Just went there to get firewood. Absolutely a rip off.It used to be $90 for a quarter cord, that would fill up most of my truck.TODAY????$30 for 10 pieces of wood. $3 per piece of wood!!!!!!!!The 2 girls up front were completely clueless to the Red Rip Off Barn!

Love it here so much. They have the best prices. We come here once a week and buy 50 lbs bird food and feed all kinds of birds at a park. Highly recommend and high quality.

Came here when it was just red barn but now Theresa red barn is just as good if not better i used to have a hard time getting supplies after work but now they close later and its reorganize to find stuff easier

If it would allow me to give this place 0 stars I would. The only reason its getting 1 star is for the customer service of the actual employees. The upper management is terrible especially the owners wife (Tawnie). It boggles my mind that people without any skill or knowledge can get a position in management just because they want to be "included". She is a terrible human being who will make comments and then target you if she doesn't like you. Very UNPROFESSIONAL! Everyone hates her and talks about how terrible she is. She's so terrible that at the Grand Opening, She was complaining that the NEW POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS ARE EATING TOO MUCH OF THE "FREE" POPCORN AND ITS COSTING TOO MUCH MONEY, SO SHE SHUT OFF THE MACHINE. It speaks volumes about how they VALUE their customers. She cannot figure out how to make a schedule for the life of her ( there's apps and excel to handle scheduling ). DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT WORKING OR EVEN SHOPPING THERE! Do you want someone who complains that the customers are eating too much FREE POPCORN that you give out everyday? Would you not rather support a business with a REAL family atmosphere who value their employees and customers? There's better places to shop for your pets. It really took a dive to the bottom once the owner passed away. Nothing but complaints from customers. ITS A FAMILY RUN BUSINESS BUT ITS FAR FROM A FAMILY ATMOSPHERE! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I decided to try out this new store, (which has apparently been taken over by new owners), because I had been mailed a $10 coupon. There were no posted prices on the items I was interested in purchasing. Everytime I needed to attain a price, I had to stand in line all over again to get my questions answered. At one point a rude customer cut in front of me in line, and the employee did nothing. I was going to purchase bird food and other items,(exceeding $10, in which the store would have benefited). I put the items back on the shelf and walked out. Customer service is the most important thing to me, not price. This store does not deserve my business. If you want to feel welcome in a pet store, shop at Tam's on Vanowen and Tampa. The owner and his employees will treat you with the utmost respect.

I'm going there right after I write this...As a new chicken owner, I find Red Barn employees to be very knowledgeable and generous with their advice. I admit I tried other options, but I am going to stick with Red Barn because I feel the service I've received is personable. I appreciate anyone who offers great customer service, don't you?! The prices are comparable and I agree some items are pricey but ask and you will be shown alternatives. I just really like that they are understanding to my chicken questions. I have had a rotten experience here this morning so I WILL NEVER EVER GO HERE AGAIN! A LITTLE PAINT ON MY HUNDRED DOLLAR BILL WAS REFUSED. IT IS NOT ILLEGAL TO HAVE INK ON A BILL!! DROVE ALL THE WAY THERE. THATS IT FOR ME. THERES PLENTY OF PLACES WHO WANT MY BUSINESS. I GUESS 600 DOLLARS A YEAR IS FINE WITH THE RED BARN TO THROW AWAY!!

Horrible customer service. 1. Spend 10 minutes on hold every time I call 2. buy a stall mat 3. spend $80 on sending two pickup drivers to pickup the mats AND THE STAFF WOULD NOT LOAD. WOULD SEND THE DRIVERS AWAY EVERY TIME. They would not fold a indestructible horse stall mat made to be run over by tractors because "it could break" and would not put inside of a prius with the seats down that fits a queen size bed. Here are two pictures of Priuses load capacity for your staff's reference. YOU HAVE A HORRIBLE MANAGER ON DUTY THAT WILL COST YOU A LOTTTT OF MONEY.

I shop here every few weeks for our rabbits, guinea pigs and cat. Prices and quantities are much better than pet stores. The big bags of Timothy hay we get are conveniently placed in our car trunk for us by staff. The store is always so clean, organized and easy to navigate. Make sure to join the Loyalty Program because it makes a difference if you're a regular customer.

Great place for pet supplies. Friendly and helpful staff. They carry a wide selection of products for all types of animals. We get all our chicken supplies here: feed (standard and organic), feeders, waterers, scratch, supplements, bedding, and treats. They even sell coops. And sometimes they carry chicks and live mealworms.

RUDE! I just called Red Barn to ask if they were having a vaccine clinic today.SHE said yes with the times and hung up on me as I was saying thank you. I said hello? Crickets.I wouldn't have has to have called if they had it on their website like they have in the past.Lady! Don't hang up on people on your customers.I won't be sending my ranch hand there ever again to buy orchard hay for my horses.Gave me a sour taste in my mouth.

I get my guinea pigs hay here. They have huge loose bags for a great price. I buy Orchard and Timmothy hay, and sometimes Bermuda too. My guinea pigs love the hay from here. I had bought alphalfa for them when they were babies here too. Too high in calcium now as adults, but their alfalfa hay smells amazing, just fyi they will also walk it over and place in your car too.

The place to go for all pet things. I usually buy dog food. They give a coupon based on the purchase amount, which usually covers the tax. Also, they have a loyalty program. Buy 12, get one free. I'm still about 6 bags away, but I look forward for the freebie.
