I love Sprouts. I've been recently enjoying their ready-heat-and-eat meals. Super convenient, affordable, and delicious! I live in Fallbrook and prefer this location over the Vista and Oceanside stores. I went today and picked up my usual groceries and i grabbed a heat and eat meal Chimmi Churri Flank steak with veggies. I've had this before and it's amazing but today after i finished eating it around 2:30pm -3:0pm I've felt sick and had diarrhea. The meal wasn't expired and it didn't appear to look bad but it's been 4 hrs since I've last eaten and i feel terrible. I plan to visit the store and ask for a refund for that meal because I've never experienced this. Other than that it's a great store.

I bought some sprouts ready made mac and cheese from instacart, I'm not being dramatic when I say it was the worst mac I've ever had. The noodles tasted like they're baked (not boiled) into a thick roux of Kraft cheese powder. I tried forcing myself to eat it but it disgusting! I don't think a little kid would even like it.

I love sprouts Employees are super nice and helpful except for today this never happens here but I guess they are desperate I came in contact with a angry employee usually your greeted with a hello are you using cash or card but know I said hi and this woman of color ignored me she was one foot in front of me but she was busy staring down people then she realized I was using cash at the wrong register and she gave me a dirty look and when she told me she was rude and looking out the corner of her eye man you can definitely tell she hates her Job and white people it was disgusting thought I was at raiders game I thought you guys cared about customer service there are plenty of women of color who smile and are respectful and helpful i don't want to go back and see that A hole again you guys always hire nice people what's going on . That's the face of sprouts unbelievable. When I ask her why she was so angry she said THIS IS MY FACE 🤣 so woke of her Walmart has better customer service what a joke she should be in the back away from people.winco is a better fit for her .

Service is always a lil off. Not always the friendliest, most helpful staff. I appreciate the raw milk products and produce and meats so I keep shopping here for now. Store is clean and not too busy. But checking out is often a little rough.

It's so healthy.bruh so fresh.it even has healthy soda in a ton of different flavors.its not that expensive.but I got a ton ton ton of stuff and it was only like 250

Love the deli, brews and vinos, the cheeses, the bulks.... And the Sprouts brand products are great. I may be able to get shopping done elsewhere, but where else can I get my Sprouts brand collagen creamer me and my coffee cannot live without?!

I always like going to Sprouts for organic food and vitamins. Always helpful staff members. However, most things are overpriced, hence the 4 stars.

Never have I experienced a bad shopping experience at Sprouts. The staff is always friendly. Fruits and Veggies are always fresh. I appreciate their selection of multiple varieties of apples.

The people behind the deli counter take people out of order.you get there first and they help someone else with a giant order.very frustrating. You need a ticket machine to get it right.i will never by and deli products again

Everything is very good and sound except the deli department, which is a real hassle to get something from due to lack of personnel. The delivery of the meat at the deli also has declined recently due to not packing the meat appropriately in rows of separate plastic so that to preserve the meat longer at home.

I specifically asked not to give me a tail part of the fish fillet, but the person on the fish department (middle age white man) slipped 2 tails in to my order despite i told him to take them off. I have been buying fish here regularly but i guess it’s time to find new place.Was the 9$ worth the negative review, i wonder.

Easy to maneuver, not too large. Good assortment of fresh vegetables and fruits. Limited selection of other items.Many less common brands and items. If you need a specialty item and can't find it elsewhere. Try Sprouts. Many "health" items. Limited vegetarian specialty items. Warning, if a fruit or vegetable is on sale, use it right away. These items have been around for awhile.

I chose to go into the deli with my pregnant wife, and she was starving. When I say starving, I mean starving. A Wonderful woman by the name of Lourdes made our sandwiches and she gave the best service that I’ve ever had to this day. She even told us about the French origin of her name, but only after I asked. She took terrific personal care of us. Best deli experience I ever had.

They usually do a fine job at Sprouts on Temecula PKWY. However, there are candy products there that contain artificial colors and flavors. To me, these particular observations of mine pose a significant conflict of interest when considering a "candy" purchase at a "farmers market" themed grocery store. Other than that, I believe in most of what they have to offer in regards to"healthy, natural foods". I hope we can continue to KNOW what is contained in our food by reading the list of ingredients, printed on the label. I do this religiously.

I love Sprouts. They have items other stores don't have and then there are items that other stores have that they don't have. The Meat and Deli department are awesome. They carry Boar's Head meats!Boar's Head meats are a very high quality deli meat and cheese along with many condiments. The meat counter also offers high quality meat, chicken and seafood. Their vegetable section is of the same caliber.The staff is very friendly and helpful. This store is about the size of a Trader Joe's or a Barons. However it has its own personality. It almost reminds you of a modern day neighborhood store. Some people say that Sprouts is expensive, however they often have sales that rival there competitors. Just Remember, you get what you pay for.

Like the store but definitely needs more organic items.The self checkout lines have been closed lately then I get stuck behind a person with 50 items when I have two and have to wait.I've found some things here to very expensive compared to Walmart and I'm talking specifically organic cereals

I have visited family in Temecula for decades and was around as a teen when the first Sprouts store opened. At the time, the customer service was excellent and the staff were extremely knowledgeable and clearly invested in customer service and care. The contrast now is stark. Indifferent employees - albeit with a few exceptions - who are either poorly selected, poorly trained, poorly managed, under-incentivized, or a mix of some or all of these. While the quality of the stock is still generally quite good, and prices normative/competitive with other health(y) food stores, the customer service at Sprouts is mediocre or poor depending on the day. Too bad, because Sprouts was once a market leader and exceptional in every way.

Love my neighborhood Sprouts! The store is clean and the staff are friendly. They always have a great selection of healthy eats and vegan treats. The healthier selection of cleaning products, food and drinks don't go unappreciated.THE ONLY THING I WOULD LIKE TO SEE MORE OF are brands with plastic free packaging or eco-plastic alternatives.ALSO as a former employee, PLEASE START ASKING GUESTS IF THEY WOULD LIKE TO USE PAPER BAGS INSTEAD and GET RID OF THOSE FILM PLASTIC BAGS FOR PRODUCE AND BULK. WE ALL HAVE TO DO OUR PART AND THIS IS ONE SMALL WAY. Thanks 😊

Looove this store and all of the products, however, some of the customer service is terribly poor. This one cashier girl in particular. She had a terrible attitude and acted as if I had done something to offend by simply putting my groceries in the conveyor belt. Maybe she was supposed to go home? I don’t know; she was rude af.

I like this well laid out Sprouts. I know it is smaller than the Winchester store but I find it more organized. The deco makes it feel like a farmers market and the employees are very helpful and friendly.

My go-to for healthy and fresh. The store is a good size and carries a large variety of products. The produce section is huge and I've never had an issue with it, things always seem very fresh and last a long time. The staff are friendly and helpful.

My absolute favorite store. Used to be my Henry's location. Very convenient and quick check out. Customer care has always been very good. I've purchased specific items that I could not locate at other places. I love the Deli and the produce is very good.

Excellent produce and product selection with lots of affordable organic options. Organic, grass fed, and free range meat options are limited and expensive though. Dry goods are pricey but convenient and just enough selection that you can get most of what you need here for healthy and delicious meals. Excellent staff is always helpful.

I enjoy the atmosphere at Sprouts. My mom has shopped here since it was Boneys, at the Poway store. It's fun and the employees are like family. I am so blessed to be working here, every time I have a break, I look for snacks to try, and I love the variety of snacks and food!
