Very nice people own this place. Very reasonably priced and no resort fees. Exceptionally clean tubs from artisan well. This is a must see place if you want to relax in nature just in Tecopa California... Family friendly and dogs permitted. This was our first time here and definitely not our last. Thank you for the kindness Ray and Yvonne. God bless.

LOVE LOVE LOVE staying here so much! We have stayed in the Sunflower 🌻 šŸ  home and it was sooo comfy! Full access to 3 beautifully clean and comfortable Hot Springs Pools. A lovely Recreation room with Television, a Library, the best lounge chairs I’ve ever laid back in!, delicious popcorn šŸæ and vending machines. Showers & restrooms provided. $25 for a day pass which is amaze zen! Veteran owned and operated by the kindest, most welcoming and caring owners I’ve ever met!ā›”ļø ā€¼ļø āš ļø The only tiff we had was the smoking area being right next to the 2 combined pools. The cigarette smoke was so overwhelming and uncomfortable and caused us to feel sick and have to leave early. It leaked into the pool area that we were in as well while soaking.

I recently stayed at Tecopa Palms RV park with the Sisters on the Fly camping group. It was a short trip from Las Vegas. Ray and Yvonne are AWESOME hosts, their southern hospitality is above and beyond. They made us a southern style breakfast every morning, they are great conversationalists, always available, they truly wanted to make sure we had a great visit. We really felt that we were among family. The hot springs are great too.I highly recommend checking this place out for yourself, you won't be disappointed.

I love this place! I stayed here for two days two nights. Took the waters two or three times a day. Hot tubs were open 24 hours a day. 104° to 107° waters. Price was reasonable for travel trailer parking. Free Wi-Fi, free continental breakfast. Ray and Ivonne were excellent hosts. AND, they have a laundromat. Spotlessly clean. Four washers, four dryers. Everything spotlessly clean. Laundry, showers, and hot tubs! You can also rent a cabin or an RV to stay in for the night. And get this, they have small fuel efficient cars to rent to tour Death Valley and the local attractions! Everything is new and well taken care of. I will definitely be staying here in the future. For after hours entry, just lift one end of the rope at the entrance and move an orange cone! The healthiest water on earth! No chlorine and no bromine in the water. My back and skin feel better than they have in years! I cannot wait until the next visit!

Great tubs. Very caring owners run a tight ship. Perfect for quiet bathing and reflection or a movie with popcorn in the clubhouse. I will be going backNearby activities: Tecopa is a cool town to check out

I am recovering from hip and knees pain. First time I went, I couldn't even put on pants without help or walk. After first visit I was able walk better and put pants without any issue. I've been doing therapeutic hot springs for several months now and I'm so much better now. The facility is very clean and places to rest. I love this place. I recommend anyone who has chronic pain to dip in God's water for healing.Rooms: Individual RV with comfortable and very clean with full kitchen setup. They have recreation room to watch TV and play games.

Everyone on staff was nice and everything worked. The owner was rude, asking if I broke the toilet seat in the bathroom. He said he heard me slam it...of course I didn't intentionally slam or break anything. I told him I was frustrated and would not be using the hot springs because of the instruction letter we received at check-in, attached.I stated he should talk nicer to people. He spouted out all his business grievances with people. He needs to find a happy place or let the staff run the show.

Not a therapeutic experience! The lady who checked me in at the front was awesome. Showed me around and gave me instructions. The owner on the other hand was a jerk. Accused me of staying in the soaking pool for 45 min. I explained to him the lady who checked me in stated if no one was using the pool I could do another 30 min circuit. So I used the bathroom and ask another women standing by the bathroom if she wanted this pool. She said no and no one else was around. So I did another 20 min. The owner called me a liar. I told him I would not lie about soaking in a hot spring. He proceeded to tell me he owns the place and he had been standing outside my door for 45 min. This man was not around when I went to the restroom so not sure what door he was at. I will not be back! What a arrogant owner who's not focused on customer service. Other hotsprings in the area. I don't recommend.

Fabulous, family-friendly and family ran, hot springs resort. They provide breakfast each day in the club house with games and TV's. Their rental campers are very nice and clean. Best prices in the area and best amenities, including wifi. Best options and pricing than any other resort in Tecopa that we have found!Rooms: Camper/5th wheel rentals are very nice and clean. Pricing is reasonable and affordable.Nearby activities: Death Valley is nearby and very cool to go see the amazing natural sights!Walkability: Flat surface and accessible by all.Food & drinks: Breakfast provided, sometimes biscuits and gravy or mini quiche or boiled eggs and continental style. Either way it was all delicious!

Delights RV Park across the street was horrible. Tecopa Palms RV Park was welcoming and offered us a tour of the private hot spring rooms that are clean and included with your stay. We stayed two nights and used the hot spring rooms three times. It was super relaxing. One day we got up early and saw the sunrise at Death Valley which is about an hour away. It worked out great having full hook ups and wifi. You can’t even use your phone in Tecopa or Death Valley - no reception. So this RV park was a gem and I used wifi calling to make an important call.

I have not stayed here yet. I toured the place today with the new person in charge. The pools are newly renovated and so clean. There are so many nice accommodations here, check the website. This little town near Death Valley is dusty and laid back. Fuel up, bring extra water, and paper maps. This place has cabins, trailers, camping, pull-thrus, utilities, wifi, and even cable in the clubhouse. I was impressed with all the amenities here. Check out the day pass option, also. Pools are private as no swimsuits are allowed in the mineral water.

This old man is nuts. He won’t leave you alone, and if you don’t humor him, he’ll get nasty, and boot you out. I misunderstood him about where my dog could, and couldn’t go, after pretty much hounding us, and I SWEAR he said I could take my dog into the community room to sit and read, or thought he did because I was lacking sleep, and this man showed us how psycho he is, after warning us about his mental state with stories of witches, and warlocks. Guy is nuts.

Owner: John Pizzutello was paying $35.00 a night for full RV service, continental breakfast, free wi-fi (we are the only RV park that has continental breakfast and wi-fi in Tecopa) the $35.00 also included a $20.00 pool pass. I explained that for those who wish to leave their RV here full time, and visit us 3 to 4 times a week the rate is $150.00 a week or $600.00 a month. John immediately stated that he was only going to pay $150 a week. I shared that was $21.00 a day for 7 days and the pool pass alone was $20.00. I replied that surely he did not expect to stay in a full hook up rv site, eat a free continental breakfast, get free wi-fi, and use the mineral hot pools for $1.00. John stated that he was the only one here and if I wasn’t going to let him stay here for $21.00 a day, he was going to write up a bad review. He used this review site as his ā€œthreatening strengthā€. (His karma) As a note, Delights is directly across from our RV park. John did not say at Delights. Why ? Because they charge $35.00 plus a $28.00 resort fee per day ($ 63.00) with no continental breakfast, no wifi - which means no cell phone use, and do not have a beautiful lounge room. We offer a 5 star accommodation which includes WATER FROM THE GREAT DEEP created by God which is experienced in 3 relaxing beautiful soaking pools,a free continental breakfast each morning, free wi-fi, and a large beautiful lounge room with a large screen TV to relax in. As the owner who is on site every day our goal is to provide a relaxing atmosphere, with beautiful clean soaking tubs.

My happy place!! The crew is so incredibly friendly, down to earth, happy & knowledgeable!! It's always a treat to spend time here. More than reasonable prices especially for the amenities. If it's available I strongly recommend the private room if you're with company. It's the most ideal retreat during winter months but even during the summer it's just as relaxing & soothing to soak in the natural, healing mineral baths and then be able to walk outside at night still warm & gaze at the star saturated sky.

Enjoyed their hospitality when my son and I stayed overnight in a tent during multi-day mountain bike ride. We got a much needed shower and sat in the hot tub. The facilities were immaculate.Had dinner and breakfast in the community room and met a number of the RV campers many of whom go to Tecopa Palms year after year. Camp manager is also an accomplished long distance bike rider.

Nice and helpful owners. Stayed up late to receive us, offered to switch on the hot spring tub, recommended sightseeing spots in death valley. It's a full hookup parking lot only $30.

Operated by energetic Maria and Mike, this Senior priced resort is comfortable and only 1/2 mile from the natural 106 degree, Sandy bottom springs. Ideal year around and just 1 degree warmer than nearbyLas Vegas, for a weekend.

Great private soaking pools. Spotlessly clean rooms and clubhouse. RV hookups and a couple of rooms. Well stocked library and friendly management. It's not a new place but it is nicely painted and maintained.

Great!! With private pools (that is sanitary) and free electrisitiy and water. But the water in the club house tastes like sulfer. But the water everywhere does not.
