I recently visited my local Petco store and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed by the experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who were more than happy to help me with anything I needed.The store was clean, and well-organized and had a wide variety of products for all types of pets. I was able to find everything I needed for my furry friend, from food and toys to grooming supplies and even a new bed. The prices were also very reasonable, especially with the various sales and promotions they were running.

Specific shout out to BLAKE in the aquatic department. He helped me and my daughter purchase our first fish tank set up. Blake was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Blake was very approachable , kind and very well spoken. I hope this review makes it to the proper people so that Blake can be commended. I’ll not also, that Blake appeared focused on his prior to our interaction and he appeared busy. He didn’t hesitate to turn his focus and attention to us and I value this highly as a consumer. I bought 2 items for my dogs on 2/16, Went to store to return with Original packaging 5 days later.I lost my the receipt, I provided the my credit card charged to them. But the store won't return or store credit.I just don't feel it is fair !So I just left the 2 items to the store.I won't be back this store.I have 3 dogs , you lost the good costume.

I want to give a huge thank you to these amazing people at the Temecula Petco location. They went above and beyond for me in so many more ways than one. Thank you so much Rachel for being kind hearted, understanding of my situation and genuinely amazing all around. Hannah, she checked me out and was the ray of sunshine needed for a stressful situation. Please Petco take care of these treasured employees because they are worth it! They took care of me and showed outstanding customer service from start to finish.

Came to get my dog an allergy shot and the staff was very friendly with him. One of the nurses turned out to be his favorite of the people he met and was just happy to be around her. Glad they took care of him during the visit and for him to be comfortable throughout it.

This Petco is set up very nicely. It is very clean and has a nice layout. Thrive is located next to Petco and you can enter Petco from Thrive. Love the the self serve treats are covered. We have been to several other self serve treats that are infested with bugs. Really like the Aquarium section a variety of fresh water and salt water fish. They have great Aquarium decor as well. Thank you for a great shopping experience!

Visited for the first time today. Josh and January were extremely helpful and I was quite impressed with their customer service! Will definitely frequent it more often now! Great job at keeping it organized and clean too!

The guy at the register was very helpful and friendly. I do have to say that you guys need more employees because I walk around looking for someone to help me and I didn't saw anybody around except the two people at the register.

I'm giving some serious thought to getting a pet. This is my first time in the store and it was quite nice. Very clean. I was expecting more animals but aside from that, a cool spot. Kevin the cat looks like he had a lot on his mind. But I had a great time here I will definitely be back soon once I make my decision to adopt an animal.

Came to for my dogs grooming. Love your store , we always go to the one in Menifee never had problems before. But this time the groomer was in a not very nice way that stated my dog tried to bite her, therefore we are no longer can come to Petco anymore. It was disappointing and I had to cancel my vital care because of her. And they refused to show me the video of my dog try to nipping her. Anyway, we were not welcome at Temecula location, and will not go to any of your locations, obviously that groomer told us that we are abandoned by Petco!Thank you .

Went in one evening needing some help with getting dewormer for my kittens and flea treatments and talked with Stacy who helped explain how to handle the situation and about which are the best medications to use. She was very kind and took the time to talk my boyfriend and I through when we were a bit stressed on what to do, and also informed us on the vital care program we could sign up with the vet inside of petco for significantly lower costs than the average veterinary. Very appreciative of everyone working yesterday night who helped us out and went out of their way to ensure we understood everything. Great location:)

The people here were really helpful and nice even voted did not have the item I was looking for they went out of their way to help look for it. It’s a super clean and well stocked store and they have many amenities for your puppies.

Tried to schedule an appointment at the groomers. Took over thirty mins on the phone to find out they don’t schedule appointments unless you spend a certain amount of money. None of this is stated on their website. They push for you to do a “walk in” knowing their schedule is completely full. They asked me to spend more and I could get on the schedule or try a walk in.. this came off very money hungry and dishonest. It’s pushy and does not make you comfortable. Will be using a different groomer.

Nick is simply awesome trainer. I can see he is very compassionate about his work. We got really benefited with his training. Over experience working or getting my dog trained by Nick was really really good. Overall excellent experience!!!

The employees at the register have always been efficient and friendly. Being older I appreciate when younger people act professional and happy. This store has a nice sized lot with low traffic kinda in a shady spot so getting my dog out of my car and into the store feels right.They have a huge brush selection.. more options than Target offers for humans 🤣

if you’re thinking of grooming your fur baby here, DON’T! They literally do not care about your pets well being/comfortability, they just want to get them in and out quick, staff is also incredibly rude!

our wheaten terrier is in end stage renal disease. She gets fluids sub q 3 x wk. Dr Roos and staff are wonderful compassionate and professional humans. They treat our Birdie like she is their own. Under Dr Roos care most days you wouldn’t know Birdie is sick. But we know our time is limited bit with the care and compassion we get from the stafff at Vetco Temecula CA we know Birdie is receiving the best medical treatment and humanEmpathy out there. We trust our beloved pet with Dr Roos and her staff. I would recommend this hospital to friends and families .

Good place to take your pets. The vet that saw my malinois's was nice and informative. The receptionist was helpful, and so were the vets nurses.

This is an awesome location with a very helpful staff. Enormous selection for various pets at decent prices. Have brought Shanook here a few times for grooming as well as treats and a new leash. They have a big refrigerator section for food as well as natural products.

I went in for Purina Pro Plan dog food and a cat collar. I couldn't find help, the dog food was out of stock (in stock to pick up today orders) and a total of 4 cat collars (Not types a total of 4). The store has poor management if theycan't keep enough genericproduct in stock and employees to help.
