I’m only giving the staff at this bakery one star because zero isn’t an option. I asked a man working here if they could write “happy birthday” with sons name on a cake. I provided the spelling which he noted, but they still got the spelling wrong on the cake. I kindly asked them if they could fix it, but the cake was ruined then they gave it back. A lady in glasses handed it back and rudely asked me “Do you want it or not”!? I told her I’ll be looking for another. I could hear her talking about me with the rest of the staff as is walked away. If felt awful to treated like I was such an inconvenience.

Have to say this is an impressive store. It is an exceptionally well stocked market. They keep it spotless, so it is a real pleasure to shop there. It is not the least expensive market in town, but having the items you are looking for is worth the differences in price on some things.

I didn’t want to make this review because I realize I’m only one customer and my one bad experience doesn’t represent all of the times I’ve been to this location, but it really upset me. I was at self-checkout packing my bag when a guy stood behind me. A worker came up to him and the first guy said that he had left his receipt at the same self-checkout earlier (the computer was empty when I got there, so I’m not sure what that was about). The worker then stood next to me and was in my way as I was packing my groceries and started typing at the computer. It felt awful to be treated like I’m the inconvenience. I don’t see what was so urgent that couldn’t wait until I was done with my bag and for me to leave. I understand Christmas Day is a very inconvenient day to be working, but it really soured my experience here and I won’t feel comfortable returning. I even apologized twice during this (I don’t know why I did, I honestly felt like a disturbance) and the worker said nothing to me. I don’t want him fired but it just sucks because I’ve been coming here for years.

Unbelievable! I have shopped at this store (Rancho Cal in Temecula) for over 30 years. I’ve always been pleased with it except for a few times over the years someone was rude. For the most part they’re all great. This morning I was shocked that they had no lanes open except the self checkout. I spend a lot of money in this store because they’re expensive and wouldn’t mind self checkout if I’d only had a few items. That wasn’t the case. I had a basket full of groceries and didn’t feel like it was right that they charge you an arm and a leg for groceries, then want you to do your own checkout. For one thing most people (me) that shop that early in the morning are elderly and need a little help. If this is their new policy I’ll definitely be looking for another grocery store. One that’s more accommodating to their customers. Clarissa was nice enough to help me, but you could tell she didn’t want to. Thankfully she did.

They get two stars for the friendliness of the staff. Otherwise, I’d give them one. Their deli (cold cuts/provisions) should be AVOIDED! The level of cleanliness is absolutely atrocious. I’ve brought up the issue to management on several occasions and yet the issue still persists! It is so frustrating not being able to make a good quality sandwich with quality cold cuts due to being fearful of food borne bacteria. You can really hurt people when you are leaving food out and not properly cleaning equipment. Please clean it up!

We've been in the area for 5 weeks now and this is our favorite market! Great produce, meats, seafood, deli and bakery selections. A good selection of wines and nice flower shop. Starbucks inside and attached to Savon as well. Everything we need in a smaller than big box market with a cozy and homey feel. Every time we stop in, we are greeted with friendly and helpful service.

this place is great to pick up the occasional "specialty" item - I wanted baking soda w fabric vents to put under the driver's seat of my car - it's there. Other than that, Costco, TJs, and ALDI are my usual watering holes to be honest!

I've been a customer here for 20 years, now they've remodeled and moved everything, trying to look more upscale, with an expanded wine and liquor section. But in doing so, they've moved the essentials to places impossible to find now, and eliminated a lot of the items I used to buy every week.Style is one thing, but when you sacrifice usability for the customers, you lose those loyal customers. In fact I'm going to try Stater Bros next week, and I hate them. It's just too frustrating to come home with only half the items you wanted.

They are making some great improvements & remodeling. Making a new aisle from grocery to Bakery & produce through the wine & liquor shelves is awesome. So, along with great Just4U deals & service, now more convenient.

They had products at this Albertsons that I have been going on the HUNT looking for at my ususal Albertsons and they have not had them there. BUT this Albertsons store DID! And I was so happy to find these items.Ohhh and plus they have AMAZING FLOWER/PLANT selections.

For whatever reason, the parking lot is always a made house. Inside is never too bad, though. It seems as though this Albertson's has made any updates in probably the last 20 years, but they do still carry what you need. An exception would be in the infant/child section. Their availability of such medicines is always limited. I normally go in for pastries as they are always fresh and delicious. The never ring up the same each time. There seems to be a lot of confusion at the registers. Also, the register team never seems to want to help people at their self check out... despite the fact that their self check outs are extremely fault and will lock up 2 to 3 times a day... Hence why I go through regular check out now.

Bad bakery experience, careless & un-helpful workers. Cake was not well-made, looked rushed and as if they didn’t try at all. I asked for whipped frosting SPECIFICALLY and got buttercream? Design was not at all what I asked for and it looked as though they got lazy and did not incorporate the images I asked for. Even the fondant images (they were also bad) were poorly and unevenly cut. Will not be returning, I paid $40 for this, I should’ve gone elsewhere.

My new favorite store, was only missing 1 thing and that's a heartier selection of Toriani coffee syrups. Checkout was fast and friendly and the bagger presorted my items so I was able to put everything away much more quickly.

The prices are not the best. You can find better deals elsewhere. But I also find headaches and problems come with other places as well. This store is always clean and the staff is friendly. So most my shopping is done here. Even if it costs a couple bucks more.

I went here the day before mother's day. The whole store was in a frenzy because of the impending celebration the next day. More than anything else, the bouquet and gifts section! These gals were working so well together it was flawless! I just watched everyone while I waited for my balloons and I saw Mikayla expertly handle a very specific customer on a very busy day of all days take this person's order all the while keeping her composure and giving this person 100 percent of her patience and attention. If it isn't for these peoples patient and dedication, what would this pandemic look like? This Albertson store has always been my favorite. Their folks are always respectful and make time to smile, greet you and ask if you need help.I give a shout out to all service folks you guys are amazing! Next time you feel like being rude to them, step out and take a chill pill.They all deserve better.

Been going to Albertson for years everyone is so super friendly. I love it because it's so clean. There is a lady that works at the cigarette section her name is Louise she is the nicest lady wish everywhere I go would be people like the people at Albertson. Good job crew!!!

Always find a familiar grocery store from the states to have your favorite items. However, you need to stop by the native chain and independently operated Hawaiian shops!
