I go to this Dollar tree all the time. It is very organized and their shelves always stocked. I didn't know they had items there that are $3.00. I didn't pay closer attention until next time I went shopping there. Some of the frozen food items are more money.The staff is always nice and greets you when you enter the store.

I am a frequent shopper at this dollar store and have always had helpful, friendly service.i wasnt aware that we had to bag our own stuff now or perhaps it was our cashier who just didnt want to help?we had a cashier named Erika who came up to help?after the line got long. She was rude and unhelpful and started ringing up the person behind us before we were done packing our stuffststuff backstuff bagged.

My mom and I got to this dollar tree all the time. We have 2 complaints.1. There’s always long lines and not enough cashiers on call.2. Cynthia who is the store manager apparently doesn’t have a professional attitude. Excuse my bluntness but it’s true. We have had her as a cashier before and each and every time she tosses our merchandise off to the side. She’s disrespectful to most customers unless they’re elderly or physically don’t look all that great. We were there yesterday and she tossed our box of Kleenex and a few of our other items. In December I was there buying something and I was waiting in another line. She opened up another register and said “I’ll take whoever is next.” I was next so I came over to her line and she asked me in a rude tone “were you next?” I said “yes,” then she proceeded with acting rude towards me.Whoever is above her talk to her and tell her to straighten up and stop throwing merchandise once it’s been scanned. She should be thankful she’s working especially after COVID. I hope her manner improves soon. Other people have complained about her as well. I called the Dollar Tree customer service and reported the concern as well. All the other cashiers are very nice.

Although the store had all items I needed. The store manager murmured something behind my back while I was leaving. Other than that, she decided to count money in front of me and kept me waiting. Very unprofessional work ethics from a store manager.

No matter the day or time it's always one cashier majority of the time. The staff is always nice yet they are forced to have to check out a long line of people by themselves. Its not fair for them nor us customers.

3 stars because it's a cool place but the last few times it's a 2 star. I normally like this place. Today and the last time I went I pick a few items and I go to get in line and they have one cashier. I just want 3 to 4 things but the line is long and slow. I just put my stuff back and left. Today there are two cashier's and when a couple of us move to her line she says oh sorry he is my last customer so back to one cashier. ☹️. So I left.

I LOVE Dollar Tree!I was raised sending out cards for birthdays, weddings, etc. I still do it & I can't even tell you how many cards I send out every month. Dollar Tree is the only place I can afford to buy that volume of cards & not have my husband kill me!Seriously, Dollar Tree is wonderful and it's just fun to shop all of the aisles & see what cool things are there to be had and NOT overpriced.

This location used to be my favorite of the 3 in the area, however the cleanliness and organization has declined within the last year or so. I've been doing most of my shopping at Michaels or JoAnn instead, with coupons and sales, you get better quality items for close to what you'd pay at Dollar Tree.

Humor. Gotta have a bit of humor. I know it's a Dollar Store and I don't expect more than a buck should get you, but have a bit of humor.The store is just fine, from every perspective and after going there for many years I still have no complaint. Today I was checked out by a new cashier with a stoic face. Tried to brighten both our days with a little humor about one of the products. No smile, no interest in humor. Never made eye contact, flung my items into the bag and had me get my own reciept... of course not a "thank you".I thanked her anyway and noticed the shopper behind me got the same "warm" treatment.All in all it was funny, but there was no humor.

The store looks messy, workers always seem to be very busy to help customers. The restrooms are closed because of covid but ironically not everyone wears masks and I have seen several people coughing in the store.The one star goes for a good customer service I received from a young cashier.

Honestly it's so disrespectful to close a store "early" when some people get off work at night and have important items to grab real quick but can't when employees don't care about their job and just want to go home. I understand you've been at work all day because I also have a 9 to 5 job but staying till the store is closed at 10pm rather than closing at 9:50pm or 9:59pm means alot to customers. This is a bad reputation on the company all together and It'll remind me to visit another location on my way home off from work rather the closest one from my home.

I love shopping at Dollar Tree stores. At this particular store, you can be certain to find a crowd after school and work (5pm +). Parking is not the best but where is? Their employees are usually helpful and courteous.

Pretty clen and organized more th an expected due to high volume of customers. The lines can be long at time due to short handed, but I was impressed how a cashier by the name of cherie handled a line of customers by herself not only being quick but kept a positive attitude with a sense of humor which made waiting in line not that bad.

should be called the 1.25 store cuz nothings a dollar.. and they should really hire more people or get more organized because every time I go theres only one cashier and 10 people in line.. smh hopefully they figure it out tho cuz would be convenient if u were able to get in and out quicker..

My fiance and I went to this Dollar Tree to get some nice cheap drinks. This location did not have the drinks that we usually get, but we found suitable substitutes. We get to the register and the cashier rings us up.All he did was tell us the price of our drinks and gave us a rushed goodbye as if to say, "Don't come back". No greeting, no courteous farewell, nothing. The only thing that I can think of is that we are a same sex couple due to how he readily and courteously greeted the family behind us.Suffice to say, we're not coming back and letting others know just how disgusted we are at being treated this way. Would've given a better score if the cashier wasn't so blatantly homophobic.

HOMOPHOBIC DOLLAR TREE? My fiance and I (same sex) went to this location recently, to which we were unfortunately greeted with the discriminatory stares of obviously conservative customers (and it's pretty obvious I'm gay, as I do wear makeup etc.). I figured whatever; been there, dealt with that. But I didn't expect this from the cashier, Hector, who very much seemed uncomfortable to do business with my fiance and I when we went to pay. We were not greeted upon arrival at the register; in fact, he only said two things: he sternly and awkwardly stated our total, and after paying, stuck the receipt at me and gave a rushed goodbye. Meanwhile, as we walked away, the "normal" couple behind us was greeted friendly and treated much better. Safe to say, will not be returning there, but we as a society need to really not stand for discriminatory treatment and should call it out when we do face it. You may not agree with me, but that's no excuse to mistreat me.

Always a mess. People are super nice. But when I went to exchange something they said I could only do 3 items without a receipt. But when I called a few days before they said it was fine. Annoying.

Too crowded with just 2 cashiers in store. Too slow service and lack of personnel. Bad attention and there's products all over the floor.
