeeds in ANY environment and leads teams to new levels!Thank you, Nathan!

We are at the Home Depot in Temecula at least a few times a month. Employees are very friendly towards us. We have found what we were looking for every time. We've had many a lumber cut with precision. The paint counter was helpful assisting us with finding the primer and color needed for our outdoor projects. Have had to return items a few times and it was painless and the line moves quick. They have been well stocked on chicken wire and hardware cloth and we often leave with things that were not on the list such as flowers and plants. They have a beautiful outdoor section 🌷🌼🌹🌻🌺

Harassed today by So-Called Ed security at Home Depo. CAUGHT US UP IN THE PARKING LOT ASKED IS EVERYTHING OKAY? WE'RE JUST THING EVER? THEN ASK THE PERSON I WAS WITH IS THAT YOUR WIFE? WITH HIS HANDS OF HIS POCKET THE ENTIRE TIME? LITERALLY LOOK LIKE HE WAS PLAYING WITH HIS... LEG? Had hope for this Home Depot but not even sure what's happening here... Extremely rude staff. I couldn't find what I was looking for so looked for an employee for help. Once I found one I said excuse me and asked where the item was. The employee acted like I was inconveniencing him then just said the aisle number and turned immediately to walk away.Sorry for asking you to do your job.I'll take my business to the Murrieta or Perris locations next time.

If zero was possible, I would put zero. Ordered a table 4 days ago and they keep delaying the 3 mile delivery claiming I was not home when I had the door open all day waiting for them. I should have picked it up and strapped it to the roof of the car. Don't do the delivery from here as they are incapable of delivering.

I like this location. Went to purchase items for a removal/ replacement task. Greg was extremely helpful and took the time to assist me with all my questions. He even went above and beyond with a brief period of instruction on an item I was not familiar with. Also upon checking out, Jacqueline was very friendly and fast with the task at hand.

I was looking at lawnmowers and ready to spend up to $1500. There's was nobody that could answer any questions about the lawnmowers. Not a single person working in that store knows anything about any of the products. This place is a complete joke. Management needs to get replaced immediately!! Go anywhere else.
