So disappointed! Did a quick run with my leftover K-cash and 30% off coupon, The Cashier mentioned what a great deal but she forgot to apply the 30%! At $5 a gal for gas I can not afford to shop at Kohl's when they force you to return to correct their mistakes!! Very Disappointed: UPDATE: Kohl's contacted me and offered me $10 Kohl's cash. Appreciated, and luckily since it did not become effective until after my 30% coupon exp I was able to receive a mystery coupon for 40% off so I did use it. But am disappointed in all the numerous restrictions Kohls apply to their coupons etc! You need to have an advanced degree in law to decipher it all! Shop Amazon! So much easier!

I'm so disappointed with this Kohls now. They combined Customer Service & Check-out in the front of the store & added some self check-out kiosk. I really hope no one got laid-off because the staff at this Kohls was wonderful!

I went in today to return a product that I did not use. Didn’t realize you had only 30 days to return. Which was fine but then they proceeded to tell me after I looked up the policy that I couldn’t get a credit! According to the sales lady, she said manager said no credit either. Well policy states if returned within 31-60 days you can get store credit. I was within that time frame. Called customer service and they couldn’t do anything. Customer service did say that I should’ve got the store credit. I will never shop there again.

The staff including the store manager at this location are very friendly ! Karen at customer service goes out of her way to make sure you get the best service available. Employees like that might be hard to find in todays work force so I appreciate Karen and the team! She is one of the reasons we stay as MVPs at Kohls! Please keep up the great job team Temecula !!!

Excuse me if I misspelled your name.But Lanna was super awesome at this Sephora location!Took her time to find me the right bronzer for my preference & skin tone. I waited for her to finish with other customers cause I needed to find the right color foundation and she seemed so into finding the perfect color for me. I was also struggling to find a lip liner in the rare beauty section . And she helped me find a really good color that would pop nicely with the lipstick I have at home! So happy I check out my items with her. You’re amazing & so nice! Hope to see you again someday!😅

convenient place for Amazon returns. one thing they cannot mark up are Hallmark greeting cards so I usually grab one on the way out. I wish their prices were better overall - I might actually shop there.

Not a bad place for sales on shoes and clothing. Clean and the staff are friendly enough.I don't shop here often because I don't like to support fast fashion, but I've purchased from the clearance racks a couple times and the sales are pretty good. Plus knowing that I helped prevent that item from getting cut up and tossed in the trash, is a good feeling.

I frequent this Kohls often, almost always for Amazon returns...and then get drawn in to browse around! It's very conveniently located in the Redhawk Towne Center on Temecula Parkway and there is tons of parking. They are great for Amazon returns however, they keep moving the Amazon kiosk around! Thankfully, the staff here are also super helpful - most recently, a clerk was helping someone else but saw me walk in and head to the old kiosk with an Amazon return and she actually stopped me to steer me to the new location which I greatly appreciated.Kohls is also a nice choice for discount shopping. They always have sales which are sometimes hard to keep track of but most of the checkout clerks will alert you to sales, coupons, etc. Lines at checkout are sometimes long, but move quickly as managers seem to be on top of adding more open registers.The store is well laid out and fairly organized. Changing rooms are usually kept up and cleared out regularly.There is a Sephora now located inside this Kohls which I have yet to check out but like that the option is there.Overall, this is a great Kohls store that I'll continue to frequent!

it's a Kohls, same as any other. More class than Wal-Mart not as snobby as Macy's. Making Amazon returns here is super easy although the incentive to do so has declined. It used to be a large % off, now it just a $5 discount.A sephora has been added in the store center. Took a short shopping trip with my spouse on NYE 2023 and everything was very picked over. Store was pretty messy in the clothes dept but the staff is nice, helpful and friendly.

I recently went to Kohl's to get shoes for my son, the reason I'm revising my review.The cashier did not do her job. She did not remove the dye tag from the shoe. I'm in a hurry for an appointment, I don't have time to go back for her to do her job right...my son needed shoes for an event so, have to call my hubby to come and take my son to Kohl's again. I'm not happy, my husband is not happy, my son is not happy with this transaction. For shoes, go somewhere else. (see pictures)quick, efficient return customer service counters...I have to specify that the 5star review is for the Amazon Return Counter.The Kohl's Return Counter is completely different. I would only give it a 2 🌟 🌟.I ordered a vacuum online 11/21/2021. It came today 11/23/2021, two hours ago. I excitedly opened it; I wanted to clean because although I'm off Thanksgiving Thursday, I'm scheduled to work 12 hours tomorrow(Wednesday)... I was greatly disappointed.The vacuum shipped was used. The canister has scratches, and still had hair inside (a DNA test can be done, if one wants to find out who used and returned it.)😲 I bought it on sale for $169.99, if I knew Kohl's sell vacuum in this condition, I wouldn't take it even if they're giving it for free!But, that's not even the worst part...I went to Kohl's to return it. There happened to be a lady with her daughter who got to "Customer Service" a second before me. They were returning a cart full of clothes, and another full of boxes. I had hoped, the customer service rep would take my return first since it was only one item and she is the only one there but, NO. I had to wait almost half an hour for my turn. She apologized three times but, it was an empty apology. I asked her to call for help but, she didn't. The wait is almost half an hour but, less than 5 minutes to return the used vacuum they sent me(no QC who checked purchases online before sending to customer).

I shop at Kohls all the time but this specific Kohl's 2 times that I shop here they accused me of switching the price tag but really it's there employees who is making the mistake. If they were good with their customer service they would honored me the price that the tag has. Not only did they make me feel bad but the manager and some of the sale associates there should be fired. I go to church and I wouldn't do that kind of stuff.
