The entire experience from check in to check out was very smooth and soothing. My dog tends to get very nervous for the groomers but he was as happy as a clam when I picked him up after his bath. The girl who checked us in was also very considerate of my pet’s needs and recommended we try a different service for him that resulted in a non itchy pet very happy with his appointment.

Sierra has been grooming both of my mini schnauzers Dexter & Darla for quite awhile now and she does a wonderful job! She follows our instructions on cut and is always so courteous and loving to our fur kids.

Our groomer Kaitlyn was a very friendly, professional and easy going groomer! She listened to our request about how we want for our goldendoodle hair cut, she also provided good suggestions, at the end, she did a good job overall! Will def go back to her next time!!

Yet ANOTHER location where they charge full price for half the services or less. Self dog washes are non functional, the ceiling tiles are falling in. And there's a line of 4 people looking for any amplpyeed for assistance. Pretty standard for Petco at this point. Same at 4 other locations I've been to.

Sarah was great with Max. I asked her to use Shampoo that didn’t have additives/ chemicals I picked him up nice and clean and she scheduled my next appointment

My pet Oreo's groomer Sierra has been doing a fabulous job on Oreo and always pleases me the way she grooms Oreo. Sierra is such a kind person and I will always ask for her because she treats Oreo with love and respect.

I took my miniature schnauzer in and she came out bald with no hair I'm very disappointed one of the staff members said she had to hurry up because it was time for her to leave which was very unprofessional to say so to us it seems like she didn't even take her time to groom my dog properly I'm very disappointed my dog should not look the way she does right now

When i walked in the girl with purple and blue hair was rude she was upset i didnt Have my vaccine update i told Her we had vital care so i thought It was linked she was upset she had to call to verify when they put her on her she threw the phone on the counter upset i apologize many times and she ignored me very upset. When we came to pick up our dog she was trying to call someone from the back cause she was grooming a dog she was screaming and at one point picked something up and threw it at The wall to get the persons attention. Honestly plan on cancelling my membership with vital care and never bringing my dog to get groomed here again

Since Kaylie left it has been a bad experience all around. If you love your dogs, do not have them groomed here. Employees do no connect with your pet, nor owners.

Highly recommend. Heather goes above and beyond to ensure our frenchie and berniedoodle are taken care of. She has developed a bond with both.....great to see. Grooming is always excellent.

This was our first time using the grooming service. The groomer listened to my concerns with my older dog. She was patient and kind. My dog was happy at the end and not stressed. They took their time and really did a great job and helped both of us to feel comfortable.

My puppy looks great!! We asked for it shorter than we realized but that was our fault not the groomers. You can tell my little baby is more comfortable now that she is shaved and can see again!

I bring three dogs (two bulldogs and pug) My female bulldog has never liked groomers but she loves her groomer and gets excited about going. Not only is she good with my female bulldog but my pug gets anxiety and she helps him relax.

Cooper is fixed but he is always getting nicked in that area. This is the third time his area is sore not bleeding when i get him but it hurts him and he is constantly licking the area when we get home. I figured the first two times were a possible accident but now it needs to be addressed

Kristie at the temecula petco was Jewels groomer. With Covid closing down grooming for a few months, my pupper looked like a stray. I felt bad that she was so knotted and dreadlocked. But Kristie worked her magic and jewel came back looking like a whole new baby!!! Thank you Kristie!!!!!
