very short visit. found it to be clean & organized & pleased they carried the 1 specialty item I was looking for. I wanted VOSS water (for a glass bottle I can keep in my car 24/7 that won't leech plastic!) - happy camper :)

Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience this time around. I was in rush, picking up eggs, and saw some paper plates on sale, which I took to the front, but the pricing on the shelf was wrong and misplaced. I went back with a store attendant and picked up another plate set on sale, and that set was mispriced as well.😓

I'm a fan of Albertson's for the following reasons:1) their hot salsa has an admirable level of heat. If I have to buy salsa at a supermarket, I make my way here.2) their cakes! Some of the best cakes I have tasted have come from Albertson's.3) they season your meat...for free! Mine was seasoned in rosemary and lemon.I was at this particular Albertson's when I asked Joy from the Butcher department a question about a cut of beef. She not only answered the question, she helped direct me to great cuts of beef on sale and then offered to season my choice of beef, listing all their varieties.It could be that this is done at all the Albertson's but Joy made it feel that as a customer, this level of service and expertise was gladly given to each and every person who walked to her counter. Thanks, Joy!

Went in right when they opened as I just got over covid and wanted to still be cautious. Their carts were still locked up. I shopped and went to pay self serve when another worker Brandon asked for me to 2 other female employees about the carts. Their response? "We're working on it " he was so nice after that response he went in the back and got me a cart for my groceries while the other females did nothing. Absolutely nothing! So shameful, customer service? 1 out of 3...if I didn't have to come here I would not have. I don't normally shop here anymore, because things like this happened before. If you don't like your job? Leave. As for Brandon? He should get a raise.

Most of the clerks in here are awesome. I called this morning about something unrelated to their store and Angie was extremely helpful. I couldn’t find the number of the mailing store name or number that’s located in the same shopping center and she took time out of her busy schedule to get it for me. I do shop at this store weekly and this confirms why I do. Customer service goes a long way in my book! Plus they have great product.

5 stars go to the deli staff who made sure our 50pcs of fried chicken and 50pcs of grilled chicken turned out perfect and on time for our club party. Plus, they had the great idea of finding a suitable sized container to load up 5lbs of pasta salad. Great job, guys! Everyone at the astronomy club said the chicken was really good. Thank you!

NEVER BUY THEIR COWS MILK!!!!We have been getting milk here for over a year and every time we do it expires AT LEAST a week BEFORE it's sell by date. But this time was terrible! We got two 1/2 gallons of their vitamin D/whole milk. And it expired two days after we purchased it! We hadn't even opened one of them yet!Even recently on local Facebook groups people have been complaining about the milk from here going bad way too early.Save your money and go to Walmart or Costco for cows milk.(Oatly and creamer have been fine for us on the other hand at this location)WIC USERS!!!!If you don't have your app installed don't bother shopping here. NONE of their WIC approved products are labeled. And even items you are "sure" about being approved might not be. I had bought mini wheats in another store where it was approved, but I bought that exact box at this location and it wasn't approved. Such a frustrating experience.

I got a last minute request to pick up a cake and some balloons after a 10:00 class for a birthday and I was able to quickly secure a cake from the bakery with relative ease. The cashier, Melissa, went above and beyond with her service and made my day. Very nice selection in the bakery as well.

I found the store to be clean and pretty easy to find most items once you figure out the store. Signs are pretty clear on what is in each aisle so shopping will be easier the second time around. This one is laid out differently than I was used to do if you're looking for alcohol, it is on the right side of the store in this location 😁

I ordered a birthday cake. They have the BEST cakes here. The cake was exactly to order. The Baker was really friendly. This location is really organized, clean and has plenty of cashiers. This location is one of my faves. Balloons, floral, bakery, wine it has pretty much everything and a Starbucks. Great staff!

The store itself is fine, but don't hold your breath if you're trying to get a job here. I applied for a job way back in April, but even into June they were still giving me the run around. I went in person several times to check on the status of my application, and each time I was told they would send my info to the manager and they'd reach out to me to schedule an interview. When I finally got the chance to meet said manager, it was the same story. Yet, the call never came. This is the problem with companies these days, they claim nobody wants to work yet when they are presented with someone eager to work they just sit there and twiddle their thumbs.TLDR: Don't apply for a job there anytime soon, but if you do make sure to have other applications in the works. Don't put all your eggs in this basket, I learned that the hard way.

As soon as you walk in, you see the shining floors, and can't help but to notice how much effort has been put into organizing the overall spacing. And I like most of all how they have dedicated an area for people to sit down and enjoy a quick bite. And if you happen to walk in during the morning 🌞 hours, that smell of fresh, baked bread will make you run to the bakery; yummy yummy! Can we ask for more... heaven in earth for a bread eater like me.👍

my visit was primarily to get my mom's 2nd covid vaccine but we did a little shopping. Her vaccine was very quick, the pharmacist was really good, according to my mom. The shot didn't hurt at all. The store was very clean, clerks were very courteous. selection of everything was very good and well stocked. The produce selection was great. I really liked the ready to cook vegetable packages.

I live super close by so I come here a few times a week to grab little things that I need. Staff has always been wonderful but I have to give a shout-out to Jill for going above and beyond! Wonderful staff members like herself are part of the reason I’ll always be returning!

The staff are usually great at this store, but today Linda was my cashier & she didn’t fit the friendly type that I’m used to at this location. Not sure if she had a long day, but definitely wasn’t as kind as the other employees. Next time I’ll skip her line.

You can find almost everything and anything here and if you don't, chances are that the friendly staff orders it for you. They still have customer Service with a smile. I actually had a young man go with me to the isle and the product that I was looking for. You could have knocked me over with a feather. When is the last time that happened??? That's as rare as encountering a dinosaur nowadays. From the friendly greeting when I walked through the door, to the smile of the check out cashier- I was transported to friendlier days and times. What an enjoyable shopping experience! Thank you!

Went through the self-checkout and had one of those digital coupons on my dog food. I haven't signed up for the app so I asked a question and Lola went to the extra mile to make sure I had all my questions answered. Amazing Customer service.
