I've been a great customer of this place and not once returned anything until today. I spend hundreds of dollars here almost every month. I bought a large bag of Equerry's probiotic under the recommendation of one of their employees. It was $70. After 5 days of use my horses started to have diarrhea so I stopped using it. I bought it in Oct and tried to return it today. I realize it's over 30 days and was not expecting a refund. They had a sign in front of registers that says refunds within 30 days, or store credit only. So I expected a store credit. The manager said they could not give me a store credit because store credit only applies for items they can re-stock. I'm like what? Your sign doesn't say that! That sign had been there forever. She said their return policy just changed last Friday. How convenient! I told her I had been a great customer and that bag of probiotics cost a lot. Then she asked why a bought this big bag and not a 5 lb bag! It's really none of her business, but I was polite and said I have 2 horses! Then she said they have to call the manufacturer first. I got pretty irate by this time and said, "you know what? You just lost a good customer." Then with anger on her face and tone in her voice she told the clerk to give me a store credit. She then ripped that sign off very forcefully and stormed off into the office! What a horrible way to treat a customer! Her attitude sucked big time! Used my store credit and got out of there! Not going back!

Very helpful when I came in today in regards to my sick cat. I had a very hard time finding what I needed to get my cats needs met at all the other feed stores in town. However the young lady working today helped me get what I needed on a Sunday especially! Thank you I really appreciate your help and patience!

I've been purchasing all my vet Supply for my pets my dogs in particular and three miniature ponies they have all the vaccines, they also have deworming medication flea treatments which I greatly appreciate on Tuesdays they have discountsWith their affordable prices there is no need to neglect your pets
